Fantastic experience: Been at Noa Dental Clinic since 2023 for regular check ups every 6 months with Dr.Anupama. Dr.Anupama gives a great detail on the condition of your dental health and there are very few dentists who take this approach.

Dr Anupama Jaiswal is an absolutely fantastic professional who takes time to understand the problem and deliver the most effective solution whenever is for my kid , husband , or my dental issues. In the last 8 years I replaced 4 veneers on separate occasions and she managed to match colors perfectly, without compromising the quality of the final product. Positive experience: Dr Jaswal and her team are very friendly, always going the extra mile and explaining everything as you go. Dont be mislead just cause they are not in a Skyscraper - their work is very professional and Dr Jaswal has very extensive and holistic knowledge.

Negative experience: I had an implant and crown installed, only for it to fall off after just 8 months—not even a full year! Shocked by this, I consulted multiple specialists and was even more disappointed to learn that the implant brand used is not recognized in any other country or even in Dubai itself among other clinics. The clinic assured me it was a Swiss implant, but after thorough investigation, it turned out to be a Brazilian brand that isn’t even used in any other part of the world. This feels completely misleading and raises serious concerns about the credibility of the clinic’s practices. On top of that, I wasted a lot of money traveling to Dubai multiple times, only to have the implant fail and eventually need a complete reimplantation elsewhere. This was a huge financial loss and a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and double-check the materials being used before proceeding with treatment here. I regret trusting this clinic and hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at NOA dental clinic. I started, I would say, my journey in the mid of September, I finished at the beginning of March I had to do few implants and the crown. Really appreciate assistance from the first moment until the end. Thank you to Dr.Suhail who did great job with my implants, he explained me everything, step by step what he was going to do. And the job was done in 3 months, now you can’t even say that it’s not my real teeth, implants looking good. Also, I would like to thank Dr.Anupama, she did amazing job with my crown, it took more time then implants, as the crown is for the front tooth, and I wanted it to look as much as possible to natural tooth. Dr.Anupama was very patient, attentive and helpful as I asked maybe 4 time to change the crown. But now everything is done and my teeth looks good Big big thanks to all the team, to the assistants and to the girls at the reception.

She was very sweet and created a very friendly atmosphere during the series of procedures. My root canal was a tricky one and she was able to handle it with a lot of care and efficiency, not stopping the process until she was satisfied with the way it was carried out. They always continued to respond efficiently and super fast even when it’s closing time within their time zone, they have always responded to my concerns and queries before booking with Noa clinic to do my porcelain veneers. Upon arriving, I met the team, they were all super friendly and supportive. Dr Raeem was amazing Alhamdullilah!! she was super friendly and her two assistants was so helpful, kind and took care of me throughout my journey. Surprisingly, the first one (where I praised Dr. Roy Thomas for extracting my wisdom tooth) disappeared after I published this one, so I'll try to combine the two reviews in one. After the extraction of my wisdom tooth, which was done absolutely painlessly by Dr. Roy Thomas (I do think he is a brilliant surgeon, and he knows how to calm down even a cowardly patient like me), I had the stitches removed by Dr. Sanghamitra Ojha, and I didn't feel a thing. She is so gentle and knowledgeable! Thank you, doctors, now I know who to address if I have problems with my teeth. I had neither swelling nor bruises, and I'm no longer worried about choosing the dentist in Dubai. On top of that, I loved the atmosphere in NOA clinic in the World Trade Centre branch. Everybody is exceptionally friendly and helpful, so you stop worrying altogether. Thank you!

She’s very thorough, briefs me before and after the procedures and just generally a great doctor. I’ve had a total of 7 appointments and I’ve only waited 30+mins for 2 of those appointments, due to patients before me being late (so pls come on time!). I went to the JLT branch once and some staff seem to be in both the JLT and Trade Centre branch. I was warmly welcomed by Ann and Emra in both branches and the service has been impeccable each time.
