Fantastic experience: this facility is really sanitary, and calming. the staff here are laid back and outgoing, but at the same time efficient and professional. i’ve had a root canal, a crown and veneers done here and it’s all been a swift and flawless process, i haven’t been confident in my smile or teeth at all, but now i feel as if my new teeth have naturally been with me all my life, and it’s made me feel much much better about myself. for future readers, my doctor and dentist during all my procedures was Dr. Green. polite, and very considerate of the patient, doing his best to satisfy his patients to the best of his and their comfort, which is really admirable.

My laser sessions with Miss Michelle and Miss Sharut have been excellent. They thoroughly explained what to expect after completing the full course of treatments and made sure I was comfortable throughout each session. I’ve already noticed visible results after just the first session, especially in the underarm area. Overall, the clinic provides outstanding service, and the staff are approachable, friendly, and highly professional.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor SAIMA was not positive. The procedure did not meet my expectations, and the cost was much higher than anticipated. What concerned me most was how unprofessionally she treated her assistant—she was quite impolite and dismissive, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I would recommend considering other professionals who offer better care and a more respectful environment.

Fantastic experience: I saw a post in tiktok regarding this clinic and I tried their hydra facial and carbon laser, the receptionist ms. Mia was very accomodating with all my inquiries and has recommended their on going promotions, which are very affordable. My laser tech ms michelle was kind and professional all through my session. I have booked more sessions with them as I am very satisfied with their team.

Positive experience: Good Clinic..STEER CLEAR of Dr Aparna. I have been a loyal client of Nagem Dental Clinic for several years, primarily for teeth whitening and other dental treatments. My overall experience with the clinic has generally been positive. During my most recent visit, however, a teeth whitening procedure resulted in gum damage due to insufficient protective measures by the attending dentist. He chose to inform me that such outcomes “can happen,” which I found dismissive. That said, I appreciate the clinic’s integrity in acknowledging the issue and offering both a sincere apology and a full refund. While the treatment itself was unsatisfactory, the professional handling of the aftermath restored my trust. I value this kind of accountability, and for that reason, I remain a client of Nagem Clinic. However, I must raise a serious concern regarding a particular practitioner, Dr. Aparna. I was advised to return for a follow-up to assess the damage and discuss next steps. Unfortunately, I found her approach deeply troubling. Rather than demonstrating empathy, she appeared more interested in asserting her credentials than addressing my pain. When I indicated that I was in discomfort and not in a position for her Ego-centered lecture, she responded defensively and condescendingly, saying “Have you only returned for Money”. Awful Behavior in my opinion. Her conduct was not only unprofessional but wholly lacking in patient care and emotional intelligence. In the face of genuine distress, her inability to demonstrate basic compassion was alarming. I left the consultation feeling disrespected and even more distressed. To be clear, this does not reflect my view of Nagem Clinic as a whole, which has otherwise shown professionalism and goodwill. However, I strongly urge the clinic’s management to evaluate Dr. Aparna’s conduct and ensure that all practitioners meet the standard of patient-centered care that Nagem is known for. One practitioner’s ego should never override a patient’s right to dignified and empathetic treatment.

Fantastic experience: Went to get a filling and deep cleaning for my teeth. Price was reasonable, staff was very helpful and accommodating, and most of all, the dentist made me feel very comfortable and explained the process step by step and even suggested helpful aftercare tips to better take care of my teeth. Overall very satisfied with the clinic

Positive experience: I’m giving 3 stars due to a miscommunication regarding the booking and pricing, despite the April offer being listed on Instagram. The therapist was skilled and accommodating, but there was a lot of back-and-forth and confusion with the receptionist. I’d like to share my experience: The promotion was advertised at 199 AED, but the receptionist informed me it wasn’t applicable at the time, even after I pointed out that it was part of the April offer. She initially tried to charge me 299 AED for one session and, when I asked for clarification on the pricing for separate treatments (as 299 AED wasn’t listed in the offer), she eventually gave me the 199 AED offer price as a first-time visitor to the clinic.
