Fantastic experience: We WERE the skeptical customer that you are rn reading this review. I had looked at 25-30 dental clinics across Dubai over the last month, all of which had too many negative reviews (you can tell when people complain just to complain, or if the clinic is actually doing something wrong), and then German Dental gave me an AMAZING quote for the wisdom tooth removal of my wife. Best price in town, amazingly professional, the clinic is stunningly clean and luxury looking. The assistants, receptionists and techs were abundantly friendly and hospitable, offering stress balls, Netflix to watch during the procedure, and I had a coffee while I was waiting, a coffee that tasted better than most coffee shops! Hesitancy from bad experiences in third world nations and neutral experiences in Europe with dentistry - German dental WOWED us. Dr Fadi Kanan was fast, reassuring, respectful, and clearly a veteran in dentistry. We doubted like you may be if reviews are fake or if these guys are trustworthy, but I can’t recommend them enough. In life, the best case scenario most of the time is that things go right, not spectacularly, but today everything we experienced with German Dental was A+++. We will definitely keep them as our go to dentist in Dubai for the foreseeable future. They caused 0 pain points, no feeling of scamminess in the pricing, no pushing for expensive procedures, simply the best case imaginable. Thank you! Don’t keep looking at other clinics, trust me - go with German dental It was like 2 minutes to take out 2 wisdom teeth with 0 pain and clear instructions for out-outpatient care. Fantastic experience: Super smooth experience! I came in as an emergency and got accommodated right away by Dr. Fadi Kanan. He explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable. We discussed the treatment and proceeded the same day. He knew exactly what to do and made it all feel so simple. He kept things calm and way less scary than I expected! It’s only my 3rd day after getting 2 wisdom teeth removed and I have zero pain! He’s meticulous with his work and honestly the best dentist in Dubai. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Jocelyn and her team for anyone struggling with TMJ issues. Dr. Jocelyn was recommended by my dentist. I suffered from TMJ to the extent where i could not open my mouth and speak or eat comfortably. i was in constant pain. Dr. Jocelyn’s expertise in TMJ treatment was evident; she took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. Her approach is well rounded . Dr. Jocelyn explained that Tmj is caused by my bite and is related to my body’s alignment and she recommended to see a chiropractor as well. We did a sleep study and found out that i stop breathing at night sometimes. She devised a personalized treatment plan that alleviated my TMJ symptoms, providing both short-term relief and long-term management strategies. After my treatment and using an appliance at night i have no pain in my jaw , i do not get sleepy during the day, i have energy, i do not clench my teeth anymore, i am more aware of where i place my tongue. I am thankful to have found Dr.Jocelyn and her team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking effective TMJ treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mira is such a good doctor and pays attention to details. I highly recommend the clinic for kids as well. Best choice and decision for my little girl. 11 teeth were infected and now all perfectly filled and taken cared of. I was worried with the procedure but Dra. Mira explained it to me really well. Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic. I had a life changing experience with Dr Jocelyn to treat my sleep Apnea. I didn’t even know it was an issue I had until I went to see her about my migraines. She took the time to run tests, conduct a sleep study, identify my issue and provide me with a sleeping device that has changed the way I sleep and live completely. I can’t recommend Dr Jocelyn enough and if anyone is waking up tired or has headaches they should definitely give her a visit. The dental hygienist - Koosar Abdalwahab that works there is also amazing at her job. She gave me a very thorough teeth cleaning and left my teeth looking white and clean.

Fantastic experience: I have known Dr Nasouti ever since he came to Dubai in early 90s and have been his patient since then. He is a thorough professional in his field, likable and friendly person. I like the atmosphere in office, though I have not seen any other dentist office is Dubai, I think it has always been organized and run friendly and professionally. After years of horrible dental work by American dentist I came here and had it all re-done on a vacation. Now this is my regular dentist. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost a decade due to previous poor experiences. Then last week I visited the German Dental Clinic and it exceeded all my expectations - I had a check up with Dr Reza and a cleaning with Koosar the Dental Hygienist. I have never had a tooth cleaning experience like this in my life before. Koosar provided me with an exceptionally informative, educational and fantastic experience. Her bedside manner and interpersonal skills are over and beyond phenomenal. She explained the procedure, what she was doing, and taught me the proper way to maintain my teeth. All this in a state of the art clinic with all dental chairs facing floor to ceiling windows with a view of JLT. I couldn’t recommend Koosar enough. The only dental hygienist that you should ever consider visiting

