I'm so happy to find a doctor who has the same mindset with me and is not suggesting treatments unless it's really medically needed. She listened to my concerns from the previous checkups in other clinics and suggested a solution that I was happy with. She did a proper analysis before suggesting it - x-ray and CT scan to ensure that the approach is safe. She has also suggested me a clear plan to follow moving forward. Her approach is really ethical and thorough. I already have 6 fillers done by her and will surely go for further treatments

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with the service. Dr. Sammy provided an excellent consultation when I needed to replace a frontal bridge. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of various solutions. Due to limited space, a traditional implant wasn't viable, and I was hesitant about a full bridge because it involved more extensive tooth modification. Dr. Sammy helped me understand my options, and we decided on a less invasive hybrid solution. The entire treatment process was professional from start to finish, and I left feeling confident with a much-improved dental solution.

Negative experience: We went for an appointment on last Friday and took panoramic x-ray, they told us they will send it to us right away, but it’s Tuesday now and still no update from them. We made several calls, but they told us it takes time to download it. I regret going there and paying for the x-ray I never received.

Fantastic experience: On November 25, 2023, Dr. Philip removed three teeth and inserted three implants. The doctor did everything in an hour and was so careful and painless that I was stunned when they told me “That’s it, you can get up.” I have been to many dentists and I can say one thing: Dr. Philip - thank you very much. Fantastic experience: The doctors in the clinic are very honest and kind. I had been to another clinic to get my teeth cleaned and as is the case in most clinics in Dubai they try to upsell other services. This other clinic told me I need braces and work done in my gum etc. It all seemed overwhelming so I thought I should get a second opinion. Thankfully, I found this clinic. They arranged two seperate FREE consultations with a braces specialist and a gum specialist. Both doctors patiently examined my teeth and explained that no work was necessary as it seemed to be this way due to my genes/ hereditary. No work was required unless I want to do so for cosmetic reasons. This was SO REFRESHING. I could not believe that in Dubai Doctors would be honest and hold true tobthe integrity of their profession. Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness. When anyone mentions dentist around me in Dubai, I am quick to share this experience. Thank you

Negative experience: extremely overpriced and unprofessional, they charged me big amount for a very small work and they don’t guarantee the work… will never comeback to that clinic again … they only used small amount of glue to fix my veneer tooth and they charged me the price for a brand new tooth … literally such a shame where no value for humanity anymore … shame

Negative experience: Do not waste your time or money here. This place only wants your money! Charged AED700 for a 30 minute clean..I do understand I am partially at fault as I was quoted before the service but I was in the chair, all equipped whilst the ‘computer was slow’ waiting for the quote. I was a tourist taken advantage of as I wasn’t aware of the average prices for such service. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been living in Dubai for 17 years. I have visited high quality British and German dentists and thought I had the best. Recently a friend recommended I visit Dr. Vera which I proceeded with. What I experienced is quality work and patient care which is far superior to any work I have experienced before. She replaced substandard work performed previously by others and today my teeth look 20 years younger. There is one thing I know for sure. I will return and will not even consider visiting anyone else. She is not equalled. I have finally found the doctor who is my one.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to Dubai i was really scared to have a dental treatment here due to language barrier(when it comes to medicine that s always a risk that you wont be understood properly) or lack of professionalism of dentist. But then i found this clinic and decided to go there, my doctor was dr. Vera. She made me confident and made a really good job with broken filling, even 1000 times better than it was before! I recommended my husband to go here as well and she fixed his caries perfectly. Now we always go to dr. Vera if something happens to our teeth and for cleaning and check ups! Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Coming to Dr. Maria was such BAD luck for me. My treatment, which was basic caries, was unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL. I left the clinic and found out that there was a huge gap left between my teeth, on top of that there was inadequate space between the upper and lower teeth formed after the treatment, which made chewing impossible. I was so upset, because initially that tooth didn’t bother me at all, and as a result of the prophylaxis treatment I ended up being unable to eat, because it was the only side of my jaw that functioned well for chewing. Long story short, Dr. Maria improved the treatment, but it took 2 more painful treatments and a month of pain in the treated area. A couple of months after Dr Maria’s treatment, I visited another dental clinic because of the other emergency case and I was randomly diagnosed with root canal inflammation of the tooth that Dr Maria treated. Not only I suffered a lot because of her unprofessional work, but I paid a lot of money for that and now I have to undergo much more serious treatment in the same area again. Please be aware. Think twice before visiting this dentist and this dental clinic. UPDATE as a response to Philippe Aguilar: Dear Dr. Philipe, It's understandable for me how important it is to you to prove me wrong. But I said nothing but truth and I actually could add some more details but didn't. Moreover, some "facts" that you mentioned are not true. 1) First of all, I visited MedDental Clinic 4 times in total: first visit was a consultation, second - that treatment I wish I didn't have, third visit - when I got a temporary filling, forth visit - when the temporary filling was replaced. 2) Dr Maria DIDN'T call me. She texted me. Some more things I'd like to clarify: - I don't think I have to contact the clinic I'm not happy about. - I can leave a review any time I want. You won't believe it but my tooth reminds me of that treatment daily, so I couldn't help but leave that review even months later. - I left that review not to do harm to Dr, but to warn people. If I wanted something from you, I would have claimed my refund, which I didn't. Bottom line: A professional treatment won't make visible gaps between teeth and won't make occlusion so bad, that eating becomes impossible. UPDATE on 04 July 2022 A few days ago the filling made by Dr. Maria fell off. So, it had stayed in place for a few months only. Now I have a gap between teeth and I am unable to chew properly. This is ridiculous. I’m going to file a complaint to EHS asap.

