Fantastic experience: The only clinic that I trust. The team is so accommodating specially for emergency cases. Dr Wael is as always the best, highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He did 2 root canals for me and is pain free Last time he has to access a very difficult canal that was opened by another dentist that left me with pain killers for almost 2wks. Called AMDC and they booked me as squeeze in on the same day Dr Wael insisted that he has to open the canal and check, since I am in severe pain. He is very patient about it he makes sure that you are comfortable and pain free. He is my dentist for almost a decade now and always the experience is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I had general inquiries when I called, the lady had an urgent need and priority goal first to know immediately my insurance and my EID number to check if I am eligible before completing my 3 questions. Then she tried to get an appointment by all means with any doctor. I booked for polishing and scaling, and full examination. When I came in I had to wait for Dr Sarah inside the room, with irritated voice she asked if I had pain. I said no, then she said why am I here. Right after polish and scale completion. I have some white spots in my tooth ( not obvious ~ 30%) so I asked Dr Sarah how can I get it treated. She said I can go for veneers. I asked is it the Only way? She said Yes. I reiterated my question, No other way? She said Yes. Then I told her how about using Icon solution/microabrasion/fluorosis. She then said " not sure of the results for your case but we can try" I think she felt embarrassed tried to recover after she withheld information just to promote veneers

Negative experience: The Doctor is good but the Receptionists in Dubai Healthcare Branch is very incompetent and careless specially pertaining to insurance hence, we ended up paying almost the full amount of the service. They should have checked with the service provider the eligibility PRIOR DOING the procedure AND NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCEDURE.

Negative experience: Went to see Dr Wahl, he was so uninterested in my son. He was yawning. We went to get my sons wisdom teeth checked. He took an xray, asked NO questions, looked in my sons mouth for a few seconds, said its so infected, told us we waited so long, we told him the pain began yesterday, till then there was no pain. He said we have to surgerically remove the tooth now! He did not explain what has happen, why, comfort my son, he just needed to make 2000 dhs to remove a tooth today! We left, went to Dr Micheals dental clinic in Al Wasal. He looked into my sons mouth and said oh looks like an infection we have to treat it with antibiotics first before I can even touch the tooth!! So professional! He also explained why he has to take it out, how, the different possible methods! He said my son can't open his mouth how can you take a wisdom tooth out! I am SHOCKED this doctor at American medical and dental clinic is even open at healthcare city! Staff are laughing loudly, shocking!

Dr. Wael and his team are truly the best professionals I know, and the number 1 dental clinic not only in Dubai but in the world I should say after living in Portugal, Rotterdam and US. They make me feel at ease from the moment I walk in, no matter if I’m visiting them for a dental implant, whitening, veneers or a cleaning. Rosini is the best hygienist I know. I do cleanings every 6 months and no one is as thorough in their work as Rosini. Fantastic experience: Had to undergo a major dental procedure, searched on the net for the best place and opted for American medical and dental clinic because of the great reviews. I am so glad that I landed at the right place. Dr Wael Baydoun is such an amazing doctor. With great patience he examined my teeth and explained the procedure I had to undergo. The surgery was done extremely well with minimum pain and no post complications. The rest of the staff are also so amazing and sensitive to their patients.
