My wife, my 3-year-old son, and I were all treated by Dr. Ramona and her team, and we were very impressed with the quality of care we received. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming, and the clinic itself is modern, clean, and uses top-quality, high-tech equipment. A special highlight for us was the Kids area — our son absolutely loved it, and it made the whole visit much more enjoyable for him (and for us as parents). Tooth cracked through the middle and Dr.Ali extracted it for me without any pain on the same day as I was about to leave the country for summer. Full cleaning, no discomfort. Wow! I am so impressed. Fantastic experience: I recently visited TrueSmile Dental Clinic for a whitening session and a filling for one of my molars , and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The clinic is beautifully maintained very clean and welcoming. I especially appreciated the small touches like the kids’ play area and the coffee section, which made the atmosphere feel warm and comfortable. I was treated by Dr. Ramona, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. You can really tell she cares about her patients. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, I felt the quality of service and care justified it. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over two years because of a really bad experience in the past, so I was honestly dreading it. But Dr. Ali Gibreel completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. From the start, he was so friendly and reassuring. He talked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and was super professional. I had a scale and polish done, usually that’s really painful for me and I bleed a lot, but he used an air flow machine that made it so much easier. Hardly any discomfort at all. I also had a composite filling done, and I’m honestly blown away by how natural it looks. He’s a real artist, you can’t even tell it’s a filling. He even showed me before and after photos, and the difference is amazing. Plus, there’s Netflix to watch while you’re getting your treatment, which really helped me relax and distracted me. I’m so happy I found him and I’ve already booked my next appointment. If you’re nervous about the dentist or want someone who is professional and honest I can’t recommend Dr. Ali enough. He has really made all the difference for me!

Fantastic experience: My experience at True Smile was the best I have ever had in Abu Dhabi! From the first phone call to book the emergency appointment, to the actual treatment by Dr. Ali - it was top quality. So many dentists are quick-fixers, but Dr Ali took his time and energy to try and save my tooth- (I had lost a huge part of a filling), and make the new tooth look better than a real one. Fantastic experience: I was visiting a friend in Abu Dhabi during my vacation when suddenly a tooth that had already been treated twice before started hurting badly. I didn’t want to risk it getting worse, so I went to True Smile Dental Center — my friend recommended it. I was seen by Dr. Ali, and I’m so glad I ended up with him. He was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly. They did a 3D scan, found the issue in the root canal, and offered retreatment. The clinic itself is super modern, clean, and feels very organized. The treatment was painless and done under a microscope. Dr. Ali talked me through each step, and his assistant was also very professional — they work like a great team. They gave me full aftercare instructions and even followed up a few days later to check how I was feeling. That level of care really stood out. Big thanks to Dr. Ali and the team! Fantastic experience: I had a routine hygienist appointment with Dr Ramona. It was booked during the day for that evening and everything went very smoothly. I don’t like the hygienist treatment generally as usually painful with manual scraping etc. True Smile doesn’t do that though and instead use new technology which was pain free and also gave me a really deep clean. Whilst there I also opted for teeth whitening which turned out to be a good idea as I can really see the difference. Very simple procedure whilst watching Netflix and would highly recommend the treatment, Dr Ramona and the clinic overall.

It was his first time having a milk tooth extracted, and we were initially worried that he might feel scared or uncomfortable. However, thanks to the friendly and professional staff, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The dentist was very gentle and reassuring, explaining everything in a way my son could understand, which made him feel at ease. After the extraction, they also recommended and provided a fluoride treatment to help protect his teeth, which we truly appreciate. Fantastic experience: I had such a nice experience at the clinic. At first, the receptionist gave a warm welcome and the time to wait was minimal. They hace a professional and friendly approach.
