Fantastic experience: The most professional and kindest staff I have ever come accross. Relocating to Dubai from the UK I was unsure what to expect - this dental practice is the best I’ve ever visited to date. Very modern. Could not reccomend enough especially Dr Sarmad.

Fantastic experience: Спасибо докторам Екатерина и Алаа С вашей помощью я уже больше, чем 1,5 месяца радуюсь своей улыбке и собираю комплименты У меня был не простой случай. Выбиты передние зубы. И важно было сделать коронки так, чтобы они смотрелись естественно с остальными зубами. И в то же время я усложнила доктору задачу тем, что попросила сделать улыбку как можно ближе к голливудской белоснежной, но не унитарно искусственной. В итоге Екатерина сделала деликатное отбеливание с чисткой. А доктор Алаа тщательно подобрал коронки, которые выглядят красиво и в то же время натурально. Было несколько примерок, доктор не торопился установить поскорее протезы, получить деньги и отпустить меня с миром. А скрупулезно вносил в них изменения до тех пор, пока они не увиделись ему, а затем и мне идеальными. Я очень довольна. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at a dental clinic, all thanks the friendly staff, nurses and especially to Dr. Sarmad! I’ve never felt more at ease or in such good hands with a dentist before. I went in for a cleaning and a filling, and to my surprise, I didn’t feel even the slightest bit of pain. Dr. Sarmad was incredibly attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. And the cherry on top? The soothing sound of Fairouz playing in the background—it made the whole visit feel unexpectedly calming. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The suction equipment was not functioning, and I had to be moved to another room half way through. Unfortunately, even there, another piece of equipment was not working properly. What was most concerning was the lack of hygiene. The assistant did not change her gloves until I specifically asked her to. She had been touching various surfaces—doors, drawers, files—before attempting to assist with my son’s treatment. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and infection control. Overall, the clinic felt unprepared and poorly maintained, from room readiness to basic hygiene protocols. I am still waiting to see the outcome of the treatment itself, but based on this experience alone, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: This a clinic is really the best place in Dubai. I have avoided going to a dentist for past few years because of my phobia of dentists. Dr Sarmad, is the best dentist I have ever visited. He was very patient, explained everything to me, made me feel in control and managed to remove my wisdom tooth painlessly. I can’t recommend him enough. In fact all of their doctors are great- my daughter also goes for her braces and has had an amazing experience so far. If you want doctors who care, are patient focused and want to give you the best care- Abu Ras is the place!

My braces journey began in January 2024 with orthodontist Dr. Ahmed Shalati, and the entire experience has been nothing short of incredible. Before starting my braces, I needed to have a tooth fixed, and Dr. Ahmed Al Elewy did an outstanding job, restoring my tooth to perfection. Negative experience: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable conduct of Dr. Ahmad AlElewy during my child's recent dental visit. My daughter was treated in an intimidating and harmful manner when Dr. Ahmad AlElewy verbally threatened her by stating that if she did not open her mouth, he would administer two numbing injections. This was entirely inappropriate, as my child was compliant throughout the procedure. To make matters worse, Dr. Ahmad AlElewy unnecessarily squeezed her jaw, causing distress and discomfort. This behavior is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the quality of care and respect patients, particularly children, receive at your clinic. I expect an immediate investigation into this incident and appropriate action to be taken to ensure that no other child is subjected to such treatment. One star is too much to even give.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Dr. Abu Ras for 15 years, and his dental clinic is such a charming place. The clinic is always clean and organized, and the staff is very friendly with patients. The doctors there are incredibly patient and take their time with each patient, treating them with exceptional care. When my kids visited the pediatric specialist, she helped them feel at ease, calming their nerves, and ensuring they weren’t scared. Fantastic experience: قبل كلشي شكرا لآخر يوم فعمري دكتور انس على شغلك و على مصداقيتك قصتي كالتالي انا خلعت ضرس العقل بالطرف الايمن الفك السفلي بعدها صار عندي خدران فالشفى السفليه من الطرف الايمن سألت كثير دكاتره وتواصلت مع دكاترة اعصاب كلهم اكدولي انه هالشي احتمال دائم ومستحيل يرجع الاحساس بسبب تضرر العصب عند خلع الضرس لكن بفضل الله سمعت عن الدكتور انس وطبقنا الليزر على المنطقة المخدرة مع مكان الخلع و الحمدلله لقيت نتيجة من ثاني جلسه وعند الجلسه الرابعه اللهم لك الحمد رجعت احس مره ثانيه وراح التخدير بعد ماكنت فاقده الامل وكنت افكر وقتها اعتزل كلشي لكن الف الحمدلله رجعت لحياتي الطبيعيه و كأني ماخلعت الضرس واكيد الدكتور كان صادق معاي بكل حرف من بدايه الجلسات والحمدلله والله اكتب تجربتي لان اعرف غيري قاعد يعاني بالسنين بسبب هالشي اتمنى تعليقي يوصل لكل شخص محتاجه شكراً دكتور انس جد شكراً

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this clinic since 2019, and I can confidently say it's the best clinic I have visited in the past 20 years. The hygiene standards are high, the doctors are qualified and professional, and the front desk staff are friendly and supportive. I do understand that appointments can be delayed sometimes, but I don't think this is something that people should complain about. I know that this issue is not the doctors' fault but depends on the complexity of the treatment, which cannot be precisely estimated. I don't believe any patient would be happy to be asked to leave when their allotted time is over and not their treatment.