Fantastic experience: I'm a foreigner and normally i prefer to take care of my health in my homeland with the expenses covered, the doctors i know and all that. but when i was stuck in Dubai for way longer than planned with enormous toothache, it felt like hell. For me visiting a new doctor is always a risk. The risk of not being understood, not being heard, left with fear and pain. but dr. Vera exceeded all my expectations and bravely fought all my fears lol. we had five (!!!) appointments until i felt comfortable. dr. I came in and waited for 45 minutes before being admitted to a doc's office only to find out that he is absent then I left completely unsatisfied due to disorganization and clear staff misbehavior. I made it clear that due to a medical condition I cannot sit nor stand for long periods of time but still that wasn't considered.

Fantastic experience: I had a gum disease for about a year and never went away whatever I tried. Dr. Nida suggested a laser treatment and now my gums are perfectly healthy pinky. She was so gentle and caring so I was so comfortable during and after the procedure. She even came to check on my progress even on her off day. Thank you Dr. Nida. I highly recommend her if you have any gum problems.

Fantastic experience: My son broke part of a tooth while on holiday in Dubai, and as I don’t live in Dubai I became anxious not knowing which dental clinic to go to. I called around and all clinics I called had no available appointments to offer the same day. They also had high consultation and x-ray fees. Thank God at last I stumbled into Meddental that not only offered us an appointment the same day, they also had free consultation and reasonable cost for x-ray. We were greeted by the most welcoming staff. Dr. Nida took care of us and repaired my sons tooth, while being professional and compassionate at the same time. As I had brought my other kids along, I asked if she could do a brief check up on all of them, and she did! Absolutely loved this clinic, I’m so happy with the dr. and the rest of the staff. Fantastic experience: One of the best Dental clinic I've ever been I'm not huge fan of dentists to be honest - in the past 2 years I changed 5 dentists and each of them was doing job worse than the previous. Imagine my level of trust to dentists on that moment The Dome MedDental clinic I found by lots of nice reviews and been forced to go there by my boyfriend I had a serious problems with a root canal and huge inflammation around it. All the staff - very polite, friendly and professional Doctor Samer - best dentist I've ever had. I could see that he's paying attention to each detail, I saw the way how he's doing his job and in a half of hour I already knew that I can trust him. Too bad I didn't find him before... could save my teeth much earlier and avoid stress from incompetent dentists in my life. I would definitely recommend MedDental to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I am using Invisalign braces for my crooked and misaligned teeth. In fact, few of my teeth were bulging like fangs on a vampire for which I opted for Invisalign because it is a virtually invisible option. I am very pleased with the Invisalign experience and I started to see visible effects in less than 6 weeks. It persuades me to continue the treatment for a more confident smile. Another benefit that I enjoy is it’s removable and I can take my Invisalign aligners out for cleaning without maneuvering around the wires and brackets since it is not fixed to my teeth. Fantastic experience: It took me 1 and a half year to get my Wisdom Tooth Extracted, YES!! 1 and a half year because of anxieties and fear of needles. In September 2020, I Met Dr. Maria with on and off pain (Because of excessive cheek bites) in my 3rd Molar tooth, She explained me the issue and told me to consult Dr. Philippe Chanavaz for possible solutions. Met him very next week (Dr. Philippe visits MedDental Dubai twice a month all the way from France to perform surgeries) he explained me that my 3rd molar needs to be extracted sooner or later. For past 6 months I was trying to avoid this extraction and hoping this should be fixed by its on but NO LUCK. Today, 13th March 2021 after having countless sleepless nights because of fear and anxieties, I finally decided to get the Wisdom Tooth Extraction done by Dr. Philippe. Visited the clinic in afternoon, after few minutes it was the time. While sitting on the dental chair having my X-ray on screen and fear and anxieties at its peak, I requested Dr Philippe to please apply the anesthetic gel on the gums before the injection. He told me that not possible because the area is inflamed and having infection. He asked me to have faith in him, and have couple of deep breaths, i was just listening to this and that was it, the injection was done. I DID NOT EVEN FEEL A PINCH, after couple of mins, there were 2 more injections but by that time the anesthesia was already started to work so again i did not felt anything. after couple of mins he told me I might feel little pressure but no pain as he was about to pull the teeth out. It took literally 5 mins for him to extract the teeth. The whole process went smooth painless and right now as i am writing this review after 6 hours of procedure no pain at all. Thank you MedDental and Dr. Philippe. You are a magician :)
