Negative experience: I want to share my friend’s terrible experience with this clinic. They treated her very badly and gave poor treatment. When she asked for a refund, they started mocking her and gave silly excuses like her IBAN not working or claiming that their transactions take more than a month. This is not how you treat people , we are human beings and we can clearly see they are just playing with her emotions. She deserved to be treated with respect, not made to feel helpless. I really hope my friend gets the justice she deserves. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I just had another facial at this clinic, and it was absolutely amazing. Honestly, their facials never disappoint. This isn’t my first time, and it definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommend giving them a try!!

Negative experience: I did botax there . It was very very very bad . At first they told me that after two weeks you will see the effect of the medicine. After two weeks they told me again to wait for another two weeks. This is funny. They didn't even show me the medicine when they injected it. Because I see almost no change in the injected areas after 20 days, so I think they injected me with water serum.

Negative experience: The receptionist are very nice and welcoming but This is a retail commercial not a clinic everytime I book appointment for a specific procedure costs 1000k the doctor tries to do upselling to make me pay more everytime specially Dr Marwa she is a sales not a doctor last visit I did face endolift she tried to convince me to do more when I refused she made me suffer of the pain and wait her outside to meet other patient I left with a very sworn face she didn’t give any cream or medicine I didn’t go to work for a week I contacted the clinic she finally gave me some medicines no results of the endolift it was very bad yesterday I went for the Botox retouch with Dr Sara she asked me what do you want to do else today? Are you coming for only Botox ? And she gave me this disappointed sad face . They are sales not doctors. Only Dr Rama is the honest one and trustworthy .but the clinic not recommended at all .

Negative experience: The technicians are honestly very professional, however, the results are upsettingly poor. I have hair growing in spots I’ve never had hair before and even after 6 full body sessions this result requires me to shave/wax way more than ever needed before.

Negative experience: I had 4sessions of RF + EMS with 2 fat dissolving injection for my double chin. Unfortunately, i didn’t see any improvement. I told the doctor about it and Dr. Marwa suggested to have another 3sessions of RF. Nurses here are asking the patient for what is the procedure to be done instead of asking their Doctor. No proper coordination as one time the nurse applied numbing cream to all over my face and and later on I found out i dont need it on the procedure. If nurses are checking the patient’s file then and double checking with their doctor then it shouldn’t happened. One more thing is, poor coordination with the schedule, on my 3rd session, the reception called me 30mins before my scheduled time (6pm) that my appointment will be rescheduled to 7:30pm due to machine maitenance. I refused to accept it since its a late notice so i proceeded to the clinic on my scheduled time as 6pm, only to find out that theres another patient who insisted to take my scheduled time. Very unprofessional. I just wasted AED 1575 for nothing!

Negative experience: yesterday i was the in the Garden plus in Emirates tower station i was not happy with the procedure as it was the first time and my teeth are sensitive when i explained to the doctor all my concerns and questions that interested me so i did not get the result and normal service as i wanted but on the contrary they want to quickly lure you in and do the procedure and money at the end not mentioned in their advertising and also take a percentage, she only spoke and i listened and after interrupting and talking to her i realized that i should only listen a lot and not ask questions that are interesting to me after that i was already afraid to ask about the procedure with such service where they tell you and your opinion does not bother them and the questions that you look at are anxious to ask and all the devices that they use are well cleaned or not and what i wanted to hear i did not hear in tension i started to do the procedure as she was already waiting for an answer without finishing what they were saying and quickly interrupting me whether i will do it or not with the question of them i was shocked by such service as they do not want to hear a lot of questions that i am interested in I said will you do it or not so quickly and after that I realized that what I wanted and the questions to my answers did not find and I began to do the procedure with dissatisfaction and then the most interesting thing came to me from them after the procedure without warning without even mentioning in the offer and advertising of theirs in the end they took money from me that I did not expect at all coming there under their offer and also at the end you receive an expensive payment and another plus 5 percent for some additional services that they do not include at all and are not warned in their advertising since it is written nano whitening 300 EAD and everything nothing more, but but in the end without warning in detail that there is cleaning and other necessary services about everything they said nothing without warning without giving exact details they took an amount that I did not expect when I came to their office where nothing is written about this in general I paid an amount that I did not expect and generally bad service and advertising of the offer where everything is written differently I left not satisfied with this clinic while everywhere 3 stages are included and and cleaning and everything you need, everything in detail everywhere, but they have the opposite price and nothing but 300 AED and they charge you, not professional, with terrible services and also with additional services known for what is not shown in their offer that are not even included in their advertising, you paid and was completely unexpectedly surprised and dissatisfied with their service, they did not even warn you about everything, at first, until the end, I was not satisfied with the service and the result, I left and regretted that I went to them and I want to say who does not want to get on their advertising and for some additional payments and for terrible service and dissatisfied, not receiving good service and what I wanted and not receiving answers to my questions, I left dissatisfied and after the procedure, absolutely not with a good result and additional service from somewhere, you pay for which you did not count when you went to them Menegment of the garden medical plus I really wondering your answer such to the customer who had not good experience in your clinic and trying to balme me even here as well yesterday I feel enough and for sure will not come back to thsi clinic i also human being and I experienced such unprofessional services at your medical at the end with unexpected additional charges when you iinform only afterb starting procedures, without any details and information in your offer only suddenly durin sessions you charge when I not expecting this all unclearty sharing my personal experiences and telling feedback to prevent does people to not do same mistakes I did because of some clinics not proper services

