Negative experience: Such an unpleasant experience. It was my first and last time at this clinic, I have never heard of paying 140AED taxes on top of their high prices especially for Botox and fillers. I could clearly see it’s not their field of specialty. Stop your lies in this reply. Now even one star you don’t deserve to have .. instead of apologizing and offering if any action can be taken you are lying that I was informed in advance about the VAT. So unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

We were very pleased with our visit. We had a thorough exam followed by cleaning and polishing. We were treated by Dr Sawsan who I highly recommend. There are some good promotions to avail. There is ample free parking.

Negative experience: Terrible management. Book appointment without any grace period or without any consideration that people can be struck in traffic. They convince people to pay for extra sessions but make it soooo difficulty to get an appointment. I had to visit and waste more than 30 mins arguing and then wasting the time of my session.
