They sincerely acknowledged that the costs should have been discussed beforehand. They also explained that, given the patient’s extreme pain and inability to speak, they made the compassionate decision to proceed with treatment immediately. I truly appreciate the care and empathy they showed in handling the situation and their willingness to follow up and take responsibility

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a 5 star review. It was my first experience with them, i must say they follow hygiene standards, the staff and doctors are cooperative and friendly. What seemed to be a painful job was done painlessly. I would definately recommend them to my friends and colleagues

Negative experience: "I recently visited the clinic for an aligner tightening. During my initial enquiry, I was clearly informed that the procedure would be free of charge. However, during the second visit, I was unexpectedly billed a substantial amount. When I questioned this, the staff denied ever having provided such information, which I found both disappointing and unprofessional. While I understand that services may incur charges, the amount demanded was unreasonable, especially given that the entire procedure took less than two minutes."Very upset with the service
