Negative experience: Warning: Untrustworthy Company – Avoid at All Costs! I paid an advance for a package and completed a few sessions. Suddenly, the company stopped responding to my messages and calls. When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was shocked to hear that the company had “closed down” and they refused to issue a refund. They ignored all follow-ups, gave no notice about shutting down, and provided no solution or accountability. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. I’m sharing this to warn others not to fall into the same trap. Be careful and do your research before trusting this place with your money.

Negative experience: Terrible experience,if you are thinking of going to this clinic DON’T. Totally unprofessional, rude and lacking experience in aesthetics and wanted to charge me double what the offer was.

Negative experience: I took a Laser package with them and I was on my last session scheduled on Dec 9. I've been sending them messages on whatsapp no one is answering. Ive tried calling them phone cannot be reached. I searched for other number to call was able to speak with someone a guy on the line only to find out that the clinic was closed for renovation? Why they did not notify by sending whatsapp messages? Now Ive been trying to send message again even sent a whatsapp on the other number asking when the clinic will be open again no one still replying. I am so disappointed, I just want to use my last session and wont be back to this clinic again. I paid this package long time but they won't prioritize you with booking an appointment.

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional, did my Botox and hifu two weeks ago. Over the phone they said they have an offer for 300 full face botox. Just did two areas got charged normal prices. And was asked to come back in two weeks if there’s any corrections. Now they are saying they are charging. And the Botox hasn’t stayed on. Not worth it being cheap it’s not good service at all. Never going here again or recommending anyone to as well.

Negative experience: Horrible! They scheduled me at 7 pm. I’m on time and then they asked me to wait 1 hour!! Drove 40 mins to reached their on time and then asked me to wait one more hour? Really? What’s the sense of scheduling if you cannot stick on it. Clearly you don’t care other’s people time! This is the 2nd time. My first time, I waited 45 mins.. other people also waited more than an hour that time. The lady receptionist with curly hair even rude and impolite . Even told me a bit arrogantly it’s up to you if you want to wait or not. Wow, you don’t even feel sorry. I end up leaving because of their bad treatment.I wont recommend this!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with this clinic. Halimat was able to schedule me in and all the appointment details were well organized. Halimat was friendly and informative of all the clinic was offering. Dr. Samar is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and informative. Everything I had done was explained to me and done effortlessly without pain or issues. Dr Samar is very great at what she does, but she is also very caring as she follows up continuously to check your progress and whatever needs you may have. I will definitely go back for whatever services I may need, and I highly recommend you to visit this clinic - the staff and Dr Samar are truly gifted and talented with the kindest hearts.

Negative experience: Horrible clinic. The technician did not know how to use the laser machine or maintain any safety precautions and on top of that was rude. Firstly the laser machine and parts are broken and not kept well. Very very unprofessional in their dealing and unhygienic. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: Don't go to this clinic, they are so bad and they took money and always telling you no appointment,no manager , bad staff and attitude The staff called folla she is so rude, her attitude and she close the line and she laughs while you are complaining The worst everrrrrrrr, they took the full package payment and then no appointments

They took my blood for a PRP session in a very unprofessional way and left my hand with a big bruise on it which remained for a long time.. when i contacted them the receptionist was so aggressive to answer and not willing to convey my message to the management. So disappointing...

Negative experience: We should raise them to DHA …Never do hair lazer from them, they are worst. I have done lazer before from other clinics, this time i tried them they took advance money for all sessions and after that they dont care about customer queries their lazer was pathetic they have only one machine which doesn’t function. This machine can be harmful for your skin. As i have black marks on my skin even after 15 days. They did my lazer wrongly and after that they dont revert my enquiries. Neither they pick any calls.

Negative experience: Bought the 5 laser session for 200 aed, not all promos are good. Very bad service, laser session were done in patches and in a hurry. No quality at all. I told them i was not happy with their service. I will never go to this clinic.

Several time booked an appointment and needed to go back home cause machine not working and none informed. Worst customer care ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Negative experience: Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Don't take packages from them. Staff changes every week. Machine not working and keeps overheating and shutting down because they're overusing the only laser machine they have. Previous customer haven't left the room when the next person is rushed in. And apparently, they don't understand what an appointment means because they book so many people at the same time, or give you an appointment then they forget about it. I can't comment on other services but for Laser Hair Removal go elsewhere.

They supposed to check it before the customers arrival. They don’t respect you and they handle the situation so badly. Pay little bit more and go to a better clinic. Negative experience: Very very bad service. I did a chin filler with Dr. Gaith 1 week ago. He told me to come back to check and retouch after 5 days for free since there is balance left from the filler place. I went back to him excatly on the days requested to respect his advise and driving all the way there after work and traffic and had already set my appointment. I'm told to wait from the receptionist. The doctor comes out for a while and see that also 4 more clients are waiting outside for him. He Calls me in the corridor. It was a dark light and barely can see anything. He tells me all is fine with my chin so no need to do touch up. I expressed to him that I'm not happy and wanted a bit intervention. He said ok but u will wait after 4 clients . I told him I have appointment already . He said ok but I have to do other clients even though they didn't book for it since that's the beauty industry. Soooo unprofessional and discusting.they have no idea how to respect to the customer. I left like that without even doing my service or apologised at least... so dissaponted never coming back or recommending it. Worst worst worst

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience to pay for a full body deal for 6 sessions and ended up just getting 2. Their management has been nothing short of a disappointment. I have called the reception girls at least 7 times in the last one month to get me an appointment and they have not helped at all. I want my money back and want to speak to the higher management ASAP!

Negative experience: Literally the absolute worst clinic to do any laser treatments or facials at. Appointments keep getting cancelled and rescheduled for months. The laser machine (Candella) is always not working properly. The laser technicians are constantly changing and are very under qualified. Very unfortunate experience and when I spoke to the management regarding this, the manager was extremely unprofessional and was lecturing me regarding my frustration as if we as clients in this clinic do not have the right to complain. Definitely do not recommend.
