I loved that she gave me all the time that I needed and really listened patiently knowing I’m talkative and picky lol She honestly was so sweet throughout the whole journey. We did acne treatment and pigmentation treatments from previously untreated acne scars. I was immediately happy with the results and she made everything easier with the at home remedies that she advised me with. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments, we agreed on a few to be scheduled in the near future and I will share the experience as well. Highly recommend

I have visited several Dermatologists over the past few years, but no one knew exactly what my face needs to treat the acne scars except for Dr. Emad I have tried multiple procedures with him such as Secret RF, exosomes, and mirconeedling dermapen with exosomes and I am happy with the results. 100% recommend him. Negative experience: I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. We had an appointment scheduled and arrived with an emergency case, expecting prompt care. However, our experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they fail to allocate enough time for our appointment, but they also refused to provide any additional time beyond regular hours, despite us repeatedly clarifying the urgency of the situation. It was baffling that, even in an emergency, they chose to prioritize policy over patient well-being. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate a clearly urgent case was both unprofessional and distressing. This clinic's attitude towards patient care is concerning, and I would strongly advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.

Negative experience: Hi, I went to cosmesurge sharjah & had one of my worst experience ever in my life, I wanted to do an antiaging treatment called rf microneedling with exosomes that costs 4000 dr to remove some fine lines ended up with having severe bruises under my eyes that still shows after 50 days post treatment & it seems that my under eyes became darker than before with no improvement to the fine lines even by 10% then my face is having breakouts that didnt happen to me since I was a teenager, also I still have a dark area from the stamp of the laser like a burn that I dont know will go or no, I am still suffering & going to a dermatologist to help me with the problems I have on my face,I dont recommend any one to do this radio frequency with microneedling at all esp in cosmesurge

Positive experience: I just finished my first session of Exosome. My technician, Nana, is very nice and made the whole process pleasant. I was hesitant to do it at first because of the pain, but Nana made it less or almost painless.
