Fantastic experience: Family friendly clinic. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always been happy with their service.

Positive experience: We tried the clinic for pediatric, general practitioner and dental. The clinic is convenient if you are living near by and if you have minor flue or something very simple but not for complex conditions. For pediatrics not all doctors are expereined and I relazied with some i was the one asking the questions and directing the diagnosis, not the other way around, they also dnt prefer to give their numbers which for any parents Is essential with kids medical emergencies. For general practitioner and dental I found it very commercial and requesting tests that are not required, e.g going with a flue and the doc ends up writing 10 types of blood testing and making suggestions for tests that are not even related.

Great with children as well (both with my special needs daughter and my neurotypical son). Honestly, one of the best doctors I ever met. A big shout out to all the staff as well, from nurses to receptionists. It's a great luck to have such place so close to home.

From the moment I entered GMC cLinic -Green Community ,I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff shoutout to Manuel who is very dedicated with his job and nursing team. The doctors, especially Dr. Marwa- Paediatric who is my daughter’s doctor & my Dr. Rosa- Specialist & also Dr. Lina - Dentist, were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. The whole experience was smooth and I felt very comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this clinic for its exceptional service and compassionate care. These people deserve to know that they are doing excellent on their job. This clinic has been my go to clinic since we moved in DIP.. We come here for my daughter’s check up, for me and my husband because they are trust worthy clinic. Amazing team!! Thank you for helping the best you can for your patients.. 10 out of 10! Negative experience: My experience with this clinic gave me an impression that doctors and reception belong to two different companies that don’t communicate great with each other. From repeatedly sending me messages with strange amounts to be paid(by receptionist) while doctor gives totally different amount. To canceling my appointment 30 mins in advance when I’m already on the way. Customer service is a mess, reception is unprofessional or maybe reception and doctors are in a fight and they don’t talk to each other, anyway I can’t count how many times I was confused and frustrated with their service during the implant/ crown process. I’m very happy that I’m done and I don’t have to deal with them or come back there again. P.S. I’m very surprised with all exclusively positive reviews, they are either fake or negative ones are being deleted.

Fantastic experience: I went there only to get a prescription. However, Doctor Rosa didn't just give me that. She ordered multiple tests and found out the root problem. And diagnosed other blood related issues while doing it. I'm on treatment for all those. All because she did her job the best way she could. I'm grateful that I have found her and will definitely have her as my doctor here in Dubai. The reception staff were kind and professional. The phone customer line is as smooth and fast as it can be. Negative experience: This is the worst service which I have had ever in my life. I made the appointment yesterday via WhatsApp, today when I have come to the clinic, they told me that the doctor didn’t work this week and they just forgot to tell me about it. And they can’t help me with my painful tooth. Don’t recommend this clinic as they don’t respect time and health of their patients at all!!!

Fantastic experience: Many of my friends have been asking me what I have done to my face to look so youthful and glowy… Thanks to the proficiency and expertise of Dr. Ibtisam Rahmeh in Botox, fillers and micro needling, I must say that I feel and look 10 years younger!!! Negative experience: one of the nurses couldn't find my vein while taking my blood and after like a good 10 minutes of searching for it she told me i'd "die" if i was in the emergency room cuz they need to find your veins fast there... mind you i was a literal 13 year old...

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to visit this dentist - Dr. Nabeel Al Nahhas. Some friends and I used to attend his clinic in Green Community. All he does is talk, but he does not deliver. His dental work is subpar. Most dentists and clinics either allow payment once the entire procedure is complete or offer installment plans until completion. However, this clinic and dentist will take your money even if the entire procedure, which may span months, is unfinished. Many of his patients, myself included, are now struggling to retrieve our money. Due to his inadequate dental work, I endured pain, and now another dentist has to redo the procedure—all due to the sloppy work of this dentist. So please exercise caution.

