Positive experience: Clinic is open till 10:30 PM. Arrived at the facility at 9:45 PM without appointment for getting yellow fever vaccination. Doctor consultation is required prior to vaccination while the vaccination was covered under insurance. Registration and the vaccination was done quickly. Make sure that you plan your visit before 9 PM since finding a parking around this area can be quite challenging as most the parking slots around the clinic are reserved for residents after 9 PM.

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم مركز الزعفرانة من المراكز التي أصبحت تقدم خدمات بكافات التخصصات أتمني أن يكون عدد أكثر من الدكاترة المختصين واتمني ان يكون رسوم كشف الدكتور العام والدكتور المختص كما هي ولا تزيد مثل باقي المستشفيات الأخري وأن لا يزيد رسوم الخدمات كل الأشعة و فحص الدم وان يرجع الرسوم مثل السابق و شكراً علي جهودكم المبذولة في خدمة المرضي

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Shayma Alshamsi. She walked me through the entire process regarding my wisdom tooth, clearly explaining why there was no need to remove it unless it wasn’t coming out properly—which, in my case, it wasn’t. She showed me the x-ray to reassure me and even went the extra mile by showing me another example of when a wisdom tooth does need to be removed. Her step-by-step explanations and calm, thorough approach really helped put me at ease. I truly appreciated how informative and reassuring she was throughout the visit.

Negative experience: تجربة سيئة جدا... العاملة لدي زارت المركز ثلاث مرات متتالية ولم تحصل على تشخيص لحالتها المرضية..فالمرة الاولى تم تحويلها لاخصائي العظام وليد بدوي وإللي عاملها باسلوب همجي لا يليق بدكتور أبدا. فالمرة الثانية بعد ظهور نتايج الالترا ساوند والأشعة استهجم قدومها مرة ثانية لمراجعه النتايج وطلب منها الرجوع بعد يوم الخميس واللي هو يوم انتهاء المراجعه... الهدف تجاري وليس معالجه المرضى. ولما زرت مكتبه شخصيا المرة الثالثة لاخذ التشخيص منه رفض اعطائي اي معلومات من دون تسجيل جديد... للأسف اضطريت أخذ النتايج والذهاب لمركز طبي اخر وفي خلال زيارة واحد تم تشخيص المرض. يرجى من المركز البحث في هذه الشكوى لتجنب حصولها مع مرضى اخرين في المستقبل

Negative experience: very nice doctor but pharmacy is very unaccessible. we need the medicine but we cannot get it there because the indian lady said that they dont have change so we have to go outside again to buy and look for change, instead of going home directly to take rest because my 3 months old baby that is sick

Negative experience: إلى الجهة المختصة، أتقدم بهذه الشكوى بشأن الدكتور (( هيثم الحجاج )) ، نظرًا لسوء تعامله مع المرضى، وضعف أسلوبه، وعدم إتقانه لعمله بالشكل المطلوب. لاحظت إهمالًا واضحًا، وعدم اهتمام بالحالة الصحية للمرضى، إضافة إلى ردود غير دقيقة وغير واضحة، مما ينعكس سلبًا على جودة الرعاية الطبية. أرجو منكم التحقيق في الأمر واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان مستوى طبي يليق بالمرضى

Negative experience: The clinic is disorganized, I arrived at 8:45 and waited until 10:30 to get the vaccination even though I was the first person to arrive and register!!

Negative experience: خذيت نص ساعه ومحد نادى الرقم ويوم جيت اسأل قالو السستم مايشتغل طيب ع الاقل وضحو للناس اللي قاعدين ! وموظفين التسجيل قليل ٣ بس للعياده كامله ! ونفسيات الموظفين سيئه كل ماسأل احد يصرفني على الثاني !؟ محد له خلق يشتغل المشكله ان العياده صغيره يعني يقدرون يسون كنترول … ساعدني موظف اسمه بلال ماقصر معي يستحق الشكر

Negative experience: Last night I went to hosp for vaccinations and the receptionist was not only rude with me but also not helping at all.she miss guide me to get the token from any doc just for entry n after I got the token she said to me this doc is busy you have to wait to undefined time period like may be hours. I said change the doc I just need to get my second dose of vaccination but she said don't come again on the counter I already told you the whole detail now don't come to me again...like really if you are not ready for this job go and sit in your home.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Al Zafranah Pediatric Clinic today, even though it was a Sunday morning! The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well-organized. A special shoutout to Ms. Ala at the pediatric reception—she provided amazing customer service. Her friendliness and professionalism made the entire process smooth and easy. I left feeling very satisfied with the care my baby received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and friendly pediatric services !

