Negative experience: point here when following up for the laboratory results thru whatsapp number provided by each branch well they are not responding until you keep messaging them everyday and 9 times in a day to ask them to update, this service must enhance from the clinic itself, best service must be provided and delivered to patients / customers they expect a lot from you. disappointing

Fantastic experience: I usually come here for my physiotherapy treatment since May 2025. The physiotherapist assigned yesterday when I visit the clinic was not the one doing my theraphy before but all I can say is, she's really a nice physiotherapist. She assisted me so well and teaches me the other exercises that won't cause any pain in my back after exercising. She's very accommodating and very professional as well. When it comes to physiotherapy I would recommend Dr. Sruthy in this clinic . It's a pleasure to be assisted by her. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Sweta for my toothache before visiting the clinic i went to other dentists who were unable to diagnose the issue with my pain. Later i went to right health clinic and Dr Sweta was able not only polite and informative but also she diagnosed the issue with my teeth. Negative experience: I want to share my experience specifically regarding the Right Health customer support team — not the clinic staff. Everyone at the clinic has always been helpful and kind, and I truly appreciate that. However, on Saturday, I inquired about Dr. Jamuna’s availability through your call center. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong information and ended up visiting a different clinic. When I finally met with Dr. Jamuna, she told me that she works on Sundays. But the call center agent had told me that the doctors are off on Sundays. This kind of misinformation is very disappointing, especially considering the seriousness of the healthcare field. There was no sense of responsibility shown by the agent. If someone is asking about a pediatrician, it likely means the baby is unwell. How can you respond so casually without verifying the information? Secondly, today I messaged on WhatsApp in the morning to confirm if Dr. Jamuna was available at 9:30 AM. We’re often told that WhatsApp is the easiest and fastest way to get a reply — yet I received no response. I then called the Karama branch directly, and they picked up on the first ring, confirming the doctor was available. I visited the clinic and returned home — only to receive a call from Ms. Aysha at 12 PM telling me that Dr. Jamuna was available. When I explained I had already visited, she said they had 30 patients to attend to and couldn’t respond sooner, and that they give priority to calls. But when we call, we’re told WhatsApp is faster. So which is it? It feels like they’re just passing the blame back and forth. Looking at both these incidents, I’m truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and coordination in your customer support. This needs to be taken seriously

My mother has had challenging experiences with other nurses in the past, where simple procedures like taking a blood test were painful and often unsuccessful. However, Sofi exceeded all our expectations. She was incredibly skilled, managing to take the blood test quickly and efficiently without causing any pain. Her calm and confident approach made a significant difference. We are truly thankful for her expertise and compassionate care.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible experience. We waited for an hour only to be told the doctor wasn’t at the clinic and they didn’t know when he would be. Lack of professionalism and hygiene/cleanliness. Assistants were unprofessional and invasive.

Negative experience: This rating is given solely due to the understaffed operation management. The clinic manager should be fired. Due to low staff levels, patient wait times are excessive, and incomplete information causes significant inconvenience. Its evident, the management seems to have a typical mentality of neglecting the patient experience and focus somewhere else. However, the doctor was good!

Negative experience: Reception is very very slow. I have to contact my insurance by myself to ask for update and approval. They dont update the patient about the progress. Stayed 2 hrs just for approval.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service i visited there today but there was no staff in the reception and there is no x-ray service and when we came to get the medicine from the prescription they refused to check our prescription they told us to come after 5pm which doesn’t make any sense. Extreamly bad service please if someone is planning to visit call and ask them if there systems are working, doctors are there and there equipments are working or else you will waste your time and money.

Negative experience: Services by staffs are very bad.please consider the patients coming to them as patients not coming there to watch movies.eventhought the receptionist know that I have pilonidal cyst and having pain and unable to sit long time,she made me to wait for 1hr to get approval for ultrasound scanning as per doctor advice.after 1hour she told me that I will not get approval.eventhough I informed her that am ready to pay,she told scanning doctor is not available.please be noted that other receptionist who worked on previous day asked me to come on monday for having scanning and this staffmade me to wait for long time and finally came to know herself that scanning doctor not available.try to understand the pain and time of patient.they are coming to hospital not for entertainment but for treatment.respect their feelings also.

Negative experience: WORSE SEVICE EVER!!! Done visiting yesterday. I went there to get a check up, so I told to the receptionist that I need to see the doctor because I have a lump in my chest and it’s paining so much. Then the two ladies in the reception they said I have to pay 100AED since I don’t have the insurance. I said it’s ok I’m willing to pay the 100 but I need to see the doctor at least I can have an idea of what that lump in my chest. Anyways the receptionist said that they have a doctor so I was just comfortable that I am going to meet the female doctor because they knew that my concern is about the lamp in my chest. Receptionist knew already that they have a male doctor only but they did not informed me. So when I went inside I was so shocked that they have only a male doctor. He just asked me if what happened on my chest and how many days I’m having the pain. That’s ALL! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RIGHT HEALTH CLINIC!!!

It was not a good experience for 2nd timer and will not visit again.

Negative experience: I am on my visiting visa I don't have any insurance I spent around 300AED just to take a pain killer, it was 1 of my worst experience, I visited hospital yesterday night I was dying of back ache firstly I was waiting there for more than 20 mins after enrolling they didn't call me, I went my self to doctors cabin and he was chilling there, and then after all examination I had to take pain killer injection, there was only male nurse so he called 1female nurse the female nurse started fighting with him that it's not her duty hours they wer not bothered about my pain ,I just asked them they can fight later on first they can give me injection, she left without giving me injection then male nurse gave me injection,worst kind of professionalism I have ever seen .I will never ever wish to see the same hospital again
