Fantastic experience: Dr. Ali is a very professional and amazing dentist. Dr. Mohamed is also excellent and equally impressive. To be honest, Dama Center exceeded all my expectations. :)

Negative experience: I have done hair removal for beard i have done 3 sessions with them at the beginning the first session was good and they let me enter fast to do the lease but after I purchased the package the behaviour totally changed from the employee you have to come one time if you go without appointment they will not accept you you have to book appointment first but infact the first time I visit the clinic they let me in direct the second and third sessions is use less totally different from first sessions over all experience not the best and not recommended at all

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year, I found out Delma Spa Medical Center in the Al Nahyan area of Abu Dhabi for a dental treatment and Spa treatment , and I genuinely had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. I was treated by Dr. Nada, who was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a dentist who is both thorough and gentle, and I truly appreciated her approach. Not only that, I tried their massage services with Ms. Khanittha, had an excellent experience. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall sense of trust and professionalism. I also liked how appointments were handled efficiently with minimal waiting time. If you're looking for quality dental care in Abu Dhabi, I highly recommend Delma Spa Medical Center and Dr. Nada for your dental treatments and the masseuse Ms. Khanittha for spa/massage treatment.

Fantastic experience: بصراحة ذهبت لهم صدفة مع صديق وشوفت عندهم عرض اسنان ممتاز جدا واخدت العرض ومن اول جلسة مع الدكتورة ندى سليمان شعرت بالفرق والاخلاص في العمل لذلك ذهبت مرات عديدة والحمد لله اسناني صارت بحالة ممتازة الاستقبال تعاملهم ودود وانيق وراقي لذلك اشكرهم ايضاً بصورة خاصة الاستاذ حسام والاخوات مريم وخولة كل انسان له متطلبات خاصة في الخدمات التي يحتاجها لذلك عن نفسي انا في كامل الرضا عن المركز وسأواصل معهم دوماً ان شاء الله

Negative experience: والله ابدا ما انصح حد يسوي عندهم ليزر ولا البدكير. اول شي جهاز الليزر مالهم قديم وايد والغرف جديمه والعياده انا كنت اسيرلها في 2016 وله 2017 ورجعتلهم في 2025 وبعدها نفس الشي وسويت بعد البدكير والله انه تعبان يعني تسويه برع احسن و الي بيشوف التقييم انصحه يشوف الاشخاص الي تقييمهم عالي مب الي مقيم مرتين بس

Negative experience: من اسوء المراكز الطبية وخصوصا في الاسنان..غير متعاونين وغير مؤهلين ما انصح بالتعامل معهم او زيارتهم

The establishment is very nice, well maintained and clean. It has a wonderful welcoming feeling to it. The professionalism and knowledge of the therapist, Mrs. Fatima, is amazing. One of the better treatments I received in a very long time. Thank you very much.

Most of all she is very quite and give you peace when is doing her massage. No annoying noise and disturbances. She is highly recommended! Fantastic experience: This medical centre has a beauty department. I experienced a great lymphatic massage by an experienced Moroccan therapist. The advantage of having treatment at the Delma centre is clear: allstaff has special medical education. There are a number of doctors available at the centre, and others are guest specialists who are coming in certain days of the week. Reception staff is also great, always serving with genuine smiles and sending reminders. The centre is conveniently located and has a lot of parking spaces around.

Negative experience: من خلال تجربتي في العيادة كانت الخدمة جدا سيئة ، ولا انصح في هذي العيادة وللأسف الشديد المصداقية معدومة وشكرا.

Negative experience: Could be an individual incident but here it is. The braces doctor is super nice and helpful really i’d book with him again, however, the customer experience with the receptionist was awful which ruined the experience. The arguing and the stubbornness was too much. I just wanted clarification and don’t mind being wrong about something and i’ll even apologize but the way everything was explained was too insensitive and inconsiderate. I was treated like I’m stupid. When other patients came around she’d raise her tone and not let me speak. She said to someone “explain to the patient we don’t want problems” like i’m a troublemaker and came in for a fight. All i wanted was clarification.. I come from a customer experience background and i know this wasn’t ok especially talking about the patient badly in front of them. Just defensive attitude in general and very insensitive. Appreciate the positive reviews tho.

Positive experience: As soon as i walked in the smell of the air freshener was too strong for me, I have mild asthma and it bothered me a lot. It's a medical center it should be toned down from such smells. Other than that the receptionist upstairs was a welcoming and nice person.
