Fantastic experience: I recently had E max veneers fitted by Dr Farooq, I would like to say that the attention to detail this man offers is unbelievable. I had my first fitting of the veneers and wasn't happy with the finish and Dr Farooq insured that no matter what happens we want you to be completely happy before fitting etc. So the teeth went away for further adjustments and when they came back I couldn't believe the difference they had completely changed them, they now look amazing i couldn't be happier i strongly recommend Dr Farooq. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I came all the way from Canada to get my teeth done by Dr.Farooq & it was the best decision I made. I had previously gotten my teeth done by a different Dr from a different country who unfortunately did not do well. Dr Farooq not only fixed the previous Dr mistake, he took his time & created the perfect smile that I had been envisioning for so long! Staff was amazing, his assistant & receptionists were all so kind & welcoming. I had a wonderful experience & will definitely recommend him. (Oh and the view from the office is beautiful by the way!)

Negative experience: مركز مانشستر من أسوء العيادات بالتعامل مع المرضى منشان اي حدا يعرف قبل ما يشتغل عن طريقون فينير أنا كنت زبونة قديمة عندون وكأنو عاطيني ضمان للأسنان لعشر سنين و ظهرت مشاكل كتير بالفينير كانو دايما يأجلو حلها بحلول مؤقتة لحدا ما آخر فترة نزل سن ومشاكل نزف اللثة وبطلو بدن يكونو مسؤولين وتملصو بفكرة انو أنا ضماني قديم بس خمس سنوات مو عشرة وأي شي بدي اعملو او يصلحو او يغيرو الفينر هوة مالن علاقة فحبيت فيد اي حدا بدو يتعامل معون ياخد ورقة ضمان من عندون لانو الحكي بقاموسن مالو معنى. بعد سماع الرد من طرفكم بحب أجاوبكم انو كلامك غير صحيح إني لم ازر العيادة ولا مرة مع أني قمت بتصليح أسناني بعيادتكم بعد تركيب الفينير وخبرتكن إني كنت برا البلد وكنت بالزيارات يمكن تلات مرات زرت العيادة وعملت تنظيف وكنت خارج البلد أقوم بالمتابعة ولم يذكر ايضاً انو سقط فينير من سن وتم التركيب ايضاً في العيادة لكن لم تزكر هذا الزيارة مع أنها لم تدم غير ايام وسقطت ولي اكتر من سنة عند عودتي اتصل بالعيادة لاقابل دكتور عز وتقولو مسافر وسوف يعود مع انو ترك العيادة وغير موجود و التهاب اللثة اكد لي اكتر من دكتور انو بسبب ترك فراغ بين اللثة والفينر هو السبب مع اعتنائي بصحة فمي جيدا لمعلوماتك وبالنسبة انو سلمتني ورقة انو ضماني خمس سنين هاد ايضا غير صحيح لاني لم اسلم ولا ورقة والدكتور عز اكد انو عشر سنين ضمان لأي مشاكل واكتر من مرة عند زيارتي الدكتور عز يقول لي نبدل الفنير عند الضرورة مافي مشكلة ولكن نجرب حلول مع العلم أني لما اتصلت بالعيادة السكرتيرة شيكت انو ضمن العشر سنين وتاني يوم تم تغيير الكلام وإنو فقط خمس سنين للأقدم من 2020 وانا بسبب سفري خارج البلد لم استطع المتابعة حتى الفير الي وقع تملصتو بزيارتي من اعادة تركيبه لكن لو ارادت العيادة كسب زبون وبقي له سنة فقط كانت عرفت كيف ترضيه بطريقة محترمة اكتر

Negative experience: بصراحه أسوأ قرار اتخذته لما فكرت اعمل الابتسامة وللاسف للأسف جا اختياري على عيادة مانشييستر ..للأسف جودة التلبيسه سيئ وسميك و رائحه..(للعلم هم فالاعلان مكتوب عكس الكلام) وبعد الابتسامة بأيام عملي التهاب للثه لانه كان فيه ضغط عليها ومن غير دم ...معاناااه والله..راجعت اكثر من خمس مرات بدون فايده والمشكله تزيد والالتهاب يزيد واثر على صحتي ..ف اضطريت اترك العياده و أروح لعياده ثانيه كفاءاتها عاليه واجهزتها مطوره وشلت الابتسامة والحمدلله راح الالتهاب وراحت معاه الرائحه السيئه للفينير التعيس.. طبعا كل هالمعاناه في أقل من شهر..وطبعا خسارة فلوس عالفاضي..ماقول غير حسيبي الله ونعم والوكيل وماسامحكم .

Negative experience: اشتغلت عند كذا دكتور ودكتورة بالمركز وبصراحة كتير منهن اكفاء وما اخدو مني الا المدح والثناء لكن اشتغلت فينير عند نفس المركز وندمت لانه بعد حوالي الخمس جلسات تعديل وحف ولسا مالي مرتاح… رحت عيادة تانية وخبروني انه في ٦ اسنان بدهن اعادة تحضير وتركيب فينير من اول وجديد. يعني الواحد ما بيتوقع هيك نتيجة بعد ما يدفع قريب ال ١٠ الاف… على كل الله بعوض….

Negative experience: Not happy with their treatment at all.. I put braces in this clinic and when i paid my full amounts 9000, they start to postponed my appointment for long time.. And sometimes they forgot to confirm the appointment so it will be missd because of their negligence and i will be waiting for other one month, its very irritating... its been 3 years now and my treatment is not over and still not take it off... i don't recommended to anyone.
