Negative experience: I just wanted to share regarding the service I’ve received. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but the calls either don’t go through or just keep ringing with no answer. It’s been really difficult to get in touch with anyone. What’s worse is that on one of the calls, someone actually took down my enquiry and promised a callback—but no one ever followed up. I waited, thinking maybe someone would get back to me, but that never happened. It’s honestly very disappointing. I expected better communication and support. If someone had just taken the time to follow up or respond, this could’ve been resolved easily. I really hope this is looked into and improved, because this kind of experience makes it hard to trust the service.

Fantastic experience: I’m very thankful to Dr. Nausheen Khan for her excellent care. After coming back from a cold trip to Georgia, I developed a bad cold, cough, and had trouble breathing. She was so gentle and genuinely concerned. She took the time to explain everything and recommended a nebulizer, which gave me relief right away. Dr. Nausheen’s kindness made a big difference during my visit. The clinic (iCare Mankhool) is also very clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. I truly felt cared for. Fantastic experience: I visited the GP Dr. Amrita Das and ENT specialist Dr. Sandra Thomas. I had lower respiratory congestion and shortness of breath caused by allergic rhinitis. Didn't need to give long explanation, both doctors know their stuff. As opposed to pulmonologists at other leading hospitals who just focused on lungs and symptom management. Was referred for nasal endoscopy but it was rejected by the insurance provider. Reception team leader Ehteshaam Ali and Clinic Manager Nisham Malliyekal submitted 5 times and got the approval. As a patient, this going above and beyond is just so awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dental treatment is something like from which I scared for almost more than two decades because I really didn’t find a doctor who can really assure me to get rid of all my pain so effortlessly till I visited Icare for my dental treatment on February 2023. Dr. Gayathri Kanvathertha is the best dentist I ever met till today. Before visiting her I was so scared of that dental chair that I preferred to be in pain instead of visiting any clinic or hospital for the treatment. But Dr. Gayathri she is really exceptional. She is so kind, tolerant, calm and composed guiding us with the best professional approach for the treatment. She handles so comfortably while treating that my fear of dental chair vanished like a bubble. 1)Injection : I was most scared of the mouth injection but during my first visit It was required so she used it and for my surprise I really didn’t feel the pain. 2) Rct : I had my Rct procedure with the doctor she never makes you uncomfortable just to complete the work. She stops immediately if you feel even a little pain. 3) Fillings : she always approaches for the best that can be handled by us. She goes for the long term solutions instead of momentary ones. My filling for the first molar is still working as its been more than 1.5 years. 4)Crown : she is never in hurry. My crown didn’t fitted well so she didn’t tried to make adjustments. She has a very professional approach. She gave it to lab again to make it correct according to my tooth parameters and fitted it patiently. 5) Guidance : she is best to deal for any dental issues, treatments and after care. Purpose of this review is if someone who is really scared of dental treatment can visit Dr. Gayathri and forget the pain because she handles the patient like a baby, does her job like a professional and make you feel like your friend as she listens all your tooth problems calmly. So tooth problems, aches and discomforts leave us with healthy mouth and teeth hygiene. Thank you Dr. Gayathri for being so marvellous and Icare clinic for having her.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been going to Dr. Pillai to get my acne figured - always gave me the same medicines with no proper treatment, just was a money hungry initiative by the clinic and by the doctor. My mistake was to continuously go there. Always the same medication, no difference even after giving feedback - furthermore, he doesn’t really actively listen to your concerns. He asked me to come after 2 weeks if the treatment didn’t work (this is after a month of going and yet again he gave me the same medications) - which doctor gives antibiotic for cystic acne when I did say it caused severe head pain? Weeks later the doctor blocked me on WhatsApp because he had no answers and had very little concern for his patients. They don’t give treatments to cure patients rather give temporary solutions so you keep visiting them - MONEY HUNGRY INITIATIVE. Do not visit

Positive experience: I had a great experience for my Root Canal which was done by Dr Nitin Godri. iCare sends appointment confirmations, reminders etc and the staff is very courteous. But most impressive was Dr Nitin's approach. Not only is he very methodical & thorough, he keeps explaining what he's doing & why helping put the patient at ease. Also, he's very friendly & flexible. Only slight issue was that often when Dr Nitin asked for some product to use during the procedure, it was not available & he used an alternative which appeared to be his second/ third choice. But I had a very good experience overall!!

Negative experience: Very very unprofessional Gynecology Doctor Dr.Basly saju. I wasted my 250 dhs fee. Because this doctor only asking about patient condition. Didn't touch body didn't see body condition..only told me check blood test for seeing baby condition blood test for 240 dhs and scan 1000 dhs. She don't know how to consult patient.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Icare Mankhool, Dr Vinod treated very well , very caring nature , couple of times did follow up as well , my wife recovered very quickly . Physiotherapist Dr Reshma treated very well, very friendly nature, she gave lot of confidence to my wife , she is accessible whenever we had a query. Overall good staff.

Fantastic experience: Two specialists I found very helpful at ICare Mankhool.. 1. Dental Doctor Gayathri. Had painless extractions, even tooth with long root, help in reducing the pain and healing the gums in 12 hours. Finally in providing best solution at a reasonable cost.. 2. Physiotherapist is good and therepist provides very good guidance and therapy to relieve pain.
