Positive experience: Overall the doctors and the receptionists are very welcoming with a smiley face , very helpful indeed , We usually me and my daughter have hydra facial in Hmc , but it would be a good idea to request the technician not to put so much pressure while extractions of the nose done , it was painful and marks left behind , we also have our dental done and the dentist is very efficient.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic for a laser hair removal session, and I must say, the experience was far from pleasant. Before making my booking, I specifically asked for the prices, and I was sent a price list and package details via WhatsApp. Based on this information, I booked my appointment. At the time of payment, I decided to purchase a package and pay via Tabby. Initially, I was told that Tabby payments weren’t accepted, even though the clinic’s name was listed on the Tabby app. After showing them proof, they agreed to let me use Tabby but informed me they would add an extra charge because “Tabby charges them a fee.” This is completely unacceptable! I’ve used Tabby at numerous outlets, and not once have I been asked to pay extra for using it. It feels like an unjustified attempt to make the customer cover their business costs. Furthermore, when I decided to pay only for the single session instead of the package, I discovered that the prices they had sent me earlier did not include VAT, which was also never mentioned in the brochure or our conversation. This lack of transparency made me feel deceived—why hide such critical information from customers? Overall, the entire experience felt like a scam. Misleading pricing, hidden fees, and questionable payment practices made it clear this clinic prioritizes profit over customer trust. This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last! The worst ever experience!

Fantastic experience: Great experience getting laser treatment for the first time at HMC. Bought a package which for 4 seasons and got 2 more sessions free. My laser technician Sneha was amazing, very patient and accommodating with taking it slow and reducing the level in case I felt pain. I’ve seen some reduction in hair, more in some places than others so will need to do few more to reduce fully. Highly recommended doing laser at HMC with Sneha!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. The girls at the reception are always very cheerful and especially Fathima. I had a very good experience with Dr Mubeena. She is very professional, empathic and supportive. Negative experience: I’ve been going here for laser for a while now, but I’m honestly done. It just doesn’t suit me. The prices are good, staff a generally friendly, and the laser works, but I’m at the point where I can’t get past the issues I’ve had. It’s never been comfortable for me. The person doing the laser will always watch me change, there’s nowhere to put your bag or clothing, and I’ve had issues with the general hygiene of the rooms. Today was the last straw with them running late. The last 3 times I’ve been there, they’re late with appointments. I had to leave today after waiting for 20 minutes. If it was the first time, I could have forgiven it but now it’s just too much.

Negative experience: This center has changed all its front office staff and without exaggerating I have had the worst customer service ever over the what’s app. I’m waiting on a refund for an over charge… still waiting… also asked for a dha sick leave and money was transferred. 3 days past and no sick leave certificate, again waiting on a refund! The receptionists speak in their language and laugh around the customers, they don’t know how to handle basic complaints face to face and over the phone, if you ask any basic question they just tell you to call someone else and are incapable of handling the situation. Rude and incompetent.. this is what happens when you hire cheap staff, rubbish customer service, big shout out to ‘dr Fatima’ thank you for making an easily resolvable issue absolutely huge and causing tremendous stress.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After thoroughly reviewing the WhatsApp communications, we would like to clarify the following:
Regarding the DHA sick leave, you requested it through WhatsApp on 10th December, a day after your visit to the doctor on 9th December. During your visit, the doctor had offered you the sick leave, but you chose not to take it at that time. When you later requested it, we informed you that it was chargeable, as the clinic is required to pay a fee to DHA before issuing the document. We also clarified that the sick leave would be prepared after receiving the payment. However, only 30 AED (which is less than the DHA sick leave charges) was transferred to our bank account three days later, on 13th December. We shared a screenshot of the amount received for your reference.
On 11th , you informed us that you no longer needed the sick leave and requested a refund. Upon receiving 30 AED in our bank, on 13th December, we requested your bank account details to process the refund. Unfortunately, we have not received these details until now, making it impossible to proceed with the refund.
As for your medical reports, we received your message earlier today. Since the inquiry pertains to medical matters, the front desk staff shared the doctor’s contact number with you. Please note that the doctor attempted to contact you multiple times as soon as the report was available, but you did not answer the calls. The front desk staff also sent you a message with the doctor’s number so you could discuss the reports directly.
It is important to note that medical queries can only be addressed by the doctor, as the front desk staff are not qualified to provide medical advice. Positive experience: Treatment is reasonably priced and staff are very nice and friendly. However my main complaint would be the personal hygiene of the reception staff and nurses. The smell was terrible and really needs to be addressed as when they stand over you if getting a treatment, the smell was unbearable. Also they do not confirm your appointment whereas most clinics do and seem quite unorganized.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at HMC Medical Center, Motor City I’ve been living in the UAE since 2008 and have always had good experiences with medical service providers—until my recent visit to HMC Medical Center, Motor City. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had sent all the required details well in advance, yet upon arrival, we were made to wait for over 1.5 hours. The hospital’s coordination with its pharmacy and insurance provider was disorganized. Despite having pre-approval from the insurance, we had to contact them twice because the clinic didn’t cooperate, leading to more delays. The most shocking part was Dr. Laxmi Kant Sharma’s behavior. After waiting for over an hour, when we asked for an update, he responded with a terrible attitude and misbehaved with me not once, but twice. Even the duty doctor had to ask him to go sit in his room multiple times before he finally did. This kind of behavior from a healthcare professional is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the insurance company never received a follow-up email, and no ticket could be generated. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the clinic simply said they were closing and asked us to come back the next day. Not wanting to go through this horrible experience again, we ended up paying cash just to get the vaccination done and be done with it. This disorganized and unprofessional behavior is not what I expect from a healthcare facility. I would strongly advise others to avoid such an experience.

