Positive experience: I had done scaling with Dr. Islam, and within 4-5 days I went to another dental center for wisdom tooth scan (which was covered under insurance). I was surprised when the dentist told me there were still hard deposits, just having done scaling just so recently. The service at Bellevue was quick however the results were not satisfactory.

Negative experience: Not good customer service, only to get you to pay them but after they don’t answer anymore

Negative experience: I've been to this clinic for braces installation and crown. At first appointment, they are good and nice. But here comes when we ask them about the reimbursement because some services they had done is covered with our insurance provider. First, their customer service is worst, like we are already stressed with our reimbursement processing and they are angry if we follow up for the requirements that in the first place, they should know because for sure their clients are asking the same. They are not accommodating enough and even ''threatening'' or saying to the client like ''you still want the documents or no need?''. Like hello, you should first make sure that you respect your client and not that the respect should be based on nationality. We're both Filipinos and the attitude in the WhatsApp chat is so trashy. Second, the crown done to my partner is poorly done that we had to return to the clinic because it got broken. Third, yes their service is overpriced but the quality is... naaah. Also, during my last appointment adjustment with my braces, they had offered me overpriced package just to secure that I will not change my dentist and go to them until my full treatment is done. But I know better and will never comeback. They even promised me 2 sessions free for the adjustment but when I ask about it with the ortho he was telling that the free adjustment will be after 6 sessions and the other free is after the 12 session. Like thats not what we agree before doctor. I even recommended them to my colleagues when they ask me about my braces and I regretted it. So I told them afterwards not to go there and don't believe their ads on Facebook or some vloggers promoting them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic even though their receptionist are "kabayans". Customer service 1/10 (they should enroll for customer related courses to fix their attitude) Pricing 4/10 (overpriced) Quality 4/10 (not good) Sorry not sorry. I am not paid to trash talk them and I was a real client and you can see my name on their log book because every time you visit their clinic you have to write on their log book.

Fantastic experience: Few days ago when I had to book an appointment to the Bellevue Medical Center - AUH branch for the Zirconia crown bridges, cleaning and polishing session, by which a friend of mine recommended the place. Dra. Atiqa has all the manners you would have ever want for a Dentist - knows professional rapport, listens attentively, considerate and has craftmanship. Fantastic experience: Firstly, I got my teeth cleaned here and they did a great job of cleaning. It was fast but they effectively cleaned, scaled and polished my teeth. I also got my braces installed by Dr. KT. He did a great job and was able to install it fast and neatly. He also explained the procedure and taught me how to properly use orthodontic brush to clean my teeth. One thing to note is, the prices on their advertisement are “starts at”, the actual prices may be a bit higher but the quality of their work is worth it. The reception team is also nice.

They brought fake materials as a veneer with a big variation in color .They don't have any sense about the work they do. When I tried to claim part of the damage they made and settle the case peacefully they just ignored me thinking that they will get a way with that.
