Fantastic experience: From my initial consultation with Dr Shreya to my final treatment by the implantologist Dr Alok, my treatment at Magmum could not have been better. At no point did I feel pressured into having a treatment and they gave me full options and full confidence in their ability as the treatment was always about me as a patient and the cost was a secondary consideration for Magnum which was so refreshing. Throughout my many months of treatment, the support team were in constant contact and if I ever felt I needed an impromptu appointment, I was always accommodated. I can’t recommend or praise this practice enough and the fact that it is in Arjan was very convenient for me.

Fantastic experience: I visited Magnum Dental Clinic to have my broken veneers replaced, and we had a challenge because the veneer that came from the lab didn't match the exact colors of my other veneers. Dr. Shreya quickly noticed that and asked me to wait two days more for another veneer to come, and once it came, she did a wonderful job fixing it. Overall, it was a great experience and less expensive.

When I tried to negotiate, the nurse checked with the management and came back with a higher price—non-negotiable. So, be careful when negotiating prices! Other than that, Dr. Shrya and Nurse Linsha were great! I’ll visit them again if needed, but no price negotiation next time!

Negative experience: Horrible. First of all the place is dirty and smells bad. Second, I went for a teeth cleaning and the doctor was very untrained and did the cleaning in 10 min and it was like she had done nothing, the stains remained as if nothing had changed. Avoid this place and save your money for a more professional place.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best dentist I have been too. And I have been to a lot. Iv had implant surgery , which was the most easiest and pain free iv ever had, and the procedure was so straightforward, the doctor kept giving me some time in between steps and kept me informed what he was doing each step which I appreciated as i am such a nervous patient, Then iv had cosmetic procedure and this doctor was the very same, explained to me in detail and from the beginning it was clear the plan and pricing upfront, and for each step was clearly planned out for me The women on reception, the assistants and the both dentists are welcoming and friendly which is not something i have come across In Dubai dentists before , 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