However, upon meeting Dr. Sharma, things took a completely different turn. We waited over 1.5 hours. Despite our calm and respectful demeanor, Dr. Sharma displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism. He was speaking very loudly, showing unnecessary attitude, and seemed quite disinterested in providing the basic courtesy expected from a healthcare professional. When we politely asked about the progress of the paperwork and preparation, Dr. Sharma repeatedly and rather harshly informed us that he would not do any work beforehand, even though we had followed the proper procedures as requested. His tone was condescending and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a simple vaccination appointment. This level of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable, especially from a medical professional who should be prioritizing patient care and communication. We were shocked at how we were treated despite our efforts to remain polite and cooperative throughout the entire interaction. I hope that HMC Medical Center takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that future patients do not have to endure the same treatment. The medical profession demands a level of empathy and respect that was completely lacking in our encounter with Dr. Laxmi Kant Sharma.

Positive experience: Good laser sessions. Not as hurt as when doing with gel. Very fast and the nurse Aruna did it very carefully for me so that I will not feel hurt. Since it's laser so it's also more effective and the hair didn't grow that fast and hopefully it will not gow again in the future.

Each technician is skilled in using our advanced Cynosure Elite Plus laser machine, which is designed to deliver effective and efficient treatments. You bought a package in April 2023 and this visit was after a gap of almost 5 months and this time new advanced machine with big spot size was used for your session which is capable of finishing the full body laser hair removal much faster and effectively than other machines. Negative experience: Despite repeated and consistent verbal and written communications, I am left frustrated, disappointed and insulted by the services at HMC. I chose HMC because of the good Google reviews but my experience over the last 6 months has been the complete opposite - we deserve to make informed consumer choices. I paid for a package of 6 laser sessions; by the 3rd one, there were still no results from some areas. I fed back verbally and in writing and begged them to make the treatment effective at each subsequent appointment. Each time I was promised it would be 'effective this time'; each time I was disappointed. Every session, I had a different technician; a different strength of laser was used; and one session was documented as a 'touch up' instead of a session, without my knowledge. After completing the unsuccessful and ineffective treatments, I was offered a 'touch up' by one staff member but when I turned up for the appointment, I was told by a different staff member that I had to buy another package because I had already 'used' the touch up. Regardless, the service provided was frustrating, unprofessional, disappointing and a waste of time and money. The technicians are sweet but I'm happy I'll never have to deal with HMC again.

You purchased a package ( buy 4 and get 2 free) in July 2023 and by the third session, you mentioned seeing hair reduction in most areas except small area on one particular body part,(that area usually has thick hair than other body parts). This aligns with the understanding that hair in different body areas can respond differently due to variable growth cycles and density.
You were provided with a complimentary touch-up session to address areas where hair persisted. It’s important to note that this touch-up session was in addition to the six sessions included in your package. Therefore, the session documented as a 'touch-up' was actually a benefit to you, not a reduction in your overall treatment.
As you likely saw yourself, our clinic employs several highly trained technicians who rotate based on duty hours. Each technician is skilled in using our advanced Cynosure Elite Plus laser machine, which is designed to deliver effective and efficient treatments. And, you have mentioned yourself technicians are sweet, we are thankful for this.
Your final session was in February 2024, and you returned 3.5 months later. This gap suggests that the treatment was effective for a considerable period. However, it is common for some hair regrowth to occur due to individual hormonal and biological factors, which might necessitate maintenance sessions. It is also widely documented in medical journals. As more than three months had passed since your last session, your package was already consumed, it was recommended that an additional session be purchased. However you insisted on free session again, unfortunately we couldn't accommodate your request for free session.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting HMC regularly for hair laser removal. Aruna is every time amazing, no exceptions. I started first with only under arm sessions, but because of her I decided to do full body. Laser can be painful in some areas, but she is listening and handling it carefully which I appreciate very much. Unfortunately, I can not say same for other girl who is handling laser. I prefer Aruna, and every time from now, I will book session only if she is available. Definitely, recommending her!

Fantastic experience: Just want to appreciate Dentist.Sherif Amin about his work really this kind of dentist they deserve bucs they really work from the heart , my issue was I was dealing with my dentist a month so I have done my veneers after we finished i start feeling pain I back to my doctor which in different clinic he just open the tooth (wisdom. Tooth ) and let me in more and more pain the after opening the tooth suddenly said oh I don’t have macroscopic, so I went to dr.Sherif he did it with no pain no thing even he give me more information old doctor give a medicine am not allowed to take cus am breast feeding, doctor sherif told told me i have to stop it medicine was ( spedifen/ cateflam / augmentin) which am not really allowed to take doctor give it to me almost 10 days and he knows that am a breast feeding. I really appreciate what you have done to me after 10 days I had a nice sleep thank you for everything you deserve more than 5 stars

Fantastic experience: The technician was thorough and kind. She made sure that I was at ease and wasn’t in any pain throughout the procedure. All my laser sessions were done at this centre and I am almost hairless now with once a year maintenance session. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic for several treatments and I was very satisfied each time! Fantastic experience: I had a nice experience with my dentist Dr.Jeny . She was very professional and really caring as well. She explained everything to me, my root canal was done without any pain at all and the crown fixing was so comfort so I felt very relaxed during the treatment. Also, the other staffs are professional as well. They care about their patients and provide a great follow up, I am absolutely satisfied and recommend the place. Super clean and nice!!

Fantastic experience: It is always a wonderful experience with HMC. All the doctors are terrific especially Dr. Vidula, Dr. Laxmikanth and Dr. Divya combines their expertise and their willingness to listen and discuss. All the other staff are always very helpful and kind. They ensure I have a smooth consultation and follow-up. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority.
