Fantastic experience: Easy to book appointments around work times. Efficient getting the retainers and pain free appointments. Mahsa was mine and my husbands dentist and we would definitely recommend. Mahsa makes you feel at ease at every appointment. We also needed our attachments and Invisalign off half way through the treatment for our abroad wedding and this was all arranged for us without a fuss.

Negative experience: I strongly do not recommend Emirates Dental for orthodontic treatment. Avoid at any cost. Both of my children started aligner treatment at this clinic. After one year, the doctor removed the aligners and marked the treatment as “complete,” even though their overbites remained unchanged. The only visible change was the movement of crowded teeth — but even that was done incorrectly, resulting in twisted gum tissue in one of my children. Concerned about the outcome, I took both children to two separate certified orthodontists (Platinum Invisalign providers) for second opinions. Both were shocked at the results and confirmed that the treatment was inappropriate from the start. That’s when we also found out something even more alarming: the treatment at Emirates Dental was not performed by orthodontists, but by general dentists — something we were never clearly told. We only discovered this after it was too late. Even worse, despite the clinic being filled with Invisalign branding and posters, the aligners used were not official Invisalign. We have since stopped treatment at Emirates Dental and are now undergoing full re-treatment at Dr. Joy Clinic, which will take at least another 1.5 years to correct the damage. Please be extremely cautious. Always check that your child is being treated by a licensed orthodontist — not just a general dentist. Don’t rely on branding alone, and always ask questions. Get a second opinion if anything feels off. I have added a picture of 1-year treatment with Emirates Dental. The overbite has not changed, and the middle line is not aligned. The lower jaw at the time was marked as completed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic and dentist Dina is the best in whole Dubai ! I’m from France and we usually don’t trust easily ! But trust me I couldn’t find better dentist ! (Got the emirates dental retainers and whitening) and I’m so happy with the result !

Negative experience: From the beginning they had a nice offer for allieners and I was happy about it. Every time when I come to check my teeth Dr Dina is asking about providing cleaning teeth for me, I remember that the agreement include some free service and I want to use it when I already done with wearing ellainers. And today she again asked me about cleaning my teeth and I agree. After 10min of cleaning. she is changing me 400 drh, which I was not informed about as I was thinking it's free and include in the package. I'm so much disappointed about this behavior. It should be communicated as I didn't sign up for teeth cleaning!!! Be careful they want you to pay more

Negative experience: I were given a filling in 15 minutes, to which I was surprised, the doctor said that this is normal, I paid 800 aed, instead of the promised 250, now the tooth hurts from the inside, and the clinic offered to pay 2500 and put a ceramic filling. I do not recommend this clinic. The receipt was issued only after my application.

Negative experience: Went for teeth cleaning was told 200-400aed. My appointment 11.30am I waited until 11.45 which I do not mind at all but then I was out and paid by 12pm that’s including applying numbing gel etc. the dentist only cleaned my front teeth and side didn’t even touch the back. I wondered why she was massaging the numbing gel only to the front. I was then charged full price 400aed for only half of my mouth. Very disappointing and a rip off. What do they clean for 200? I wanted to get use them for braces but I will go else where.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Dr. Dina at Emirates Dental, she is fewer Dentists I visited over UAE accepted my case, my Case is Misaligned Teeth and Bite Correction which is complicated to rectify, I have been wearing an Invisalign clear Aligner since Feb 2024 and the results right now as of August is great, remaining 4 months to complete the treatment, Dr.Dina is professional, you just need to follow the instructions and the the clinic appointment is flexible. finally the cost is affordable to everyone in compared with other Dental Clinics, in addition to this they accept tabby.

Negative experience: Got my aligners from here, it’s so so. I’m now using retainers, waiting for them to contact about a follow up, they said I’d receive a zoom whitening treatment as part of the package, haven’t heard from them. They charge a lot for polish and scale, they don’t give you receipts either.

After getting my tooth whitening done, the receptionist stoped me from walking out and asked to pay again among other customers - I felt so embarrassed. Unprofessional and low quality of services. Actually, I was planning to do aligner, but the dentist put me under pressure to pay first. Never in my life have I gotten this kind of services.

Negative experience: I have been seeing Ms Dina for quite sometime and I could say that the her and the clinic will often propose you not only what you need but also suggesting and insisting on selling dental product you don't need as for instance invisalign while my teeth are completely straight and does not need any adjustment. With this kind of behavior you cannot trust the proposed treatment and doubt about practitioner skills and credibility and will always think twice even if insurance is covering to do any treatment by fear to deteriorate your current state.

Negative experience: -Note there are general dentists, not orthodontists or anything else -check the insta, most is taken from internet :) -They won’t explain you why you need 2 weeks of aligners, just say ok if you want 1 week, but all is your responsibility. Fine! Where are your medical opinion about teeth movement? Are you practicing on me?? It shouldn’t be like that. -Aligners might not fit, happened in the beginning for me and my friend -waiting time from 10 to 25 minutes, nobody cares if you came on time, wait -the clinic I started moved to al manara, another suspicious thing, take time and there comments too, it’s 3.7 rating I’m wondering about good reviews here, happy for them. (Maybe fake) from now on I’ll read starting from bad reviews For me staff is clueless and careless. Even with fake friendliness. Your teeth is your face, don’t go for local aligners if you never heard of them (as I did, was bought by the marketing) Aligners are not 100% guarantee anyways, 25% you’ll go for refinement, which also they will not inform you. The biggest problem is lack of communication and explanation from their side, I just hate surprises and googling everything by myself. And how you will explain a pain in my teeth after very professional dentist made a space between my teeth for movement and I got inflammation in 2 zones?? Horrible results that I don’t even want to see doctors there! Pain and unprofessionalism, I don’t care how you try to help if you’re ruining my teeth guys!

Fantastic experience: I did my one year journey to get the perfect teeth with doctor Masha and the result is just stunning. We started with 12-months of Invisalign to make a perfectly lined up teeth and after I received a whitening session which had very good results. And then my teeth were ready for a final touch- veneers. I had a minimum preparation for my teeth and with doctors recommendations we did 8 upper teeth with very natural shape and color. I have received compliments daily after that and there is not a single person who realizes that these are veneers and not my real teeth. Highly recommended clinic with customer friendly and top level professional staff.
