Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to Dr Louisa Dempster, nurse Abby, and receptionist Myla for the amazing assistance today when I arrived with severe toothache. Dr Louisa got to the root (literally) of the issue, took xrays and sought urgent assistance at another clinic for a CBCT scan. The kindness and concern for my wellbeing from Dr Louisa, Abby and Myla was wonderful and meant so much ❤️ I was seen by another clinic who could assist afterwards and my problem tooth extracted and abcess gone I've been a patient at BDC for 15yrs but met Dr Louisa for the first time today - totally recommend her and the great team if you have any dental issues; thank you all again

Negative experience: My husband and I were clients of theirs for 3-4 years and despite being loyal to them, spending a lot of money needless to say dentistry in Abu Dhabi is expensive - there was a lack of professionalism from the staff especially when they moved to their new location and while we closed our eyes to certain things, what drew the line for me is that we were asked to pay new consultations fees to visit because their dentist left. A problem on their side which was not very fair. Sorry but that’s not cool.

Fantastic experience: We visited Dr. Collum recently and he was excellent with my daughter. She was super anxious and refusing to do any treatment. However, Dr. Collum patiently explained the entire procedure to her, treating her with respect like a little person instead of focusing on us as the guardians. This means a lot to a little child and brilliant way to make a connection. My daughter eventually took some courage and completed the procedure. This took quite some time but Dr. Collum didnt give up. He also explains everything is detail. Dealing with children came naturally to him. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, i was informed today that he retired. It is sad to see such a brilliant doctor go but wishing him the best for a fun and peaceful retired life!

Fantastic experience: For anyone who may be a little anxious regarding dental treatments, attending the British Dental Clinic in Abu Dhabi is a must. Due to the pandemic and dental crisis in the UK, it’s been a few years since my last dental appointment, (this had made me a little apprehensive attending the dentist). How wrong was I……..My appointment was with Dr Louisa, she put me at ease instantly. She was very patient and caring, communicating throughout. I had a scale and polish & X-ray, the former was carried out exceptionally. My teeth and mouth feel amazing after just one visit. I have went from feeling apprehensive to eagerly awaiting my next visit with Dr Louisa, thank you Louisa I feel completely restored after one appointment with you I also want to thank the Dental Assistant ( I apologise I didn’t get your name) for your care and attentiveness. Fantastic experience: I have just started my tooth implant treatment with Dr Maurizio the Dental Implantologist for a very large second molar with very large roots ! The tooth extraction was dealt with so delicately with precision and care and I did not feel the extraction like I have with other dentists. My teeth have very wide long routes and it is a challenge to extract them . Dr Maurizio dealt with the procedure with care and consideration for me as the patient. I have a second implant booked for this week with no extraction it is to replace a tooth previously extracted I will review on this later this week . It is important to have the confidence in our dentists and visiting The British Dental I always feel comfortable that I am in safe hands ! Thank you for your expertise!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience in British Dental Clinic. Everyone was super attentive from reception to doctors. Doctor Anna Zazetta was really exceptional. It was probably my best experience with dentists in my life. Dr Anna made my 2 hours appointment fly, she fixed 2 teeth with caries and did calculus cleaning on all teeth. When my jaw was so tired that I couldn't keep my mouth open, Dr Anna put some fixture in my mouth to keep it open so that I can relax. Even anesthesia was done with perfection: first she applies topical anesthesia to make an injection afterwards, with that small detail you don't even feel when the needle of injection with anesthesia is entering the gum. She did all the job in a calm way, making me relaxed throughout all the procedure. The result was great as well. Got out smiling and enjoying my teeth fixed and super clean.Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Molar Implant! Dr Mark is an outstanding dentist. From the very first visit the treatment plan was set up for doing an implant on my back molar. I had a root canal done over a decade prior, and many issues with the crowns breaking and having to be fixed (in countries outside the UAE). I went to the British Dental Clinic to see what could be done. After an initial visit and X-rays I was scheduled for the extraction of what was left of the roots then the implant post was done in the same visit. This went flawlessly. Six weeks later I had the cap (tooth) put on. This tooth now feels better than it has in decades. All of the staff at the clinic are polite, professional and very helpful. Dr Mark is a fantastic dentist. I would highly recommend the British Dental Clinic (and have) to anyone that wants a great dentist and lots of support.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the British Dental Clinic for over year now and as well as having check ups and cleaning I also consulted the orthodontist there and will be having my braces removed soon. I am very happy with the end result. My husband and children are also patients and I can confirm that the teeth whitening really worked, losing the yellow but not making the teeth unnaturally bright. Finally, my maid required extensive treatment which is ongoing in order to spread out the cost. All in all a very positive experience dealing with the British Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: A Great Dentist and amazing surgery, I recommend them whole heartedly. I had a short notice appointment which the dental surgeon kindly waited after hours to fix a broken crown. The staff were friendly and efficient, the surgery is super smart and immaculate and the surgeons work was fantastic, my crown was refitted and I feel its better than the original. I would also say the cost was very competitive. Great place and people, I will be using them for the whole family in future.

I had to go for a tooth extraction and Dr Boyce performed this extremely difficult task with a high degree of confidence and took no compromise to make sure all went well, without any complications. Sure enough, the result so far is great and I haven't had to take any painkillers yet. Great experience, kind staff, highly skilled professionals.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience at the British Dental Clinic. The clinic is modern and clean and all the staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant. My year old son saw Dr Boyce and he was absolutely brilliant with him. Can’t recommend them enough. Definitely our go to dentists now.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Laura Jones for approximately 5 years now, despite changing companies and my insurance no longer covering the clinic. For me the cost and care provided by Dr Laura has fully justified the cost over that term. Laura provides comprehensive care and treatments, always making herself available when required. She has even been understanding when, at times, I have not been the model patient and missed appointments due to work commitments. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking. Dental care is highly important, and this is the best place to find it!
