Negative experience: Absolutely bullshit experience, ive been waiting since 3 hours to get my insurance approved, firstly get a team on board who is sitting here and applying for insurance, so the patients dont have to wait , receptionist dont know anything anyway so i dont understand how they can assist us , secondly train your receptionist well to inform if the approval will take time , if so then schedule the appointment so one doesnt have to wait here , anywhere around in dubai i go my approval comes within 10mins , over here it took 3 hours because your staff doesnt know how to apply for it in the first place but the clinic doesnt care because it doesnt effect them or it is not them who is in pain after all , now when finally my approval came the doctor isnt here where as the first thing i asked when i walked in whether the doctor will be available or not and they said yes and since past 15mins my approval has come and im sitting right infront of the reception and they tell me that your approval is here but the doctor isnt , my approval was here since past 15mins , the clinic is empty and there are 3-4 receptionist sitting empty so its not like its a busy day , its just show LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM , its sad to experience this , my grandfather had been visiting dr ismail since 1984 when it was made , its SHAMEFUL. Just now i got done , the doctor told me he is referring some ear drops for me , but the receptionist told me its okay you can go and then i went to the pharmacy and they told me you need to get the prescription from the receptionist then again i went to the reception to collect the prescription and the receptionist said there is no prescription recommended by the doctor and then checked again and gave it to me . PLEASE GIVE PROPER TRAINING TO YOUR STAFF FOR YOUR SECURE FUTURE.

Negative experience: Never ever to this ENT doctor - Abdul Rahman. He’s unbelievable rude, questioning a patient because i requested medicine which is most effective for my allergic rhinitis. Telling me why not to GP I should booked. Very uncomfortable doctor to assist a patient. Never experienced doctor like him for my entire visiting all clinics and hospitals in UAE. Also, the service who’s approving the insurance is totally no customer service. How they are hiring these kind of people. Poor for the company.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, very rude staffs and nurses. They behaved very rude to my mom. We are coming to a clinic for care and treatment. And its not fair to be rude for even the basic things. They were even rude when we asked where is the washroom. Please train them to be sweet. Very very disappointed. Even the insurance department is very poor, they are not doing their part well. Not going there again. Very very upset.

Fantastic experience: Just one word: Wow. I honestly can’t believe the level of care I received—especially during a time when I was struggling with severe knee pain and dizziness. Time is valuable for everyone, but the doctors I met didn’t rush me. They didn’t just recommend tests—they listened. They gave me their time, showed real concern for my condition, and kept applying for approvals to ensure I got the treatment I needed. Trust me, in the UAE, it’s rare to hear a genuine “Take care of yourself” as you leave the hospital. But Ms. Beena made sure to speak with my husband, ask about my health, and even check what the previous doctor had recommended. That level of care stayed with me. And it doesn’t stop there—the pharmacy staff also fought with the insurance company for approvals, making sure we didn’t have to pay unnecessarily out of pocket. I’m truly impressed. Negative experience: Absolutely the worst clinic experience — and it’s not just once, this has been consistent over 3 to 4 visits! Dr. Ismail Poli Clinic in Karama is the definition of unprofessional. I’ve given them multiple chances, hoping it would get better, but every single time it’s the same frustrating, chaotic experience. And it’s not just me — most of my friends who visited had the exact same feedback. From the reception to the nurses to the doctors — no one knows anything. Zero communication, zero professionalism. My latest visit was for my wife who was sick with a fever, headache, and extreme fatigue. The doctor asked us to wait 10 minutes for insurance approval. After 20 minutes, I asked the nurses — they told me to go to the reception. The reception told me to check with the nurses. The nurses then sent me back to the doctor, who had already left. It was an endless loop of incompetence and miscommunication. After we left the clinic, I went back to ask about the medication prescription. Again — the same back-and-forth circus. Reception said the blood test was taken. I said, no, I’m asking about medicine. They said, “Oh, the drip was already given.” I said no — I’m asking if there’s any medicine to be collected. They told me to check with the nurses. Nurses told me to ask the doctor. Nobody had a clue what was going on. This clinic is not just unprofessional — it’s a disaster. There is no proper process, no coordination, no care for the patient. It’s mentally exhausting and a complete waste of time. I will never, ever step into that place again. Avoid it at all costs.

