Negative experience: How can an Indian be so bad at cleaning teeth? Maybe it's the way he speaks to women that makes his service worse
We'd like to clarify that we do not have any Indian male doctors performing teeth cleaning at our clinics. We also noticed a negative review posted under another branch referencing a former manager from the same id, and after checking our records, we found no registered patient under your name. Based on this, we are confident that this is a fake review. We take genuine feedback seriously and encourage constructive communication from real clients to help us improve.
Fantastic experience: I did my microneedling and hydrafacial with sheerenh it was the best experience ever shes so nice and kind and i felt luxurious because she did it in 5-6 steps she really took her time and wasn’t in rush. It was better than any sessions i did before so i re booked for 4+1 sessions

Negative experience: I've been getting facial treatments at the mirdif branch for about a year now so I booked a salmon dna facial with them. Aftet booking I messaged the receptionist to let me know the brand used in the treatment. The receptionist called and put me on to the facialist but I couldn't understand anything she told me so she mentioned that she would send me a photo of the brand name. Followed up again with the receptionist regarding the photo and no response whatsoever. My appointment time passes and still no response. They clearly aren't too eager for business and don't value existing customers to even bother with simple requests. Such a shame.

Negative experience: This is my second time having a laser treatment, and both times there were booking mistakes. The first time, I scheduled an appointment for 12 PM, but when I arrived, I was told I was on the waiting list something I was never informed about. Fortunately, they allowed me to complete part of the treatment and asked me to come back for the rest. For my second appointment, I booked a 4:30 PM slot, but I was surprised when I didn’t receive a reminder the day before. I texted in the evening to confirm the time, and they informed me it was 5:30 PM, which was incorrect. I didn’t say anything and just showed up for the appointment. To be honest, Ms. Jenny is a great laser technician, but I think the receptionist needs to double check the bookings since this has happened twice. However, for my dental appointments, everything goes smoothly, and Dr. Anil is the best. It's only with the laser appointments that I've noticed these issues with the receptionist.

Negative experience: I do not really understand why we book appointments when they do not abide by the time .. I have been sitting there for close to an hour to see the Dr and finally I decided to leave as I had other commitments. Not professional at all and they really lack the basic principles of customer services. not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the reception were very kind and consistently checked on my comfort after every appointment via WhatsApp. They were also very friendly, making each visit enjoyable. All the doctors at the clinic are skilled, knowledgeable, and kind, always ensuring my comfort. I did my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Anil, who genuinely cared about my dental health and respected my wishes on how I wanted my smile to look like. Fantastic experience: This clinic is one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to in Mirdif. The clinic is spotless and the staff are very friendly and professional - I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins in the reception. Special thanks to Dr. Mirna who took time to carefully diagnose and solve a challenging situation for my mother’s teeth. She took time to carefully explain the solutions and was patient, professional and courteous. She also took time to recommend treatment options to improve her overall oral health and resolve long standing issues. Moving on to the star of the show, Dr. Sushma, who is a Dental Nerve specialist, she’s truly the best dentist I’ve ever had in the past 28 years. Her patience and keen observation skills are commendable. She not only addressed my initial concern but also helped me remain calm during the procedure . She handled it with such ease and simplicity that I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Sushma’s magical and quick hands left me thoroughly impressed.
