Fantastic experience: I had an unexpected dental issue when a piece of my tooth broke, and Smile Works Clinic was able to give me a same day appointment, which I really appreciated. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is welcoming. Dr. Aya & Dr. Aouni are not only skilled, but they actually take the time to listen, explain the options, and involve you in the decision before taking any action, something I truly value. They managed to solve my issue in the same visit, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming back here if I ever need anything again ❤️

Negative experience: I was there for a professional cleaning and scaling, as well as a filling for a tooth. The doctor gave me a very strong anesthesia. Although I didn't ask him for anything extra, he thought of changing a filling that he already had and now I can't chew anymore, because he didn't check my bite, and this tooth hits the top one when I chew. He asked me extra 1050 AED. I have the conversation in evidence. I didn't think that something like this can happen in a clinic with only good reviews
