Fantastic experience: I am a 66 years old retired Professor and visiting Dubai on a tourist visa. Due to toothache problem I had to see a dentist and searched on Google to find the nearest dental clinic from my place, AND now I feel so fortunate that Apex dental clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) was found to be the nearest dental clinic to visit from my place. First at the reception Ms Michelle greeted and welcomed me in the clinic and with a brief interaction with her, i felt that i have reached at the right place where positive wibes and warmth was felt and I was quite happy to see the hygiene and ambience maintained at the place. Then Dr. Akansha Sonawane and Ms. Ashna (Nurse) greeted me and took me to the consultation room. Dr. Akansha listened to my dental problem very patiently and after taking the x-ray suggested me the suitable options and remedies. Finally we decided for the cavity filling. With the nursing support of Ms. Ashna, Dr. Akansha did the filling procedure. As a team they did the procedure very nicely. Dr. Akansha Sonawane is too good in her approach and skills. She is highly talented and efficient in her field. She was very very patient and supportive while doing the procedure, and seeing my old age she was throughout very very cooperative and respectful, and I was not nervous and anxious at all. What qualities a doctor and the supporting nursing staff & other staff should have, I found those all the key attributes in this Apex clinic DSO, and the people who work here. I am really thankful to God that he guided me to right place and I got the treatment from Dr. Akansha to get quick relief from my unbearable pain and the cure for the long term. This whole delightful experience of Apex dental clinic, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) will always be there in my mind whenever I will cherish my Dubai visit experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve never actually loved my teeth this much… they fixed everything about my smile! The experience was really good, and everyone is very professional. I worked with Dr. Keerthan and got Invisalign. He’s really the nicest dentist I’ve been to. He made sure I was comfortable, that I understood the whole process, and that I got exactly the results I wanted. He gave me genuine and honest advice on what’s the best course of action for me, and he was right! He’s very professional, works smoothly and is very attentive to his patients. My invisalign treatment took 8 months. They did scans, showed me how my teeth would move and eventually look like, took before and after pictures, and I got fixed and movable retainers. Their prices are also really good and competitive. I also worked with Dr. Ritul for one of my teeth that I wanted to change. He did a veneer for only 1 of my front teeth. I was worried that it was going to look very odd compared to the rest of my teeth, but it looks really good. The color and size matched my other teeth perfectly, I’m really glad I had it done. Dr. Ritul was also great to work with, I just really liked how professional and clear in communicating everyone was. I was not worried or confused at any point. Overall great results, great experience, would definitely recommend them. Easy place to find, lots of parking space in the back of the building so it’s easily accessible, they’re always on time and are happy to help.