Positive experience: A few days ago I had my teeth cleaned and polished. The doctor was a man, I didn’t remember his name. He hurt my gums while polishing my teeth. I told him about this during the process that it hurt me. But he said it was okay and it was a massage. After this, my gums became inflamed and hurt. I immediately told him that he had wounded me and that I needed to use medicine. But he did not agree and did not prescribe me medication. I'm very upset. The centre had some technical issues which I completely understand the Dr. Rassa came communicated which I appreciate and I was fine honestly what I don’t understand is another patient came for their 430pm appointment and even if that procedure is 5 mins it doesn’t matter you allow that person ahead of me and I’m waiting wasting my time. You guys need to do better than that.

Negative experience: It could have been a better experience , if only the receptionist called in advance and said that the dentist won’t make it today, so I could reschedule my facial and dental appointment to be on the same day as planned instead of coming two times I also mentioned my WhatsApp number in Instagram and was promised to be sent a location there, however never received a message. P.s Hydrofacial machine and steam are very basic P.S HIFU did not show any results,assuming the machine is Chinese P.S also received inappropriate call from garden plus marketing team and instead of taking a feedback they said that I need to remove photos from my review, as it illegal to post. I had to check with the lawyer that it’s ok, as long as there are no people on photos and obviously I did not have any face or even shadow on photos .

Negative experience: I had a horrifying experience at Garden Plus Medical Center with Dr. Rasha. I went in for a root canal filling and ended up with a nightmare. After the procedure, I felt persistent discomfort and pain. When I informed Dr. Rasha about it, she refused to even recheck her work and just kept saying it’s normal to feel this way. Seeking relief, I consulted three other dentists at a different clinics, both of whom confirmed that the root canal had been done incorrectly—it was too short, leaky, and the supporting structure was missing. They recommended that the treatment be completely redone before placing a crown. To make matters worse, I had already paid for and had a crown prepared for this poorly treated tooth. Besides the incompetence, during the treatments, Dr. Rasha repeatedly caused me pain. When I asked her to stop hurting me with the mirror or when borrowing the tooth, she barbarically pressed it into my gums even harder, creating a wound that took weeks to heal. Each time I mentioned my pain and requested gentler treatment, she became annoyed and pressed even harder, increasing my suffering. Now, I have to visit a Endo specialist to redo the root canal, an additional expense and inconvenience that should have been avoided. When I brought this to the clinic's management, they refused to refund my money and have since stopped responding to my messages. The entire experience was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to stay away and find a dental professional who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being and comfort. This was the worst dental experience of my life. Updated 18.07.2024 I forgot to mention that each time I had an appointment, I had to wait at least an hour to see the doctor. They have drafted nice response here, suggesting I see another doctor for the right treatment, while they have been unresponsive to my messages on WhatsApp when I try to resolve this issue.

Negative experience: First time coming here for scaling and polishing , Dr Rasha Namouz dentist, did my scaling after 15 days my teeth became yellowish I don't know which cheap product she did experiment on me. will never come back again & also will not recommend to someone! unprofessional treatment

I would like to mention my experience with Dr. Rasha especially as I was suffering from a weird pain in my teeth for too long as a result of a bad crown that was done years ago. She treated the tooth and made a new crown that look very natural. She is very skilled and knowledgeable about her work and treats the teeth with consideration to aesthetics.
