Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Davinci Dental Clinic due to the receptionist's unprofessional behavior. Despite having a scheduled appointment, she insisted on sending us away, claiming our DAMAN insurance card was unacceptable without even checking the card or policy number. This lack of diligence is concerning and reflects poorly on the clinic's management, which seems indifferent to patient experiences. The receptionist's attitude was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided.

Negative experience: I recently visited a dentist at Davinci Dental Center for consultation, but my experience was far from satisfactory. After the x-ray, the dentist started the procedure and lasted almost 1 hour. Later, she informed that she is unable to complete the procedure because she doesn't have the tools and capability to do so. She stated she would transfer me to another dentist. I waited 1 week and have not received a call to schedule an appointment with the new dentist. Then I visited a different dental center. This not only wasted my time but also left me with unresolved dental issues. Additionally, you owe me an explanation for the incomplete work or any plans for follow-up. Overall, I found the experience frustrating and unprofessional.