Fantastic experience: كلمه شكرا قليله علي العياده ..أنا وعائلي ًواقربائي وكل من يعز لينا نراجع عياده الدكتور أبوراس منذ حوالي 30 سنه ..السبب للاستمرار مع هذه العياده الأطباء الاكفاء وخاصه الدكتور معن ..شخص في قمه الذوق والتعامل سواء مع الكبار والصغار ..أضافه الي التشخيص الصحيح للحاله ..وكانت لي تجربه شخصيه مع العباده وبالأخص الدكتور معن وتحديدا في اول زياره له في العياده ( كنت أعاني من فتحه لا تري بالعين المجرده في سقف الفم من جراء خطا طبي في احدي المستشفيات بامريكا وكان الوضع مزعجا بالنسبه لي بحيث أنني لاأستطيع التحدث مع الآخرين وكان يسيل اللعاب من انفي وبعد الكشف قام الدكتور بعمل جها. لسقف الفم ..كإجراء اولي ومؤقت الي حين الرجوع الي أمريكا مره اخري لنفس المستشفي الذي اخطأ في علاجي .. وكانت الصدمه من الأطباء بالمستشفي عن الجهاز الذي تم وضعه في سقف الفم .. ومن الذي قام بتركيبه ومنذ هذه الحادثه أنا وعائلي وأقربائي لا نذهب الي ايه عياده أسنان غير عياده أبوراس بفرعيه ١/ الجميرا ٢/ فيستفال سيتي وانصح في التعامل مع هذه العياده

Negative experience: I will never recommend Dr. Aburas Dental Clinic; they are very unprofessional. I went there for a teeth cleaning and informed them a week in advance that I would be using my insurance. When I arrived, I waited for almost an hour because they said they were waiting for confirmation from my insurance. I decided to call my insurance company, and they informed me that no application had been submitted. The insurance representative also mentioned that many others had experienced similar issues. Only when the receptionist realized I was on the phone with the insurance company did they start to take action

Negative experience: Our first time to visit the clinic. The staff lied about the insurance approval. We wasted one-hour waiting to be approved and to our surprise, they didnt apply for approval. Don’t believe with the reception and the Dr Ahmad. Such as liars

Fantastic experience: I can definitely recommend this clinic especially Dr. Sarmad. My experience before was in Europe but the experience today was definitely better. Dr. Sarmad is very accurate, patient and explains everything well. Also i felt comfortable to speak my mother language German.

Negative experience: I had bad experience with the pediatric dentist she refused to continue with my son 4 years because he was afraid it was first time for him she is not patient at all not recommended

Negative experience: We had bad experience with removing tooth, so I can’t recommend this clinic. The doctor wasn’t careful and removed tooth so hard that the hole after removing the tooth was bleeding for very long time, that is abnormal!! It’s been 5 days and my husband has pain until now! We regret to choose this clinic for tooth removal, I would recommend to check another place for more professional approach and doctors as well

Fantastic experience: I lived in Dubai from 2020 to 2022 and i was a patient of Dr.alaa. he is very proffessional, i did a root canal treatment for one tooth and crown for two, after two years of the treatment i am so happy and didnt have any single problem with any of the treatments. Fantastic experience: I had my teeth fixed with doctor Atefeh. love her she is so patient and kind and was very patient with me the whole time. I wanted to leave a review because my best-friend is also a dentist so I know how happy it makes them feel to see their patient happy and satisfied with their work. best of luck to the nicest experience I had with a root canal and crown replacement. will surely always get my dentist appointments here ❤️ forgot to mention the receptionist for being super helpful and fast. thank you all @ the clinic

Ginawan niya ako ng Implants noong 2005 at 2011 at napaka swerte ko at hanggang sa ngayon ay napaka ayos ng aking mga nakaraan na Implants at pinaka mataas na klase na Implants ang ginamit ni Dr Aburas na nasa perpektong kondisyon pa din ang mga Implants ko hanggang ngayon. Matibay at magaling talaga ang pagkakagawa, napaka experto at galing ni Dr Maen Aburas sa larangan ng Oral Surgeon & Implantologist sa Dubai at nagpaka husay siya ng puspusang aral nito sa Austria & Germany. Kung mangailangan ako ng Implants muli, babalik at babalik ako kay Dr Aburas sa Dubai para ipagawa lang kay Dr Aburas, wala ng iba. Very trustworthy & respeted Dr in his field. However, I believe Dr. Rania is one of the leading pardiatric dentists in Dubai. We tried so many treatments for the children such as root canal ... scaling ... crowns ...

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Aburas clinic has been great. The staff is attentive and kind. I had a serious pain on one of my teeth and Dr Alaa attended the matter. He has been very professional at every step and shows genuine care to his work. I had to have a root canal treatment, yet the process was quite smooth, no pain or complication throughout. I’d highly recommend Dr Alaa.
