Eastman's Smile Solutions Dental Clinic

Fantastic experience: I first heard about Eastman Clinic from a friend and decided to book an appointment. When I arrived, there was a delay because Dr. Amin had an emergency case with another patient. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to limited time. To my surprise, Dr. Amin personally called me to apologize for the rare incident and offered to rebook me for the very next day at any time that suited me, along with extra services for free. The next day, I had a really great experience checking my teeth and doing the regular maintenance with him, everything was thorough, professional, and comfortable. This kind of care and attention to detail is rare to find. Highly recommended, and I don’t think I’ll be looking for any other clinic after this!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment and informed the dentist that i will be late for 10-15 minutes , drove for 35 minutes once i arrive the dr didn’t want to see me she want to leave ??? Then they told me to see other dr , mind that i booked with her 2 weeks before !!!!!

Negative experience: I’ve been experienced to most dental hospitals around the region and as a local Emirati the standards of the receptionist which seems they weren’t trained well with cheap manners and we’ve been waited for almost an hour prior we had an appointment please fix this !

Negative experience: شكرا للجميع بمن فيهم الدكتور جلال كان رائع مع ابنتي في علاج العصب والدكتورة نور مميزة وهادئة والدكتورة رانيا شرحة النفس ورائعة في التعامل مع الجميع الصغير والكبير، ولكن الدكتورة دعاء كانت سيئة في التعامل معي كأم في ردودها القاسية معي، كوني خائفة على ابنتي وهي بين يديها ، حتى أنها لم تنتظر البنج يعطي مفعوله وبدأت في الخلع بشكل سريع ، مما جعل الصغيرة تصرخ من الألم، أتمنى النظر فيها وشكرا للعاملين في العيادة من استقبال وممرضات أنتم رائعين

Negative experience: دكتورة التقويم مع الاسف تعاملها كان جدا سيء معاي! ابتداء بطريقة ازاله الريتينر المكسور ! ازالته بطريقة وحشية لدرجة ان الصمغ اللي كان على اسناني طلع وراح ف بلعومي وانبلع! وماكنت على علم انها راح تشيل الريتينر كنت رايحة لها لانه مكسور ومفروض تصلحه وهي شالته من غير ما تخبرني و قالت خذي موعد لتركيب واحد جديد! اسلوبها كان جدا سيء معاي و ابدا ما اعتذرت و انا ما ابديت ردة فعل بسبب الصدمة Unfortunately, my experience with the orthodontist was very bad! It started with the way she removed the broken retainer. She took it off roughly to the point where the glue that was on my teeth came off and went down my throat, and I swallowed it! I wasn’t even aware she was going to remove the retainer; I went to her because it was broken, and she took it off without informing me, then told me to make an appointment for a new one. Her attitude was really bad, and she never apologized. I didn’t react at the moment because I was in shock.

Negative experience: Sadly, I can’t give 0 stars. This dental clinic only has one purpose- to make money from patients. Go to another dental center. They will charge you for services while you’re on the chair, and you’ll have get bill for thousands not covered by insurance. This is all from my personal experience.

Fantastic experience: From October 2022 to April 2024, my braces journey was pretty smooth. The first few weeks felt a bit unusual as I got used to them, but overall the experience was really easy and quick. By the end of it, the results were amazing, and it was definitely worth it! What I loved the most about this experience with Dr Saba was that she always gave me the time to ask her any questions and I was always informed with what was next in the process. For the first time in my life, I’ve gone to a dentist excited rather than nervous. She’s cool and funny but very professional.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her teeth fixed by Dr. Saba. If i could give her 500 stars, I would!! She is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also approachable.. always took the time to answer all our questions, never made us feel rushed through the process. My daughter once said that every visit feels like visiting a friend :) It’s hard to find professionals with kindness and compassion…Dr Saba is definitely an exception in that case. Also, the results are outstanding, couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I am 14 years old and I did my invisalign treatment 5 years ago, and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My only regret is not starting earlier, but I am very glad i started at a young age so that now I don’t have to worry about my teeth. When I was little, I loved to eat lots of sweets, popcorn and e.t.c; thankfully, unlike braces, invisalign doesn’t restrict you from eating anything. All you have to do is take them off and put them back on. I always get compliments on my teeth, and I haven’t undergone any orthodontic treatment since 2019. Invisalign helped me become more confident with my smile. The staff is always so helpful and understanding, and they help me with any issues I have whenever I go. Thank you Dr. Saba, my orthodontist, for helping me smile brighter.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a school accident on Friday 14th June 2024, she is 17 and we were in deep shock and nervous as the accident resulted in chipping both front teeth. I was calling each clinic in AbuDhabi that I know of to accommodate an emergency appointment, I am glad that we came to this clinic. The receptionist, Najwa was at great help , Doctor Noor treated us with empathy and care and comforted my daughter who was distressed and in deep trauma. Nurse Doreen was kind and gentle and we had the emergency care that was needed and fixed my daughter teeth especially with Eid upcoming. Thank you

Negative experience: Had a very bad and bitter experience with this dental center for my daughter’s dental treatment. Honestly wish to give minus rating to this clinic for the pediatric dentist service. Issue 1: Absolutely the clinic do not follow up with the patient’s future appointment. Issue 2: I really don’t want to mention the dentist name, this person need to keep the patient or their parents well informed on the treatment plans and the potential timeline. The communication shared with me was not at all consistent. Issue 3: upon requesting for a feedback call the center head, it turned out that the center head started questioning the patient’s parent.
