Negative experience: Disclaimer: This review is only about one of the services of this clinic, and only about one Dr., other services might be good and work well here. However, if you considering aligners here, think twice. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the treatment I received at your clinic under the care of Dr. Saba. Despite investing significant time and resources into the treatment, I have not only failed to see any improvement, but my dental condition has worsened. To provide some context, I initially sought treatment for minor alignment issues with the expectation that the process would take approximately nine months, as communicated by your team. However, I am appalled to report that after dedicating a staggering 1.6 years to the treatment. Furthermore, during the initial consultation, I was assured of receiving complimentary whitening and cleaning services upon completion of the treatment(Part of my Package). However, when I inquired about redeeming these services as per our agreement, I was unjustly informed that I was not entitled to them. This breach of trust and failure to honor commitments further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. The lack of tangible results, coupled with the unmet promises and inadequate communication, reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your clinic. As a patient, I entrusted my dental health to your care with the expectation of receiving quality treatment and transparent communication, both of which were sorely lacking throughout this ordeal. I am now left with no choice but to seek alternative avenues for addressing my dental concerns and to caution others against entrusting their care to your clinic. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and to reassess your practices to ensure that future patients do not encounter similar disappointments.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend doing veneers with Dr. Michael. I had veneers done by another doctor in a different clinic and was very unhappy. He is a perfectionist and will make sure your teeth look as natural as possible and the teeth suit your face. Positive experience: Very quick and easy to get appointment, super friendly staff that take care of you. Went for teeth whitening, did a set of three times. However there was no colour difference so quite disappointed with the results since it cost AED 1300

Fantastic experience: I think it’s about time to write my review of Oris Dental Center.. Hands down the BEST dental clinic i have ever been to. To be honest I haven’t have the best luck with teeth before at all and i had a very bad experience which made me even more scared and upset every time my tooth hurts and used to take only pain killers to avoid it . I got my veneers done a long time ago and was happy , but still had that fear of dentist Until i found Oris Dental Centre Jumiarh .. DR.Mirjam Escorche and her lovely team from receptionist to the nurses at Jumaira branch made me feel comfortable while am there the whole time .. Dr.Mirjam was SUPER supportive and Super great with me and whenever she assured me of something i trusted her to the max .I am absolutely more relaxed now going to Oris dental center thanks to the great team . Positive experience: Very nice place, everything is clean, there is a X-ray room and multinational team. But it didn’t work from the first time, the tooth filling should be remade in 2 days after the first visit. I’m a bit spoiled with a high level of Russian dentistry. But this clinic is quite nice

Fantastic experience: Dr Ismail is the best dentist and our family was really lucky to find him, we got a lot of recommendations to stop our search on him. On our first visit he explained all issues and the treatment plan which included filings and crowns for few teeth. I had anxiety to visit a dentist but I felt very comfortable after the first visit, it was actually painless at all time. Dr Ismail is very professional, gentle and kind. Negative experience: I have done some teeth treatment at the clinic in Jumeirah; however, the removal of a tooth should be done at another brunch. The receptionist told me to call for the appointment at the other brunch. My x-ray has been done with the Jumeirah clinic. My precondition status and insurance information should transfer to the other brunch and doctor. My concern is that my appointment looks at the patient at the first visit, and I need to explain them myself. That is inconvenient for me. I chose Oris detail because they can do the direct bill. I don't need to do extra work. Now, why would I choose Oris? It would be easier for the patient to go to the dentist has all `service for the patients. When I met the doctor, he told me to call them to book the removal tooth. I thought that it would make sense to transfer my information. However, it was a disappointment the reception just gave me the other brunch number. I don't think I can recommend Oris dental clinic to any other patients. They had the new receptionist. I don't think she is helpful.