Negative experience: I had a dental cleaning a few months ago. Before the cleaning, I didn’t have any issues. However, on the same day after the cleaning, my teeth became very sensitive, and my gums started to swell. It has been several months now, and I’m still experiencing pain and discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Despite the location and not new renovations of the clinic, I can definitely say that the best professionals in the world work there! I have been to clinics in many countries and I have never seen such professionalism anywhere! I came with a problem with wisdom teeth! At the Emirates Hospital, they gave me a bunch of consultations and different X-rays of my teeth, saying that the situation was complicated and that deep anesthesia would need to be done. All this took more than a month and in the end, they did nothing for me because there was simply no end to these consultations. I decided to change the clinic and came to Apex Medical. When I came by appointment, I was immediately taken to the doctor, which happens extremely rarely, usually you wait, then fill out an endless questionnaire, more tests, analyzes, etc. Then they immediately took me to the doctor who very confidently told me that everything will be ok and he would just pull out these teeth for me. I started to explain the whole complexity of the situation, show pictures, x-ray talk about endless consultations that I did before... he just confidently said again-I'll just pull out these teeth for you, without any problems, pain or consequences. I was shocked and of course I couldn't believe it. The fear imposed in previous hospitals simply took over my mind. There was no time to think, it was no longer bearable to endure the pain and I signed up for the procedure.My doctor Dr Shyam Bhat prescribed me antibiotics and painkillers, which for some reason didn't do in previous hospitals. In these couple of days with the pills I felt much better. But I understood that I would still have to remove the teeth despite the fear and horror in my head. When I came for the procedure, it took me about 5 minutes - 2 minutes for the anesthetic injection and 3 minutes to actually remove 2 wisdom teeth ... well and 30 minutes of my deathbed drama when Dr. Shyam Bhat pulled out the first tooth, not even a minute had passed !!! I still remember his words - the first one is done.And then I started crying, no, not from the pain, but from how scared I was, and how easy and simple it actually turned out to be. I didn’t feel anything at all !! To be honest, I didn’t even understand that he started doing something when he had already pulled out the first one. On the second one, I exhaled a little and finally trusted Dr. Shyam Bhat. When we finished, the doctor told me to go home and eat ice cream I didn’t understand at all what was happening! I thought I would die from anesthesia or from pain,or after…but I didn't feel anything and a couple of minutes later they sent me home to eat ice cream. After leaving the clinic, I couldn't believe that what I was so afraid of (because of previous hospitals) went away so quickly and painlessly. Now I'm sitting at home, eating ice cream and crying, crying from the joy and gratitude that overwhelms me. I am infinitely grateful to Dr Shyam Bhat and the entire Apex Medical clinic for such professionalism, ease and speed in solving my problem❤️

What really sets him apart is how friendly and approachable he is; he completely removes any dental anxiety you might have. I recently had two surgical extractions done with Dr. Shyam, and as someone who is usually very anxious about dental procedures, I was amazed at how easy and comfortable he made the entire experience for me. Fantastic experience: I have done my Invisalign and teeth whitening treatment here. Over the two year process everyone at the facility was externally helpful. The process was transparent and smooth. The results left me very satisfied. I highly recommend this facility for any of your dental needs.

Negative experience: I feel misled and scammed by this dental clinic. 1.5 years ago, I was advised by two orthodontists, Dr Khushboo and Dr Jensyll that Invisalign would fix a rotated wisdom tooth which was causing cheek bites. As a bonus I’d be able to close a gap from a previous extraction, my bite, my midline, and slightly overlapping front teeth. Based on these promises, so far I have paid 12,000 AED + for the Invisalign treatment. Five months in, my dentist Dr Jensyll suddenly left and I was assigned to Dr Khushboo. Over a year into treatment, I was told by Dr Khushboo that none of those issues—except minor front tooth alignment (which was not my reason for getting Invisalign) could actually be fixed. I raised my concerns and met with the medical director, Dr Arvind on 06/05/2025 who confirmed the wisdom tooth should have been extracted from the start, the gap was never realistically fixable and that my bite has in-fact been fine from the start. This means I was sold a treatment under false pretenses. I was promised results that were never possible. Mr Arvind, the medical director, acknowledged these concerns and promised to speak to upper management and Invisalign regarding a possible refund and rectification of the matter. I am still waiting for a fair resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. I hope others are more cautious and get second opinions before committing.

Fantastic experience: We have been using Apex for years now and to be honest they just keep getting better... we have always been 100% satisfied with doctors and the team - Dr.Khushboo and Dr.Sneha in particular are incredible! They handle my anxious 11yr old son with such honest care and consideration, explaining everything to him and answering all his questions. I am absolutely delighted with my teeth after my orthodontic tratment too! One very happy customer!

Met her couple months ago , as I have been referred to her for my periodontal disease. Little did I know that now she would become an integral part of my treatment confidence Very little is known or shared about this gum issue but there are ways of feeling better and stop the problem , though it sadly cannot be reversed it can be locked to where it’s gone for a healthier mouth ! Road ahead is still long but I know am in good care !