Koosar, their dental hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning and polishing my teeth - not only am I very happy with the results but also with the procedure itself. Koosar is very professional and highly skilled as well as very attentive, compassionate and kind. She pays attention to every detail to make you as comfortable as possible, explains the ongoing treatment and makes sure that you stay relaxed throughout the procedure. My teeth are very sensitive and I had a bad previous experience but I feel safe with Koosar and I know that I am in good hands.

Negative experience: I have been misdiagnosed by Dr Jocelyn Charest with TMJ disorder, grinding and sleep apnea. She actually managed to sell me an expensive appliance to treat the sleep apnea. Turned out that because of this appliance, I ended up damaging my gum tissues, having tooth pain and most importantly, I have now a severe malocclusion with a huge misalignment between the lower and upper dental arches (hence the tooth pain). Obviously, I had several appointments with her to identify the pain and she never found where the pain came from …. So I went to see a new dentist + an orthodontist + a sleep specialist. They found the issue within 5 minutes …. They told me that I don’t grind at all, I don’t have TMJ disorder and I don’t have sleep apnea! They advised to throw away the appliance and it will take 6 months to have a proper jaw alignment back. BTW, the cost of the appliance was totally inappropriate. I contacted the manufacturer directly, turned out the clinic bills you 13 times the original price !!!!!!!! Make sure to visit several dentists before having this kind of treatment because it can turn your life upside down and they will steal your money! This clinic sells you expensive and pointless dental treatments to only boost profits, they don’t care about your health.

The surgery was a difficult one, but Dr. Fadi was excellent throughout the whole process. He was incredibly gentle during the extraction and took the time to explain the procedure to me beforehand. Fantastic experience: I visited the Dr Fadi and his team during our recent holiday in Dubai because I had severe toothache, I am terrified of the dentist and the service and care have been unbelievable , He quickly identified the issue and said I needed root canal treatment that was literally done immediately, I was given a small amount of gas and air that really helped calm my nerves. Dr Fadi then made a porcelain crown with the assistance of some amazing technology and a 3d printer. He also identified a filling I had that was a potential problem and treated that at the same time. I was contacted via what’s app from him on the evening to check my pain was beginning to settle. This level of care was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We are from the UK and have decided that because of this outstanding service that we will of trying to get our dental work done here in the future. He is now also completing Invisilign braces for my Daughter. And helping me with some Further dental issues on our next visit to Dubai Thank you once again, Jane

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in the clinic and was super happy with the results by Dr. Koosar. Been living in UAE for 21 years and it’s very rare to find a hygienist doctor that explains everything in such details and breaks it down for you, so if you really keen on understanding what’s happening with your teeth/gums then book yourself an appointment with Dr.Koosar and trust me you won’t regret it! The location is very beautiful too and you get a nice view while your teeth are getting cleaned.

