Negative experience: I went a while ago to get my teeth done and paid a deposit a while later I changed my mind something just didn’t feel right ! That’s another story I don’t even want to get into, so I ask for my deposit back and since I didn’t even get anything done and the doctor didn’t even see my teeth up close just a Quick Look I figured it will be easy , few days pass I didn’t hear back from them so I had to say something rude ( and it’s never easy to do so but had to to get things going ) they told me come and pick your deposit , I went and parking situation was so bad I had to look for 45 minutes to find a spot then the elevator took 15 minutes to go up I get there I had to wait a while I got annoyed told them let me just sign and take my money and go i wasted over an hour of my day on this , finally she gave me an envelope I open it count 4000 in there without taking the notes out all good signed and left I go to pay for something with the money I find out one of the 1000s ripped and not just a small rip but a big one and no one will accept it ! I couldn’t believe it what kind of establishment would do that I definitely didn’t think that I would face such issue with a well known clinic in my country , so disappointed that I actually cried people like that make you feel that you can’t trust anyone now they are asking me to go back to change it ! So now I have to drive to a busy area waste an up to 2 hours of my day to go circle in a parking lot for 45+ minutes to find a spot east another 10+ minutes and go there to be wasting more time waiting in the clinic when I actually don’t have time at all , I just can’t believe it how they think they can disrespect a person like that it’s like they are saying u want your deposit back fine you can get it but we will make it as hard as possible as it could be , and we will give you a ripped 1000 that no one will take from you and you can hit ur head in the nearest wall , it’s a lesson and an assurance that now definitely my country became not as safe as it used to be because of that kind of people , now am thankful I didn’t get my teeth done there honestly my gut feeling was right definitely didn’t want to pay 80k+ on a smile make over with someone like this

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I came for Dr. Monther's reputation. Dr. Monther will see you for the first time and then transfer you to another doctor. After the other doctor finishes the veneer, if you need anything else, they will send you to another doctor. I needed to fix my veneer, and it was hard to find an appointment. I had to go to another clinic.

The clinic wasn’t busy, and I had four different doctors from various specialties come in to check on me. It felt super comfortable and professional at the same time. They walked me through the treatment plan and what to expect next. Definitely recommend them, really professional and welcoming!

She was told by other doctors that she would need an expander and longer, more painful treatment. We are very happy with the results. Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Oval. I initially trusted them but encountered serious issues with the refund process. From the start, I felt pressured into committing to treatments. They charged me ridiculous prices, amounting to what could be considered a year’s worth of salary. I was charged for a scan that was performed without prior disclosure of its cost, and additional deductions were made from my refund without clear communication or justification. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, the clinic has refused to issue a full refund, which I am entitled to under UAE consumer protection laws. I believe transparency and communication are crucial, but unfortunately, this clinic has failed to meet those basic standards.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I had a consultation and paid the first payment on the same day. However, two hours later, I canceled for personal reasons. Two days later, they called me and informed me that the AED 15,000 first payment would not be refunded in full. Instead, only AED 10,000 would be refunded, and they charged me an additional AED 5,000 without any evidence. They took my money without performing any procedures! They kept insisting that the laboratory had already started working on the impressions, even though I canceled within two hours they threatened to call the police on me ! Despite contacting the finance department, they refused to refund my payment. They are not cooperative at all and don’t take your concerns into consideration. All they care about is how to take your money.

Negative experience: I felt like the service was rushed and the attention to detail wasn’t there… my veneer broke twice first 2 weeks after getting them and second one two months… the dr I booked with saw me only once and the entire procedure was done by other more junior dentists… for the price I was expecting at least better quality service and results

Positive experience: Visited Oval for consultation for two reasons: 1. I had a gum bleeding issue whenever I brush my teeth 2. My lower teeth started to move because my permanent retainer broke months ago, and I currently have a small gap in the middle. Dr. Shahira examined my teeth first and recommended we do deep cleaning for the gum bleeding immediately. She was very kind & gentle in her communication, always have a smile on and ready to answer any questions. Happy to say that my gum bleeding has stopped now and she recommended a toothpaste that targets gums problems. She gave me free samples to try, and shared some recommendation on how to take care and clean my teeth and which brushes to get, etc. Overall I was satisfied with dealing with Dr. Shahira, she is very professional and very nice. The cost was 500 AED. I’d have preferred knowing the cost first before proceeding with the treatment. For my teeth alignment issue Dr. Ahmed visited for around 5 minutes and recommended that I go for veneers. I am personally not a fan of veneers. Then they recommended I see an orthodontist and make an appointment to check other solutions. After finishing, I went to the receptionist to make an appointment and ask for more information. Two of the ladies there were very rude. Hence I am giving the 3 stars. They were not even looking into my eyes while I am talking and literally one wording me, making me feel very unwelcome. Felt like I am making their lives harder. Generally wasn’t happy with the way they were communicating and I cancelled my appointment after that because of these two ladies. I recommend either training them on how to deal and communicate with people or hire nice/professional staff to deal with your patients. One final point is that the clinic is very clean.

Negative experience: They are good in veneers ( when they work for celebrities ) and nothing else ( they have no real experience in anything really medical ) - just cosmetics; but they are very good in advertising & instagram. I had a horrible procedure done ( full of mistakes and i pray they will have the same horrible pain i had from their horrible work) and of course i went to redo everything in another clinic ( my new doctor was laughing at the unprofessional procedure that Oval clinic did ) so the money i paid was lost for nothing; they are just a money hungry clinic. All the 5* ratings are actually their friends Who have no shame to give fake reviews and support scamming clients ( no conscious )

Negative experience: costumer service is good and staff are nice. but its very expensive, my teeth are getting broken each now and then. & still bleeding since two years. I will be very honest that its not worthy. you can find cheaper and better quality in the market i’m disappointed. they only care about famous people on instagram. my teeth got stained altho they said it will not. I paid 50K dirhams for nothing!

Negative experience: I lost my front teeth during pregnancy late 2021, after giving birth I thought the best place to treat my problem would be this dental clinic but i was wrong ! Wish i went to other dental clinic. 1- i’m supposed to have my veneers done with dr munther . But i’m didn’t , many times my appointments got canceled because the dr is not free. So i had to switch to any dr that is free since i’m not willing to wait for a whole year to get my veneers done and I literally it took almost one year late January 2022 till September 2022 2- the dr who did my implant was so rough, moving my head aggressively, and hitting my forehead with xray tool. 3- the abutment thing that i had to come 9 times to get the size that fits. And I live far from Dubai, can imagine how much I paid for the petrol ?? and all the delays was mistakes from the doctors or the specialist who was making the veneers. In each appointment i was promised to get it done at the next appointment. 4- there was no trial for the veneers or any consultations about shape of them, only i got to choose the color so i had to accept what ever shape i had on, because I cannot wait any more for more delays. So i got my same teeth shape but a different color, and after almost one year the crown or the implant teeth got discolored from above. 5- for the rate I thought i’ll get a better service, a professional stuff that will help me to achieve my perfect smile in a reasonable time, and a perfect experience. I truly would not recommend any of my family and friends to come and get treated here