Fantastic experience: Our go to place for paediatric dental treatment and consultation. We were nervous for a root canal for our 9 year old kid and the way Dr Sneha handled it was amazing. From answering all our queries patiently to giving the best treatment for our son, we can't be thankful enough. Dr Sneha ensured full satisfaction, gave us multiple options to go for and finally with her expert skill made sure the root canal was almost pain free. Thankful for the great service!

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say a big thank you to Dr. Luke and his assistant, Srudhy. I don’t like going to the dentist as I have a low pain threshold, overthink the treatment, and feel anxious, so you can imagine how I felt knowing I needed my top 2 wisdom teeth taking out! Dr. Luke and Srudhy were so reassuring and gentle. The whole process went very smoothly and both extractions were done in 45 minutes with no tears! Even the anaesthetic needle didn’t hurt too much thanks to the strawberry flavoured numbing gel that was applied first. They played relaxing music in the room and talked me through the whole process, not rushing anything. I would 100% recommend!! It’s been approx 36 hours since my treatment and everything has been good since, too. No pain at all. I’d also like to give a shout out to the team who handle the WhatsApp as they’re always very quick to reply to messages, even late at night. Thank you Apex @ Motor City!

Enter Dr. Khushboo, who is nothing short of a miracle worker ❤️. She walked me through my options and her professional advise, all while keeping things calm, collected, (and hilariously entertaining). Even after I moved to Saudi, Dr. Khushboo went above and beyond, squeezing me in on her days off (thank you!) or popping in to oversee other procedures just to make sure everything stayed on track. Fantastic experience: Really happy with Apex. They are super organized and helpful. They really do try to accommodate in the best way possible. Dr. Ritual is great! I've seen many dentists, and he's by far one of the best. When you find a great dentist, you hold on to them. I really appreciate how he explains everything clearly, walks you through each step, and is genuinely passionate about his work, which is inspiring. Fantastic experience: The Apex Clinic Motor City were amazing, all staff were friendly and understanding. After being in pain from my back tooth filling falling out, I phoned The Apex Clinic Motor City as I wanted to find a clinic with great reviews and close by to where I live, and they did not disappoint. They were so lovely and understanding on the phone, they promptly fitted me in to see Dr Deepa the next morning. I had a root treatment done by Dr Deepa, who was amazing, making me feel very comfortable and did a superb job. Then I had my crown fitted by Dr Nicole who was equally amazing. She fitted my crown and adjusted everything perfectly. For someone that doesn't particularly like going to the dentist, The Apex Clinic really looked after me and made me feel at ease. I am thrilled with my new crown and am no longer in pain, thanks again. Would absolutely recommend this Clinic and definitely use them again.

Dr. Jay put my mum completely at ease and made the treatment painless to the point that.she is now happy to go back....my mum had a root canal and a filling. He's a British general dentist with over 12 years of experience in both Private and NHS practices. My appointment for a consultation and scaling was surprisingly pleasant. He is gentle and thorough! It's like my teeth had a dental spa morning! Their prices are transparent and reasonable, if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Fantastic experience: One of the best, if not the best, dental clinic in Dubai. Dr. Jay is an incredible human with a very friendly demeanour. What I appreciate the most is how he takes the time to find solutions and do what's needed versus bombarding you with unnecessary procedures. I've done teeth cleaning, filling and crown, and in all honesty, I felt no pain whatsoever. Dr. Jay takes the time to explain what happened during the procedure and take you through before and after images. Dr Kushboo is fantastic, she takes her time to listen and provide considered consultations. I feel totally looked after in every sense. Fantastic experience: Dr Sneha Agarwal was the most kindest and gentle paediatric dentist to me. I had to extract 5 milk teeth that weren’t even shaking. I was extremely nervous but she (Dr Sneha) was so comforting and made sure that I was fine before starting. She even asked me if I wanted to listen to songs and watch tv shows and kept asking me questions to distract me from my fear. Today, if anybody told me that I need to go to the dentist, without even thinking for two seconds I would say “ I’m not going if the dentist isn’t Dr Sneha.