Negative experience: I have visited Dr.Nassouti while I was in pain for one of my moral tooth. He took a small scan and he suggested doing root canal treatment although he is a GP and not a root canal specialist!! At that time I had to accept it because i was so much in pain! During my root canal procedure he was so nervous and at the end of session two of my procedure he mentioned he couldn’t reached and fill out whole the root as my tooth root has a curve shape!!! After one month that I have done the root canal my pain started again and when I visited him , he simply mentioned this pain is because of my teeth sensitivity and even provided me a teeth guard to avoid this sensation!!! This was one of his obvious negligence , because when a tooth start paining again after root canal it should not be a simple things like sensitivity!!! Again after two weeks suffering from the pain I decided to see a root canal specialist and find out where is my pain come from? I did CBCT scan and the root canal specialist found that i have a big cyst under my root canaled tooth and the infection spread to my jaw bone and I was in a high risk of jaw bone break! The root canal specialist told me your teeth should not root canaled at the beginning and had to be extracted immediately because of the big cyst and infection under it! In summary Dr.Nassouti done below obvious negligences : 1. Not performed proper exam and scan at the beginning and done the root canal for the tooth that had to be extracted immediately! 2. After root canal procedure when I was still in pain, he just diagnosed me with sensitivity instead of performing proper investigation and find out the real cause of the pain!He put me in a risk of more spread of infection! He charged me for a procedure that it should not be done and simply took my money and put my life in the risk with all his negligence! I am going to find a way to complain and make a case against these kind of negligence as it has a absolute negative impact on the health and the life of patients!!
Dear Ms. Sheerin, First of all, we are sorry that you feel this way about the dental treatment you received from us. We would like to clarify some points. Dr. Nassouti is not a general dentist, but rather a specialist Periodontist who studied in Germany and has more than 30 years of experience in dentistry, having performed hundreds of different dental procedures successfully across different fields of dentistry. He has never had a negative review before about a dental procedure. Dr Nassouti doesn’t like to jump into aggressive treatment methods, but instead tries to save every tooth possible. It’s something he and all of us are proud of in this clinic. This comes from our ethical nature. More aggressive procedure costs more, so if money was the motive, Dr. Nassouti would have jumped to doing those procedures straight away. Since 2011, you have been our patient and Dr Nassouti has explained and clarified some dental issues you had that needed to be treated but a decision was not taken on your part to proceed. With all our respect to the specialist you saw, he/she might not be aware of the details we faced when you visited our clinic. You have been our patient for more than ten years, so if our dentist and medical team are not qualified then you and many other patients would not be with us for so long, which is something we are proud of. We would have appreciated if you double checked your case and discussed it with our dentist so that you would have a clearer understanding and would have made the right judgement. Nevertheless, we understand that pain can cause anger and misunderstanding. We would be happy to meet with you in order to discuss your dental history and explain your case clearly. Again, we are sorry that you feel this way and hopefully things get better for you soon.
Fantastic experience: We started seeing Dr Mira for our son and now the whole family is with her. We love her professional and calm way of dealing with us. There is a tv on top of the treatment chair and a programme for kids can be switched on which is a huge help at times. The technical equipment is up to date making e.g. x rays an easy job. We have always experienced all staff as very warm and friendly. Can't recommend it enough.

Positive experience: All staff at the German dental & neuromuscular clinic are highly professional from their admin staff to their doctors. The lay out of the clinic is very organized and welcoming. Dr. Mira Hermann is very accommodating, knowledgeable and meticulous when caring for her patients. Myself and both of my teenage children were very happy of her service. I had my implants done by Dr. Fadi Kanan recently and I am very pleased with how quickly my gums healed. The procedure was done under local anesthesia and he is very reassuring which helps a lot when you’re undergoing such procedure. Dr Fadi is very precise and knowledgeable. Negative experience: Went twice in 1 week for what should have been a straightforward crown cement replacement. 1st time they over filled and pushed the tooth forward, went back for it to be solved, only for the cement to be completely removed... I now have a tooth on the verge of falling out. There won't be a third visit! Also they have trainee assistants that are clearly untrained, which makes for a very nervous overall experience

Fantastic experience: Five stars doesn’t do GDC justice – I’ve never had a such a good experience at a dentist. I’m usually terrified of them, but walking into GDC was liking into the pinnacle of healthcare. As a Brit visiting Dubai, I started suffering extreme tooth ache for a week – I was in agony and couldn’t sleep. However, after contacting GDC I had an appointment the very next morning (unheard of in the UK), was greeted by exceptionally friendly front desk staff and dental nurses as well as Dr Mira herself. The treatment was first class, I have never received such calming, caring and gentle work from a trip to the dentist. I explained my situation and the need for a medical report to send to my travel insurance company and received the documentation without hesitation. Faultless service with a (pearly white) smile. You really saved my trip! Can’t thank the team enough.

Personally, she is the kindest and most compassionate person. She helped me tremendously - now I have no jaw pain, my tinnitus is less and I am a much happier person today! I always plan to go back to Dr. Jocelyn for periodic check-ups or to fix my orthotic device. I always recommend her to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown from an implant done years ago in another country come off and needed to be replaced. Dr Fadi did a fast and excellent job replacing it, and the clinic staff is top notch. Will definitely visit again when the need arises.
