Fantastic experience: I am a terrified patient who needed a root canal, my worst nightmare!! Dr Marjan and whole team was fantastic with me and my nerves. I certainly didn’t make it easy for them, but Dr Marjan was an absolute calming star; she explained everything for me, didn’t rush me when I was not very relaxed and was so calm and lovely throughout. Once I had finished with the root canal, I moved on to Dr Najima who again was super sympathetic to my involuntary responses and we got it all sorted. I am so thankful to the whole team with their patience, I’ve had no pain, no discomfort and it couldn’t have gone any better. These ladies are a credit to the team at Dubai hills branch :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Marjan is a magician! I was dreading going to get my root canal for months ( partly because I remember how painful my last root canal was). She promised me I would have little to no pain whatsoever and she was right , i didn’t feel anything , most importantly my mind was at ease throughout the whole procedure. I called her in that very moment, and she immediately contacted the clinic to find out who was available and reassured us while organizing urgent appointments. We rushed to the clinic, and Dr. Marjan Dorkhan was incredibly empathetic and kind to my daughter, who was very scared. She calmed her down and treated her right away with impeccable care. Later, Dr. Usama Azim was also extremely gentle and caring, performing a perfect reconstruction. Both doctors took the time needed to treat her immediately and urgently, even without an appointment. They truly put themselves in my daughter’s shoes and rearranged their schedules to help her in this delicate and stressful moment. My daughter left the clinic happy, calm, and with her tooth looking as if nothing had ever happened. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Fantastic experience: I had my regular dental checkup today with Dr. Lama Dakkoury at Joy Clinic, and I don’t think I’ve ever met a doctor as empathetic or as attentive a listener as her, especially in my mentally and financially draining journey with kid who has multiple disabilities. I actually cried today (good tears). She listens with care, doesn’t rush, and most importantly, she won’t recommend unnecessary procedures or treatments. Someone recommended her to me before. I can’t thank this mum enough. Highly, highly recommend her for our kids.

I was then seen by the dentist who carried out a cleaning and a filling. I also enquired about composite bonding on my teeth and she was able to do it straight away. Positive experience: I do suggest Dr.Usama to anyone looking for the right dentist to feel comfortable and confident. He explains everything very clearly giving alternatives on the solution and not putting pressure on the patient to decide immediately. I was flogging out in the evening and desperate to fix a customer in my salivary gland, luckily I was fitted into an appointment the same day of my diagnosis. I was welcomed with a smile and treated very well throughout my whole surgery. Doctor Salah walked me through the procedure from start to finish and made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole way through! I felt no pain and the procedure did not take long.
