Fantastic experience: Dr.Firas is such a kind and lovely person! He treated me and my teeth with so much kindness and respect I am truly so impressed. I feel very well taken care of and whatever problem I will have e with my teeth, this clinic will be my first choice. He is a great dentist and the staff are so friendly and sweet.

Negative experience: اسوء عياده اسنان سرت لها من ناحيه التقويم او التشخيص شخصت عند دكتور ….. عشان كان فيني الم واحتمال يكون عصب ف شل لي الضرس اللي انا مسوتنه عشان يجيك وعقبها حط لي حشوه مؤقته!!!انزين والضرس اللي دافعه فيه فلوس ينعق زباله! عقب سرت دكتور التقويم حطيت عنده تقويم سنه 2023 و ماشرح لي شو عقب التقويم بيستوي وكان المفروض يشرح لي كل شي بالتفصيل مش تعال ركب وروح! وماحطيت التقويم العادي دفعت زياده عشان نوعيه تقويم ثاني قال نتيجته احسن للاسنان ! و عقبها يقولي حالتج لازم تدخل جراحي !!!! وليوم شليته واسناني سيئه جدا وبحط تقويم مره ثانيه عشان اعدل الاخطاء واصحح اطباق الاسنان اللي اخترب ….ابد ما انصح فيهم لان اي عياده اراجع عندها شغل الدكتور ينصدم من كميه الاخطاء اذا انتا مب عارف حق حالتي حق شو تبدا فيها!!!!!

Positive experience: I came on time for my appointments this is not the first time they delay my appointment for 40 minutes… i told them i cannot delay appointment i should be in time but it is not possible

Fantastic experience: Dr Safa is an excellent doctor!! Very thorough and caring. My kids are terribly afraid of the dentist and she's very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable.

Negative experience: If you are looking for general procedures, like cleaning, filling they do a decent job. BUT if you are having major problems like implants unfortunately thats where the entire experience crashes down. Long story short, I have tried to do 3 implants with them, since January 2024 and now 8months later they fixed only 1, damaged my sinus and bone while doing the other 2. Worst part is I am out of 10k AED and they are not fully taking responsibilty for this damage. I have consulted with 3 more clinics and they all confirmed that the method used was completely out dated and incorrect. Giving it 2 stars, only because of dr. alani who is the only positive feature of this clinic.
