Negative experience: The worst center ever. They attract customers by offering a free consultation (with under qualified dentist) and then lure you into buying a package of all the services you need. Their treatment is substandard. It resulted in complications (my lips swoll up and I suffered a lot. I did an extraction and I don't want to go back for the 5 fillings that I paid for. They refusrd to refund me for the 5 fillings which I did not do and are forcing me to take treatment against my consent and against my will. Don't ruin your health and waste your money and end up with nightmares by visiting this center. The dentist who extracted my tooth didn't even know her basic anatomy. She told me it's the wisdom tooth that she has extracted, whereas it was the second molar. No antibiotics given pre or post procedure on the day of extraction despite it being a badly infected tooth, no sutures placed, a gaping wound was left as it is and i bled the entire night. Next day i went back, suture was placed post consulting another dentist and antibiotics prescribed after i asked for it. A simple 10 minute procedure took 45 minutes and was mishandled. Please hire people who know what they're doing. Dr. Afshan Kathamale.

Fantastic experience: I'm afraid of any dental procedures and my pain tolerance is low but Dra Charisma and her assistant nurse was truly amazing. They are very supportive and make sure that i feel relaxed and comfortable. Dra. Charisma was very gentle and light even join me humming song to calm myself during the procedure, The whole experinece from receptionist, Dra and assisting nurse is highly commendable. Negative experience: For 1 tooth It's so expensive, I would have accepted it, but what I can't accept is that after 4 months since my tooth extraction, I felt something on my tongue. I thought it was some gum that got stuck, but when I touched it, it turned out to be a tooth.What kind of extraction did you do? You just cut it off. The work of your dentist is unacceptable . They should lose their license because they don't know what they're doing.

Negative experience: This has been my worst medical experience, first of all the receptionist intentionally gave me wrong details for the charge as a means to lure me into booking an appointment with them and later I over had her brag about it and how she uses this trick and convince customers. She gives you a lower price to attract you and then after the service you are charged a different price which is way higher than what she told you. Secondly the service and care is very poor as they are in hurry to move on to the next patient. Thirdly there service is not top notch as advertised. I went for deep teeth cleaning but nothing changed after the treatment Terrible terrible experience

Negative experience: Worst medical experience and they don't know what they are doing. Expensive and the receptionist lies to patients and says a different price. My teeth are in the worst and exact same state before and after.

Negative experience: Here is what happened. They have advertised the root canal is starting at 399 AED. When we areived and the doctor checked, he quoted AED 1200

Positive experience: I did my braces adjustment today, it's really great, he did something in my teeth to have a space especially it's because i have crook teeth. he explained everything, I'm so excited to have an improvement of my teeth. The name is Dr. Binay if I'm not mistaken.

Negative experience: I’d like to share my experience during our recent dental appointment. My siblings and I had back-to-back brace adjustments in the same room. I noticed that after the saliva ejector/dental suction was used on me, it wasn’t visibly cleaned or replaced before being used on my siblings. I understand that the clinic can be busy, but proper sterilization and replacing disposable parts between patients should always be a priority. Hygiene is crucial, especially for instruments that go directly into the mouth. I hope this can be improved in our next appointments to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients.Thankyou

Negative experience: I would like to share my feedback to Shield Medical Center Abu Dhabi. The service was very disappointing. I went for a braces adjustment, but they didn’t even change the bracket. The dentist explained that there was no need to change it because my current bracket is still thick and harder than the ones they offer. Additionally, I was shocked by the payment conditions. There’s an extra charge on payments: 1% for card payments and 7% for installments. Overall, I had a very negative experience with the service.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Shield Dental Clinic. The wait time was excessively long, and after finally seeing the doctor, the service was unsatisfactory. During my check-up, an X-ray was taken, but when I requested a copy, it was not provided. Additionally, the clinic misguided the patients, lacking transparency and proper communication. Improved efficiency and patient care are highly needed.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Shield Medical Center I'm sad to share that my experience at Shield Medical Center was subpar. Despite having teeth cleaning and filling done, I was not satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, I started experiencing pain in my gums and teeth again just two weeks later. when I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment with the same doctor, I was met with poor customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including via WhatsApp, my inquiries were ignored, and I was unable to get a response or appointment. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.

Negative experience: I came 20 minutes late from the timing that i booked. If late comer is not welcome better they inform me that your clinic is about to close better than having a bad treatment and service! I felt like i came there for free! The dentist is in a hurry i almost drowned on the water she is spraying on my mouth and flows in my nose same like she is washing a car i hope that she is not blind enough to see that i cant breath. After the tooth filling the result is very bad my tooth that was filled is obviously shorter than my other tooth which is infront when i approached her she said its normal. (So i did tooth filling for whatto make 1 is shorter other 1 is taller) anyway im not in the mood to argue that time and to make any scene as i can see she want to go home as it was almost 9pm already but still this is a bad behavior as dentist if your tired and exhausted dont accept any patient easy as that.Anyway i will fixed my tooth definitely with other clinic!!!! Even you will give me life time warranty for this tooth filling i will never comeback on that clinic...
