Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Dr. Tarun for over 10 years and honestly, he’s the best dentist we’ve ever had. He’s so kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, especially with kids. I have four children and they all love going to him, which says a lot. His new clinic is beautiful, very clean, modern, and has great facilities. I also really appreciate how fair his prices are and how he always finds a way to accommodate everyone. Over the years, even my family and close friends have started going to him and they all feel the same way.

Negative experience: Oris Dental Clinic is a complete joke. Their incompetent staff couldn’t even do the bare minimum of informing me that they had changed locations. Or put a sign on their old location to inform the patient that " we moved" Not once, but twice they sent me the wrong address, wasting 40 minutes of my time chasing their ghost clinic around Mirdif. The first location took me to Mirdif 35. Then the operator told me it was in the Avenue Mall and sent a foursquare link (remember the app from 2009). Then next to the mosque 15 degrees to the north and 20 m from the signal with 50 m above sea level. OMG, I had to cancel the appointment altogether. No apology, no responsibility, just pure disorganization and zero professionalism. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. They don’t care about patients or time.

Fantastic experience: So I decided to book an appointment with Dr. John and I had a concern like it’s in my head. I thought I needed a full on dental filling with cavity cleaning all of that, but the doctor said as an initial fix. I don’t think there is any damage and the filling that you have doesn’t need to be tampered with so I will just have to polish it when we were done. I asked him for a panorama x-ray and get this he was right there was no damage to the tooth itself. I should’ve just trusted him. And it’s been years since I’ve visited the dentist and I can officially say I found my new favorite!! Dr. John and his assistant thank you very much. I’ll see you in six months for another cleaning session

Positive experience: Very good experience. I was Welcomed by the friendly receptionist , nurse called me on time and dr.michael did my teeth cleaning smopthly and in a timely manner . Overall a very good experience, paid around 750 for consultation and cleaning after esaad discount .

Negative experience: I wonder how do they get all these reviews from. I visited the clinic hoping theyre good. I paid AED 700 for a simple teeth cleaning procedure. The dentist just brushed my teeth - literally. Leaving the inside areas untouched!!!! 700!!! I could have just done it myself.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time visited Oris dental clinic and for both times it was an emergency. They always accommodated me on the same day. The receptionist lady was so nice and pleasant, I wish I asked for her name! Greeted amazingly from the moment I entered the clinic. This time I had a cracked tooth and Dr Obada saw me and fixed my crack. It was a really bad one and he managed to avoid having to do a root canal or tooth removal. He also did a fantastic job on the filling! I look forward to going again for my routine dental visits. And his assistant for the day was so pleasant! I highly recommend Oris! Fantastic experience: Been doing my dental cleaning and braces here for about 6 months and was mostly with Dr Puneet and lately for the cleanup with Dr Michael. The prices are good and you can pay in installments per each session and so far it is been a good progress for me. Definitely recommended!
