Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. I found their behavior to be quite unprofessional and at times rude. Additionally, they were unable to provide accurate or helpful information when asked. Negative experience: All over is fine, but the waiting time is hell... If the patients are more better to extend the team. It's hell of the time we wasted here. To see the doctor we took 6.10 appointment and we came by 5.45 and see the doctor by 6.30 and waiting 45 more minutes to get everything done..

Fantastic experience: I just got my minor out patient surgery done today. But I’m here to put a review as Dr. Sujaya Rajasekar and her assistant Nurse were the best I could have. Positive experience: My Overall experience in Dr Ismail Day Surgical Center is good. Even at crowded times, they manage all things very well. All staffs in the clinic from Reception till Pharmacy are working very well and very helpful. Clinic is well maintained and hygenic. A small suggestion to the team is that I had noticed several times those who are taking appointments needed to wait for long time in reception to get registered. Its better to have a seperate counter for Appointments.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this clinic. The receptionist staff is extremely rude and unprofessional—they don’t know how to speak to patients with basic respect. I have been asking for an appointment for over a week after doing an ultrasound here, and they keep delaying or ignoring the request. What is the point of doing tests if you’re not going to provide follow-up care? It honestly feels like they are cheating the insurance companies by conducting unnecessary procedures and then refusing to provide actual medical service. They clearly don’t care about patient health or well-being. Totally disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Stay away!

Negative experience: i was disappointment regarding the poor experience I had during my recent visit to your hospital two weeks ago. As a regular visitor and someone who has always relied on your services, I was extremely dissatisfied with how the situation was handled at the reception. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a staff member (a lady from Kerala, wearing a hairband—unfortunately, I do not know her name). She informed me that my Sukoon insurance was not eligible at your hospital. This was surprising, as I had visited just 10 days earlier and used the same insurance without any issue. When I tried to explain this, she responded very rudely and refused to listen to my concerns. Later, I contacted a friend who works at another branch. She spoke with the same staff member, who then claimed that the Sukoon portal was down. This contradiction was very confusing. Instead of being told clearly that the system was temporarily unavailable, I was told that my insurance was not accepted—which was misleading and unprofessional. I also requested to speak to a manager, but was informed that no manager or HR representative was available. I am concerned about how such situations are being handled and why there seems to be a lack of accountability. Additionally, I noticed that some staff members are encouraging patients to leave positive reviews using their names. This seems inappropriate, especially when the service experience does not reflect the same. I request the management to look into this matter seriously and ensure better training for staff, as well as clearer communication about technical issues such as insurance portal outages. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and professionalism. Thank you for your attention.

Negative experience: The customer service is consistently poor, with long wait times that are frustrating. The registration process should only be necessary for the first visit, yet we have to go through it every time we return. This is something management needs to address. I’m always late for my appointment due to these delays at the counter. On top of that, the receptionist’s attitude was unhelpful when I asked about the delay—it’s unclear why we even bother making appointments in advance.

Negative experience: I called to book an appointment for ophthalmology based on a referral from their polyclinic, but the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I inquired about the availability of an eye doctor, she abruptly said they don't have one. I tried explaining about my referral, but she remained silent for a while, making me think the call had been disconnected. Then, in a rude tone, she suddenly said, "Dear, 1 already told you we don't have." This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients. Communication and respect are essential, and I was deeply disappointed with the way this was handled.

Negative experience: During my wife's appointment with Dr. Suhas, he barely listened to her concerns and seemed more interested in finishing the appointment quickly than addressing her health issues. His bedside manner was cold and impersonal, making me question his commitment to patient well-being. We noted that during the follow-up appointment, the doctor did not fulfill his prior commitment to discuss and recommend tests, as previously mentioned. After 2 visits, his diagnosis was "Let's wait and watch". This coming from a specialist. Overall, the experience with Dr. Suhas was unpar, leaving us feeling dissatisfied and uncared for. I strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere for a more compassionate and competent doctor.

Fantastic experience: This is review regarding Dr Netra, I had a fracture in my leg and from consultation to plaster and follow ups Doctor has treated me very homely. Respecting a fellow professional doctor is something I personally experienced. The assistants did a good job for plaster removal. The insurance team was also very supportive. Overall experience was very good unlike other hospitals which try to make money when we are in pain, only wished they should have more armamentarium and materials for smooth working. Negative experience: As a longstanding patient of Ismail clinic, I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Ismal's However, my recent visit on the 2nd of this month left much to be desired. After being advised by Dr. Biheena for a Pelvic USG, I was assured by the receptionist that they would book an appointment and inform me accordingly, especially since my insurance did not require any prior approval. Despite receiving confirmation that my insurance was approved via email on the same day at 10:40 am, I did not receive any communication from the clinic. On the 3rd, I took the initiative to call the clinic to schedule my appointment. A Saturday appointment at 3:30 pm was arranged, with instructions to fast prior to the procedure. However, when I called on the 4th to confirm whether I needed to drink water or fill my bladder before the USG, I was told that I would be updated soon, but no response was received. Upon arriving at the clinic, I encountered a chaotic scene with numerous patients waiting for ultrasounds and no doctor available. Eventually, the doctor arrived and informed me that the procedure could not be performed on an empty stomach, contrary to the earlier instructions provided. The ultrasound team, despite the circumstances, were professional and directed me to Ms. Mayoori to reschedule my appointment. When I visited Ms. Mayoori and explained that I could only come in on Saturdays or Sundays due to my work schedule, she agreed to book and advice me to call on Monday. However, when I called her today, she was incredibly rude and informed me that there were no appointments available on Saturday ( her way of talking like I'm getting free services from that clinic) . She told me to rude way to take off on Friday .despite my inability to take time off work . I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism displayed by Ms. Mayoori and the clinic staff. Their disregard for patient needs and lack of communication has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, especially considering my insurance's impending expiration on Saturday. Moving forward, I intend to address my concerns directly with Dr. Ismail. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback to improve the level of service at the clinic.

Positive experience: I very rarely leave reviews, but last day I had an emergency blood check up for my 6 yrs old. After having a bad experience from other one clinic I rushed to Dr. Ismail day surgical centre without any expectations. But there everything I feel godly. Fantastic experience: We tried the pediatrics here. Dr. Sheesh has been accomodating to us esp with the toys in his table. Hr was able to address our issue indeed. The process and syste. Are easily to follow. The crowd is manage. Staff are polite and swift. Numbering system is present therefore more organized.