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Dr. Priti Sharma. She’d been so nice by explaining and recommend me the treatment for my acne scars. Found out my scars have a lot of improvement after 2 sessions of stem cells with prp. Even need more session cause how deep the scars that i have. But definitely will go for another treatment again. Fantastic experience: My cousin got a failed dental implant with Dr Nabeel. And I realized my cousin is not the only patient who experienced this as there are many. GMC offered to continue the treatment with another doctor or refund the full amount (which we did). It took time to settle but I am still thankful to GMC for the update and full refund. My cousin will do her retreatment in India. Lesson learned is to always check the capability and background of the doctor before doing treatment.

Fantastic experience: We went to Dr. Lina for our annual dental checkup and cleaning…she is very pleasant, quick and efficient..she has been very kind and patient with the sensitivity that i faced after a filling, following up with me to ensure i am comfortable and looked after…her intent is really to take care of her patients ..Thank you, Dr. Lina! The team at the clinic are also very helpful and pleasant. The location is ideal with ample covered parking in the community centre.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by the clinic. They have dismissed Dr. Nabeel, who was treating me as a patient and i was really happy with him. Despite paying in full and well in advance, my dental implant procedure is incomplete, and the crowns and implant accessories have not been provided. What's worse, the clinic never informed me about Dr. Nabeel's resignation, and they canceled my appointment without my consent. I had to contact them today, only to discover that Dr. Nabeel had left 2 weeks ago, and the clinic disregarded the fact i have ongoing cases that needed attention during his notice period. I demand a refund for the pending procedures, and also i need to get the implant accessories. I am prepared to file a complaint with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Consumer Protection regarding the same. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone as they don’t mind leaving you on your own in the middle of your treatment.

Negative experience: Unpleasant drastic drop and change in the attitude of front desk, Unreliable excuses by the nurse for my mother Salwa work. Multiple excuses, promises and lies by staff for disappearance of our Doctor Dr Nabeel Al Nahass even not sharing us his contact no. It is really unprofessional for health care facility to treat such Senior Expert Doctor Dr Nabeel Al Nahass whom were working 7 days a week but it seems he resigned but they exit him to cut his contact with his patients. Me and my family recommend Humble caring kind professional expert dentist in Dubai, but we totally don’t recommend GMC Dubai as clinic for the family any more

Negative experience: Chios reception, unorganized customer service, bad management , waiting 2 weeks for solution of your management interpet our dental treatment with one of the best specialist dentist jn Dubai my mother was ongoing trratment for last 2 months with most humble caring Dr Nabeel Al Nahass whom explained us step by step procedure needed but we visit clinic to fit my mother teeth after successful completion of bone graft and implant base that expert doctor resign and left which not logic and trying to shift us to another General dentist whom profile much less than Dr Nahass, we will follow Dr Nabeel Al Nahass wherever he goes as we dont recommend GMC clinic any more

Negative experience: GMC is doing this !!! Very bad management. Unethical and unprofessional management. They have fully charged the dental patinets at ist instance and then suddenly came to know that there is no dentist doctor. We are not even getting proper response from management. Its more than 2 weeks but still no compensation available for the patients.

Negative experience: The worst dental clinic I have been in the uae, and I have been to many, we waited for 5 weeks, paid 3000 dihrans to nobody said to us that the dentist Dr Nabeel resign! And we didn't have our implants done or a communication about his resign, nobody could do the procedure or explain why they didn't bring the crown for the implant, I am with a glue stuck on my tooth, very unprofessional, the lack of care for patients go beyond... Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I recently had an implant procedure done by Dr.Nabeel Al Nahhas and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and I was constantly impressed by Dr.Nabeel's professionalism and expertise. He took the time to explain each step of the process and put me at ease throughout the procedure. The implant looks and feels fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr.Nabeel Al Nahhas to anyone in need of dental work - he truly is the best in the business.

Negative experience: Salam walkout I got the implant voucher offer that been upgraded to German Crown but today when I visit the clinic, they informed me offer cancelled which Is not ethical nor legal as voucher carry promotik. Valid till 31/12/2023

Negative experience: No time respect, they book more than an appointment at the same time with the same doctor (dr nabil), so the waiting time is more than 1h and half And if you came late you don't enter and have to reschedule and wait more than 1 week again to get another appointment.
