Unfortunately, the dentist was unable to extract the lower wisdom tooth due to its close proximity to the nerves and bone, and advised that removal was unnecessary. However, shortly after, I was referred to Al Dana Specialist Medical Center for a second opinion. At Al Dana, I was treated by Dr. Firas Othman, and the experience was exceptional. Meine erste Erfahrung im Aldana Specialist Medical Centre war ein akuter Notfall während eines Urlaubs – und bereits damals war ich überwältigt von der schnellen, einfühlsamen und hochprofessionellen Behandlung. Nach einer leider fehlgeschlagenen Implantat-OP in Deutschland habe ich mich daher voller Vertrauen entschieden, für die geplante Versorgung erneut nach Dubai zurückzukehren. Die umfangreiche Operation wurde von Dr. Firas Osman und Dr. Saif Al Gburi gemeinsam durchgeführt – mit größter Sorgfalt, vollständiger Aufklärung und echter persönlicher Betreuung. Negative experience: Did a crown and in-lay. After 3 weeks of food getting stuck under the crown, which caused gum bleeding, Dr Firas redo the crown. Then I had to redo the in-lay also because it caused pain when chewing, but in another clinic. Now again problems with same crown. Came for a scheduled appointment, but I was told that Dr Firas left already. No receipts, no warranty was given. When I asked for them, they said they need an accountant for that. Very disappointing experience for me.

Negative experience: تجربة سيئة للغاية انا جد نادمة على الذهاب للعيادتكم ذهبت للتنضيف التسوس وانا لا أشعر باي الم او ازعاج بالاسنان. بدات معاناتي بعد تنضيف التسوس اصبت بتحسس مفرط للاسناني عند شرب السوائل والان تجاوزت 3اشهر وبعدها نفس مشكلة معي. فنصحتني الطبيبة بكل بساطة وهدوء واستغباء للطرف الثاني بسحب عصب سن في حالة استمرار التحسس يعني (((( انا بتحمل غلط وعدم حرفية الطبيبة وكمان بسحب عصب السن ....)))) حسبي الله ونعمة الوكيل . تجربة سيئة في تنضيف الجير وتلميع الاسنان تلونت اسناني الي بني بعد شهر ونصف . مع اسوداد غريب وفضيع في حواف الاسنان وجوانبها من الداخل والخارج مع العلم انا لم اعاني بحياتي كلها من اسوداد حواف الاسنان وجوانبها. ما توقعت اتبهدل في عيادتك ذكتور فراس مع العلم كنت وما زلت اكنلك كل الاحترام والتقدير لحضرتك . اسم طبيبة الي اشتغلتلي إسراء . وحبيت اذكر للحين بعد مرور فترة طويلة بعدي اعاني من حساسية مفرطة في سناني لم اعاني منها قط قبل.

Fantastic experience: الثقة : فن وصناعة، مبدأ الدكتور فراس والدكتورة إسراء يقولون بأن العطار لا يصلح ما افسده الدهر..! لكن الطبيب الماهر والمتمكن والمحب لعمله، يصلح ما افسدته العادات السيئة على مر السنين أسناني وصلت إلى مرحلة ما بعد اليأس..مجرد النظر الى المرآة يشعرني بالخجل من نفسي ..فكانت الكمامة الوسيلة الوحيدة لتغطية قبح أسناني قبل شهرين تحركت المواجع من جديد، الأسنان المهترئة واللثة المتقرحة يطلقان ألما مزعجا لا يطاق..قادني بحثي عن دكتور محل ثقة إلى عيادة الدانة جلست انتظر الأمر بخلع الأسنان المريضة فلا أمل في اصلاحها. ولكن الدكتور فراس كان له رأيا آخر، رأي فيه الكثير من الأمل..يمكن اصلاح أسناني بدأت مرحلة العلاج وفي كل حصة تعود أسناني إلى الحياة تدريجيا..الدكتور فراس طبيب ماهر وحذق ومتمكن ويحسب لكل شيء حسابه ولا يترك الأمر للصدفة انتهت المراحل الأولى في العلاج وقامت الدكتورة اسراء بتنظيف أسناني كلها، فرأيت ما غاب عن نظري لسنين طويلة. تنظيفها للأسنان أفضل من تبييضها بالليزر في عيادات أخرى استغرقت عملية التظيف أكثر من ساعة وكانت الدكتورة اسراء كأنها ترسم لوحة فنية، بلطف وتروي وحذر تعيد الحياة إلى أسناني شبه ميتة شكرا الدكتور فراس على تفانيك واخلاصك في الاهتمام بحالتي المعقدة..شكرا الدكتورة إسراء على لطفك وصبرك وبث الأمل في الابتسام من جديد دون خجل شكرا فريق العمل على حسن استقبالكم وتعاملكم الراقي ضيفكم: عبدالرحيم

Fantastic experience: Dr. Firas is a remarkable dental surgeon! In his clinic rest assure you will get honest and transparent feedback on your case. Emrgency is an emergency and he, his staff, responds accordingly. Results are kind of "for life", "for good", so no worries on quality. Can be a bit pricey compared to elsewhere, but apples to apples in terms of quality, absolutely not! Be confident walking into Dr. Firas'clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Al Dana Medical center for the last year now for braces' treatment & follow up with Dr. Fadi Lahood; the treatment is going pretty well, I would recommend Dr. Fadi for the braces treatment as well as all other doctors, receptionists, nurses and all other staff for such great work done! I have visited a couple of dentistry centers before, but Al Dana Medical center is the best ever & will definitely rank 5 Stars!
