Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic just for consultation with doctor Mohamad Hassoun. He was really kind and tried to explain we everything and took a really good care about me, was very careful, communicative and checked everything several times. Doctor Mohamad recommended me to extract my wisdom tooth. I expected that we will make another appointment, because in my case it wasn’t easy treatment but he did it today to help me out of pain. I really appreciate his job and I’m so thankful for what he did for me today.! His assistants were also really nice! And I can’t forget these two lovely ladies from reception! Negative experience: I wish if there is a "zero" starts option. Typically, customers only complain after a bad service is completed. However, with this place, the complaints start even before the service is provided. They treat patients as if the clinic is offering them free treatment. There is a lack of respect and professionalism. I gave them a second chance after a poor experience the first time, but now, while trying to visit them again, the misbehavior and negative experience have started even before the service began. I regret giving them another opportunity — I should have stopped after the first incident.

During the phone conversation, we also made it clear that pre-approval from your insurance was required before we could proceed with any treatment as per your insurance policy, as we were unaware of the specific procedure you were seeking.
We always strive to communicate clearly and respectfully, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Negative experience: السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته اشكر الدكتور محمدعلى طولت باله والاستاذه رانيه على متابعتهم للمواعيد عندي ملاحظه كل مره تتكرر معاي الدكتور كل مايطلب من النيرس شي تروح برع الغرفه واتجييب الاغراض والنيرسات ماعندهم خبره كافيه هذه الشي ياخر البيشن الييي بعدي موعدي ١١ونص دخلت ١٢ ونص والسبب النيرسات مب مجهزين المكان الدكتور مب مقصر بشي يشتغل ويغطي الاخطاء كثر مايقدر اتمنى انه الغلط اليي يتكرر كل مره يتصلح وخلو نيرسات ثابتات