Positive experience: I visited Dr. Ismail clinic on Monday with 40 degree fever and 140 heart beat. I awaited more than 10 minutes in front of Dr. Rishan room 10.The patient came after me, visited Dr. Then I checked with treatment room staff how they are going. I came first. Then she told me U are Sini.U got wrong token. Dr. Rishan searched U. I am sitting in front of Dr room and treatment room. The treatment room staff or doctor not checked outside. Where is the patient. Simply she told patient not there. Very unprofessional behavioral.Atleast they have to check where is patient, she got dizzy or fainted?? With this high fever they are not giving any priority. Then saw Dr. Ismail. He prescribed for injection. That time also the treatment room staff called the patient coming after me. I asked what time U will call me. Just she looked and she gone to room. Atlest they have to give priority for patients.

Negative experience: Past experience had been good but would like to report on Customer service, specially one executive of whom I can't write the name here. Even though I tried to promise my arrival in next 40-45 mins and take out token on my behalf, this guy didn't budged even a second. The clinics doesn't have an ENT specialist at any other branch and we are forced to visit karma branch which is like 45 mins drive without traffic.

Negative experience: I Visit today in this clinic. Regarding blood in my cough. There was lady doctor Named ZEBA MEDUVIL NALAKATH was really unprofessional and rude too much attitude . Negative experience: Doctors are good but INSURANCE STAFFS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't know how to communicate properly. They will not update you about a pending approval request unless you contact them and they will get angry when you call them to follow up. They even reply in CAPSLOCK like telling you that they are irritated. Patient is helping them with their work by contacting insurance and they're not even happy with it, no sorry nor thank you from them.

Negative experience: I visited Dr.Ismail in karama today. And met this very rude neurologist Dr.Suhas Gopichand Patil. While waiting for my token no.to call. approximately 8 minutes of waiting and suddenly he came out and started to raise his voice and insulting me. He told me that I am wasting his time. He is very rude, he shouted at me and he was asking whom i waited? How will I know that I don’t need to wait for my token no. nobody inform me that I don’t need to wait for my token no. If only the staff in the reception informed me that I can go directly to the doctor’s room and no need to wait for my token no., i will go directly to there. Anyway, the doctor doesn’t have the rights to raise voice to any patients. As if he is not professional at all. I hope this review will reach him. Not deserve even 1 star but I don’t have a choice but to put 1 star so that I can write a review.

Negative experience: I was waiting today 1 hour for meet doctor Ismail general practitioners in ismail day surgical center karama, I did my registration and vitals everything done in this centre, nurse called for go inside doctor cabin, but doctor rejected for not here without any explanation or without proper information given me suddenly send outside, but how they can register without knowing in their system suddenly How can I feel one patient waiting almost one hour inside clinic in critical condition, this clinic I was coming since 15 years whenever I got sick. Negative experience: I came just now,I’m waiting almost 1 hour to wait,when I entered the door the doctor said to wait because there is a patient that going to washroom,then I wait when it’s my turn I’m went inside And the doctor asking questions then she said go to washroom for pee when I came back knock the door the doctor said I need to wait again she accommodate the patient that only came that time.But for me that I’m waiting almost an hour need to wait again.I ask other staff who’s the manager to speak the lady said she doesn’t know.I feel insult how they treat me.I will not come back again to this clinic.

Negative experience: For your kind information for your management, tell Dr Gayathri (Ophathalmologist) to be kind and pleasant to her patients. Why she is rudely spoke with her patients and bystanders. That’s the not way to speak, especially to her patient. But I appreciate the kabayan front Office staff. She is very polite.

Negative experience: Extremely poor service I visited the clinic for the first time it 1.5hours in total and to print a sick leave certificate 45mins .It was complete disappointment when your are already sick you are asked to wait and wait .The person asked me to wait for 10mins and then gain 5mins and in total 45mins .Initially for appointment their system was not working and later we after waiting for long in queue the transferred us to next counter .Very unprofessional .Then after giving the SL the patient has to visit the doctor again wait in queue and take signature and stamp
Negative experience: Dear administration team, Kindly reorganise ur front office or reception area in much patient friendly way , please have reception supervisor or front office manager to help the patients in getting the appointment, .really sorry to say people end up spending whole day at ur clinic with regards to a appointment or insurance related issue. Please give respect to public time
