Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Al Jawhara Dental Clinic! The clinic was very clean and calming, and didn’t have that typical hospital smell. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Treatment was painless and hygienic — they used clean, modern equipment and followed proper safety steps. What I liked most was that they didn’t rush or push for unnecessary treatments. Very professional dentist, super helpful to take an emergency for a broken tooth and to find a solution in doing a crown rather than removing the tooth completely as recommended by my previous dentist. Highly meticulous and great quality of work. Very reassuring by giving clear and detailed explanation. Strongly recommended He is kind, gentle, patient and brilliant at his job. I went for Tooth cleaning and polishing and this is my second visit and Dr. Mansour is a very nice and professional dental doctor.He make us very comfortable and the service is top notch. I had nice result and I am very satisfied with the service. Now they have an amazing offer going on of more than 50% discount on tooth cleaning +Polishing. Doctor was really caring and knew that it would be painful. He took so much care that I dont have any fear of a dentist when it comes to him. When he's operating you dont need to worry about anything. Just sit back and let him handle the rest.

I can say comfortably that i have finally found the dentist for me. The receptionist was friendly. Dr Mansoor took Xray of my tooth and he knew what to do. He started with BismiLlah….took time to do the root canal, explained everything he was doing, asked several times if i felt any pain, was also friendly and down to earth. Prices are reasonable. I am glad i have finally found an experienced/skilled dentist in Ajman.

Fantastic experience: I have a very good experience with Dr. Mansur and his clinic staff..when i went there for first time i was hestitating whether he can fix all my complex problems ( cavity, cleaning, crown, and 2&3rd tooth missing). Dr. Mansur and his team really where very much profissional, time commited, well equiped and his clinic is neat and clean. His welcoming smile was actually the strong asset and the full analysys he provided after the first appointment was truly perfet. I am leaving his clinic now totally happy with everything, i am sure i will not go again any other clinic for my teeth but here, and i will recommend him for all my friends and relatives.

Negative experience: The person on the phone was just rude, I was planning to have an appointment for 6 of my family members and I asked him 2 questions regarding the fees and he was like “You are asking too many things why not come and see a doctor” what kind of response is this? Why would you have a support phone number if you are not willing to answer any questions!!

Negative experience: Do not visit. I had 4 cavities done at this place and one of my molars cracked! Literally weakened my tooth with his ancient fingers using that drill. This was my first time visiting a dentist on my own without my parents and i feel like he was negligent since nobody was watching over him. Always bring someone with you to the dentist ESPECIALLY if you’re picking the lowest cost. Don’t trust any dentist and don’t cheap out! Learned that the hard way. Very mad. I should’ve suspected this was gonna happen since the clinic was empty and the secretary is the nurse. Extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: So many hidden charges, the dental work is not great and Over-priced. I took my niece for a pulpuctomy, he said she didnt need any work except fillings and refused to take x=ray. After a few dasy her face was swollen and she was in bad shape, then he took and x-ray and said he should of given her a Pulpectomy. Costs 2000 for the work, same work is 600 in Zahraa hospital

Negative experience: Very bad experience...waste of money and over charge..i called them for teeth cleaning and they told me 100dirham when i went for cleaning after cleaning done i check in mirror there were still some tartar left i ask its not remove yet they told me this will go with polish and it will cost 100aed extra i said no problem i just want to clean teeth after polish they charge me 250 said 50 dirham for consultation ..and there was no any consultation..when i come back home i check properly in mirror still i had some plaque left..just don't waste ur time there they will charge u over and un professional job.

Fantastic experience: Was waiting for some time to pass since my tooth filling ( 30+ days) so that I can give realistic review. This review is based on tooth filling only! I only do my teeths in home country and was sceptic about dentist and prices in UAE. But when my tooth filling suddenly fell out I had to find Dentist quickly. Due to reviews of this clinic I decided to give it a try and I cant be more satisfied. Nurse was welcoming and I think there is only one dentist Dr. Mansoor and he is skilled and profesional. He did everything exactly the same as home and it was perfect. Best part is the price, and it was 150 Aed only, only in my case since its same as back home in private clinics. If you need filling you will not regret, just do it with a smile :)
