Fantastic experience: Just got my wisdom teeth pulled on Tuesday; had a great experience right from the free consultation. Dr. Roy is amazing. I barely felt it and he was talking to me and guiding me through out the procedure so I wouldn’t panic. He even gave me list of things to do and not to do after the surgery. I would also like to add that he has been following up with me after the procedure and overall had a smooth and nice experience.

Fantastic experience: Attended the clinic for a consultation with the renowned Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Costa regarding a partially impacted wisdom tooth, proximal to the nerve and a damaged adjacent tooth. The medical team on reviewing my oral xrays, discussed a number of approaches with me, and I made the decision to proceed with both an extraction of the damaged tooth (rather than root canal) and dental implant. The procedures, to my pleasant surprise, were both painless and quick with the crown placement later on the Same Day! Very impressed by the utmost professionalism of the entire team, attention to the minutest details and genuine care and concern they have for their patients. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Same Day dental implants now for just under a year. I was unfortunate enough to have 2 teeth which needed to come out, for different reasons. Dr Roy and the team have been excellent throughout. He takes the time to explain the procedures, and also makes sure that the patient is as comfortable as can be. I think his work has been excellent, with the 2 extractions and implants. Dr Ramy has also been really good with the crown which has been fitted so far. Will be getting a second crown with him in the coming months and I'm sure that will go well too. Everyone at the clinic is pleasant and helpful, and the communication via WhatsApp for pending appointments etc is excellent. Another plus is the availability of parking within their compound.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Karim Salah is an exceptional doctor. I went to see him 2 months ago to replace my 2 bridges with 2 implants and 6 crowns in my upper and lower jaw. Dr. Salah was patient and caring. He explained all the options I had and each step of the process. Once I chose the method, everything went smoothly and painless. Initially, I was scared of the idea of having implants, but Dr. Salah made me feel safe and relaxed. The fact that he was picky himself on details, reassured me that I am in good hands. I saw him once a week for 2 months so that he could clean my temporary bridges while my bones were healing around the implants. I love my new teeth! The color and shape are perfect. I was absolutely terrified about getting my wisdom teeth out, and Dr. Roy was very patient, informative and reassuring. He really took the time to explain the procedure to me and gave me the choice of doing it either locally or under general anesthesia. I decided to do it under general anesthesia and did not feel anything. The doctors and nurse took really good care of me and I barely had any pain or swelling after the surgery. The healing process was fast and painless and Dr. Roy was always available answering any questions. The staff is lovely and really helped me to calm my nerves. The post surgery care has been very supportive, so definitely a very positive experience. The facilities are very clean, with a lovely waiting room. Fantastic experience: Came in for an orthodontic & surgical consultation. Dr Hakim & Dr Roy (together with their entire team) were very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering concerns and curiosities. All manner of communication were very normal in the sense that some other places tend to repeat a scripted/rehearsed response. Both Doctors’ bedside manners and care for patients were fantastic, informative, and effective. My kids also felt relaxed and confident. Post operation care and attention, availability to ask post op questions really made the experience seamless and stress-free. It’s a bit on the expensive side but I was happy with the stress-free experience, proximity, and ease of availability. The team also did well to try their best to fit my schedule which was really cool.

Fantastic experience: I have known Dr. Indraniil Roy for a while now. He's my go to person for any complicated dental concerns. This time around it was a surgical extraction of impacted wisdom tooth. Right from consulting to leaving the dental chair was such a remarkable experience. The surgical procedure was so painless and he walked me through it and ensured I was at ease throughout. Handled it with utmost care. Post surgery instructions were given. I’ve stuck to the script and have had no further stress or issues. He does check in on you. I can’t remember the last time a Doctor did that. Touch of professionalism and personal bridge. I would recommend Dr. Roy 100/10. Even the clinic staff were friendly and the whole process was great. My only feedback is please consider having a music system in the theatre room. Because most patients are anxious before/during any type of procedure. So calming playlist or based on the patients preference would be great. Besides that overall I’m pleased and happy. sp

Dr. Roy was immensely gentle, thoroughly professional, meticulously detailed and surprisingly caring throughout. He was available to us on WhatsApp all the way until complete healing had happened. When I arrived in Dubai I had a lovely dentist. She did her best and then had to tell me, “you need implants”. A partner from London came to see me…. I didn’t gel with him.
