Negative experience: Poor Administration... Long process for insurance approval.. My brother waited more than one hour for insurance approval.. The organization dosent give any value for patient time.. Not recommend to anyone.. However giving one star only to Front Office staff for their understanding and respect.

Negative experience: Despite being prescribed anti-biotics for an infection. They don't issue DHA sick leave certificates. As a response to your comment below. I went to another clinic, far larger than Al noor and they had no problem giving the leave. I went immediately after

Fantastic experience: My experiences with this clinic have been very positive. I have been going here since they opened and glad that I found them. As soon as you walk in, there is a wonderful front reception who make you feel welcomed and are always smiling. Ms.Simar always has a big smile on her face and always willing to help when someone is in need. Dr.Mohan is the best paediatrician that I have encountered in Dubai. He is attentive, knowledgeable and so kind to children. My kids are never scared to visit him. On top of that, he was the only doctor that could figure out what was wrong with my child and now she lives a more comfortable life. I highly recommend visiting this clinic if you are in need of a doctor and good service.

I came in for a root canal treatment with Dr Mohammed Anas, and for cleaning. Negative experience: It was a so good Clinic very clean and neat. People were professional. But only i was dissappointed with Major insurance are not covered here. I request the management to enroll with major insurance providers like Allianz Care.

Negative experience: We were disappointed to see Alnoor south is not covered with orient nextcare insurance I was happy to see alnoor in Dubai south but it was disappointing please activate all insurances to visit the clinic

Fantastic experience: Five star for the staff friendliness, service, cleanliness and overall experience. Found Al Noor clinic from google. The whole process was so smooth. Front desk is very professional and quick especially Ms Simar is very professional and polite. I had an appointment either Ms Lubna who is a professional and did a very thorough examination. They do have there own lab which is a great help so one don’t have to go anywhere else. Definitely recommended in Dubai South On my next visit will take some pix of the clinic as well.

Negative experience: I have visited the clinic today for my baby as he has a fever, the doctor have prescribed a medication which wasn’t available in any pharmacy, after communicating with the clinic team they have informed me to wait as the doctor is writing a new prescription which will shortly be sent to me, however after multiple calls and messages to the clinic new referral was never sent to me and on the last call I was told that they’ll call me back in a couple of minutes which again never happened and they closed the clinic as the working hours finished 5min after the call. Now I’m left with my sick 1,5year old baby nor knowing what medication to get as they never got back to me. They are attentive only to charge you. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. Shame on you.

Negative experience: I have lived in dubai for 9yrs and this is the first time that a clinic refused to accept me even i was there 40mins before the closing time. And most upsetting part is doctor was there but i was told doctor needs to leave for sharjha so she needs to leave coz she needs to drive far. Amazing

Negative experience: The staff of this clinic is very bad. They judge people by their profession whether they will come to our cleaning again or not because they gave us an offer on the occasion of National Day. They mentioned in offer our clinic will do three to four test free check-ups, so when we went here, they only did one check-up on us and after that they asked us what do you do and what is your profession, they also checked our emirates ID and then when they know our profession which is mentioned on our ID It was said that our profession is not that good, we will not come again, so they only did one test on us and judged us and said to us with such hand gestures, you guys, we will do only one test, so it was a very bad experience I'll never suggest any one to visit this clinic