Negative experience: I came here for years. But now I dont think I will. The waiting time to register only is soooo long. I waited for an hour & a half for my registration to be done & there was only 4 people in the lobby area . The two ladies at the reception are so slow, I went to the male’s side & the guy finished my registration under 5 mins. & I was seen by the doctor immediately. I dont understand why registration is taking so long when we enter we register at the kiosk machine already.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Their female receptionists never care for their clients. They work like nobody is in front of them. I waited an hour just to be registered even I have appointment and pregnant. This clinic should be supervised and properly managed. Not a really good image for a government facility.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 4 pm for vaccination waited 2 hours 30 minutes and 6.30 pm got the vaccination. Over crouded, poor croud management

Fantastic experience: دخلت اكتب كتابة حب وشكر للموظفات والدكاتره الي تعاملت معاهم بالمركز والله ثم والله شكري لهم قليل وما يوفي حقهم الله ، يسعدهم انا اول مره ازور المركز عشان اسوي الفحص الشامل واول ما دخلت رحت لمبنى الأشعة ورحب فينا الاخت مريم البدواوي الله يسعدها دنيا واخره والله خذتنا بروحها الطيبه واخلاقها وساعدتنا بفتح الملفات وسهلت امورنا بعدها رحت للعيادة العامة عند دكتور مجدي الله اكبر محلا اخلاقه واسلوبه الطيب وبعدها رحت لدكتوره مروه يوسف والفضل للموظفة خلود الرمحي بقسم الأسنان عسل عسل عسل الله اكبر محلا اخلاقها وسلوبها واليوم رحت اخذ نتايج فحوصاتي ودخلت ع دكتور وليد بدوي للعظام الله اكبر كيف مريح وشاطر ، فشكرا من القلب لهم ولكل طاقم المركز من موظفين ودكاتره وممرضين الله يسعدهم ويباك فيهم دنيا ودين ويسخر لهم خير عباده من حيث لا يحتسبون..

Negative experience: Less than one star, i hope the supervisors come and pass by to see the chaos of this facility and disorganization by not respecting patients with appointments who come on time. I came exactly on time then i waited for 40 min and when i asked them they told me that dr hisham left already and i don’t think they intended to tell me before just to stop wasting my time. Besides, it’s a clinic so it should be clean but it’s not there was dirt and water inside the building

Positive experience: Most of the time when I get sick I come here and all the Doctors are good, and was treated several times by Dr Ali Metwalli, the only downside I see is management/organising as sometimes when I sit in the men's they call me from the women's side and I have to wait there uncomfortably, and in the Pharmacy waiting area sometimes although there seat in the women side they still sit in the men's side and we can no longer sit there and either stay standing or even sit very far... they should improve facility organising

Negative experience: From the reception, triage nurse and doctor. all were disrespectful and unprofessional. Im seeking care and genuine concern because I had bleeding as Im pregnant .. if you want to educate your patient, approach in a kind and professional way because I myself is also a healthcare worker that's why I know how it has to be in your position. Dont be rude please. If you are tired, go home and take rest. Dont put your stress to your patients.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever , so unprofessional and wait time was more than 3 hours for a simple blood test

Negative experience: The staff at all the receptions are rude and unprofessional. The only 3 ladies who really helped out are the 2 ladies wearing help vests (I think Sudanese) by the machine ID thing by the main door. They are so sweet and helpful! And the lady working at cairbou coffee. Not coming back to this clinic ever again.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous when I had my MRI, but Nurse Carneka was wonderfully understanding and patient with me and extremely compassionate. She is incredibly kind and sweet, and deserves the best❤️❤️. Additionally, the nurse who administered the cannula had really light hands which made everything less painful . I'm really appreciative of them both; everything went smoothly.

Negative experience: للاسف كل مرة تأخير عيل ليش ناخذ مواعيد اذا مش قادرين تلتزمون ليش تاخذون مرضى اكثر من طاقتكم تأخير ريع ساعة بنتقبل اكثر من ساعة سلامات يعني في خلل عالجوا الخلل قبل علاج المرضى

Negative experience: البرود من موظفي الاستقبال غير معقول ومافي مبرر لمرضى ينتظرون فقط للتسجيل ساعه وأكثر هذا غير الانتظار للدخول على الدكتور، طيب متى بنتطور وبيصير المراجع يسجل نفسه بنفسه انزين ليش ينطلب منا في الجهاز نسجل ونحط نطالهويه للتسجيل وبعدها ناخذ رقم عشان نسجل مره ثانيه عند موظف التسجيل ويرد يطلب الهويه؟!! ليييش مرتين ليش !! وما يتعاملون بمنطق واخترافيه مع المرضى.

Positive experience: The physiotherapist Dr mohammed mossadElsheibini is very professional, always smile to his clients. Very Good attitude towards patients, that will make us happy. Sorry to say very negative review about the front office executives. Where ever you go in the SEHA hospitals, the FOE showing unnecessary attitude. Guys grow up dears, the patients are coming not to see your attitude. Highly professional Doctors and nurses are behaving very nicely to the patients, unfortunately SEHA holding worst FOE . They must be like the face of any institution. IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT HAPPY TO WORK AS A FOE, STAY AWAY THERE ARE LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING FOR A JOB.

Negative experience: A good Clinic with alot of advance resources specially the Radiology Equipment; polite nurses and experience doctors including some bad mouth Doctors with Chat GPT Search They have the worst Registration/Front Desk; implemented the Kiosk to help but useless (not working) mostly you have to visit the Registration Desk to face their unprofessional and unethical behaviour Specifically in evening an Arabic guy with untolerable behaviour

Negative experience: أسوء مركز صحي في ابوظبي. تم تأخير المريض ساعة ونصف وبعد الساعة والنصف تم ( تسجيل المريض في النظام) . كما أن ضابط شؤون المرضى غير متواجد رغم أن يجب عليه أن يتواجد على مدى الساعة. كما أن موظفة الاستقبال * دانة عبدالله* ذات اسلوب غير لبق وغير مهذب. سيتم رفع تقرير لوزارة الصحة للنظر في الموضوع.
