Fantastic experience: being a loyal patient to Dr.Samar, she is the best dentist i have ever dealt with. The place is really nice and professional from all the team

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. The staff was inattentive, and I felt completely unheard. The biggest issue, however,. I left feeling more confused and concerned than when I arrived. I expected professionalism and proper care, and unfortunately, neither were provided. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for proper medical attention or respectful treatment. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Fantastic experience: I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Lina Alshafie. She is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also deeply compassionate and attentive. What stood out the most is how much time and care she dedicates to her patients—she listens, explains every step clearly, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I left the clinic feeling both well taken care of and genuinely happy with the treatment. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Clinic is good ckean and neat. Tge service - by the dentist dr baseem is good and very accomodating, and professional hes a good dentist and hhes assistant But only problem is the reception personnel. Im asking before i go to the procedure if they will accept insurance, shes asking my EID, and shes asking again my insurance card. Then after shes not telling that my insurance is not elegible for the procedure. For all i know my insurance is ok for the procedure. When i finish the assistnt dr bassem asking me for the payment. Next olease inform your patient first if approve yes or no. What if the patient ha no money and the procedure is done by the dentist what will happen.
