Just like many, I was also unhappy with the melanin deposits on my gums, so I decided to visit Dr. Sathyapriya at Dr. Paul's Clinic (as she is well-known for her work in Dubai). The moment I entered the clinic, I received a warm welcome from the reception staff. They were all very welcoming and polite. After completing my registration, I was sent to the OPD for my treatment. Once again, Dr. Sathyapriya's assistant Lawrence extended a warm welcome, and Dr. Sathyapriya herself was both welcoming and professional. I was scared of dental anesthesia as it was my first dental treatment (apart from regular cleanings), but Dr. Sathyapriya is so efficient that I felt nothing at all when she inserted the needle. The treatment went smoothly and took hardly 30 minutes, including my consultation. On top of that, the results are truly wonderful. It's been one week now, and my gums look so natural, effortlessly enhancing my overall appearance when I smile. Negative experience: Honestly, Dr. Binoy Paul is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I went in cause I felt some roughness at the back of my tooth and instead of fixing that he created a huge gap in the middle of my front 2 teeth and chipped the corner of my front tooth. To make matters worse, my right tooth that he chipped hurts so much since the past 48 hours to the point where I am unable to chew anything.

Negative experience: Note that my review is based on my interaction this morning with the receptionist in Oud Metha branch. I scheduled an appointment today, but I caught a flu so I phoned the clinic to cancel. Today is supposed to be my first time to be attended by Dr. Paul. The receptionist sounded like she’s in a hurry and she made me feel that I am wasting her time. She asked me who’s my doctor but I completely forgot the first name. This is when I sensed that my call is not welcome as she needed to check and got back to me to say - okay, I cancelled your appointment - then, she immediately hung up. No thank you, no goodbye, no empathy knowing that the caller is sick. I totally changed my mind to go to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had severe crowding. I visited a clinic that did not help my teeth at all; my braces were not doing the job. I had them on for months, and I knew that something was wrong. I was not looking forward to the results. But a family member introduced me to one of the best doctors at Dr. Pauls Dental Clinic, and that is Dr. Anil Abdul Kaphoor. He removed my old braces and started from the very bottom. My teeth were crowded, and I had strubbon crowding, especially on my bottom teeth. Dr. Anil Abdul Kaphoor put in all of his effort to fix the crowding, used many techniques, and had his own professional ways of dealing with my crowded teeth, and my teeth were showing progress. He also tries to figure out other issues that could be causing problems with the teeth. He noticed that my tongue was pushing on my bottom teeth, and he helped me fix that habit. He even suggested other ways that could help solve the habit. Dr.Anil Abdul Kaphoor does not only focus on creating a perfect smile; he also focuses on habits that could be in the way of the treatments, and he helps the patient solve them. I was looking forward to all of my visits because, for the first time, my teeth were given the right treatment, and today was my last braces appointment with him. He is very careful with his work and always makes sure it is clean and that the patient is happy. He also always suggests other treatments that will help keep the shape and beauty of the smile. Thank you, doctor; you deserve all of the praise.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an excellent periodontist you won’t find any better than Dr Priya. And I have seen several other periodontists before deciding to go on her hands so I know for sure she is the best. I came in with VERY thin gums on my bottom teeth and a pretty bad tooth recession on one tooth. Dr Prya recommended I get a laser frenectomy. The pics are from only two weeks later and my gums look so much more improved and been told it will likely improve even further. I’m am beyond happy with how much healthier my gums look already. Fantastic experience: Dr.Anil Abdul Kaphoor has been my doctor since 2020. I presented to the clinic with severe TMJ pain and very little mouth opening due to a locked jaw. He has been handling me well from the start of my splint therapy and I have way less pain and better mouth opening now. I thought TMJ was untreatable until I met him . He is the best Neuro muscular dentist I have met. I come all the way from Kenya every two months to see him in Dubai and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . He and his assistant Anne have been the best . I highly recommend him as a dentist . He is very thoughtful and cares about his patients well being which is vital for TMJ treatment which affects one psychologically. Fantastic experience: From a very satisfied customer: I have a problem with my front tooth since I can remember. I have an old filling that darkened and made my front tooth discoloured from the rest. Almost all Dentist I've consulted told me the same thing, to do a root canal treatment. All of them didn't give me the confidence to do it, except for Dr. Binoy. He is by far, the most patient and informative in explaining everything about the treatment to me. Imagine being consulted for almost 1hour, for free on your 1st visit! That's how hands on Dr. Binoy is to his patients. He will walk you through every step of your procedure. Despite being a big guy, he has such delicate and steady hands, so the discomfort during the procedure was almost not there. When he was done with my procedure, I was in aw! It is as if my front tooth didn't have any problem before at all! So, I highly suggest you to visit their clinic, get examined by Dr. BINOY and tell us if your experience is same as mine (which will definitely be!).
