Fantastic experience: My son had a bad history in going to dentist, he is 11 yrs old but since 3 years me and his father were trying to fix some damages in his teeth in Palestine but with no luck. They advised us that he need a full anesthesia but that felt not correct yo me and his father. When we moved here a doctor saw him in the neighborhood clinic and bcz he is very stubborn she advised me to go to B clinic to Dr Thatwat, she told me she is very good in dealing with such cases. First time we met Dr. Tharwat her smile and how she delt with Qusai and the level of experience she has just made my life easier, she advised us about the full plan for Qusai and how to deal with his case, it was a big achievement that day to really finish one tooth in Qusai Journey, after that she advised us to continue with Dr Mousa and Dr.Leen. Dr Mousa was very cooperative and patient in dealing with Qusai and after many rounds we made it and achieved the goal together. Dr. Leen!!! Well despite I was under pressure that we need to finish this as soon as possible and because I was disappointed that some visits my son was scared to complete the session dr Leen came and her smile and empathy just changed all the journey, her way in dealing with kids with big heart just made Qusai love finishing the work left and I was happy that we are finally there. I’ll not forget how she dealt with the situation in the first day we met and bcz of her level of calmness and understanding we finished the work and Qusai got a great smile again. Grateful for Dr. Tharwat , Mousa and Leen. Thanks from me and Qusai. Something to improve is just managing the time schedules better to minimize the waiting time for the visitors otherwise I’m recommending this clinic to all my friends for all the happy and smiling faces there.

Negative experience: Sooo disappointed by the unprofessional staff. The front desk was disorganized, and I waited over an hour past my appointment time (to see Dr bashar) with no updates or apologies. The staff seemed dismissive when I asked about the delay, which made the experience frustrating. Also I had a dental cleaning at B Clinic with Dr. Moussa three months ago, but during a recent visit to a government clinic, the doctor noted black tartar buildup and said it seemed like my teeth hadn’t been cleaned in years. This suggests the cleaning at B Clinic was not thorough or professional. The long wait times also added to my frustration!

Fantastic experience: I had been in discomfort for a while, and after seeing two other doctors who couldn’t fix the problem, I was honestly starting to lose hope. Then I went to Dr. Mohammed Mousa — and I’m so glad I did. He took the time to really understand what was going on, did a deep cleaning, and handled a root canal that the others couldn’t even manage. Fantastic experience: I had a very professional experience with Dr. Mohamed Moussa, an endodontist. He successfully treated an issue with my 13-year-old tooth, which had not been properly addressed in the past. Dr. Mohamed Moussa quickly identified the problem and, over just a couple of sessions, provided expert treatment for apical periodontitis — a condition I wasn’t even aware of. Thank you, Dr Moussa! Negative experience: After a root treatment i am disappointed with the level of professionalism and experience of this clinic. It was a worst and most painful times. Theres no basic attention of patient’s needs and comfort while the treatment. Not to mention the long lasting - after treatment pain on the gums due to poor sucking process as well the equipment used wrongly and consistently. I was fooled with the look of the clinic and due to this act by one of the inexperienced doctor i don’t recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic due to dental pain. My first consultation was with Dr. Anas Aljaber, who was very professional and thorough. He began by cleaning my teeth and did an excellent job. He then referred me to Dr. Bashar Koussa to remove my permanent retainer. Dr. Bashar was highly skilled and efficient, removing the retainer quickly and painlessly. After reviewing my X-ray results, he recommended reinstalling traditional braces, as the previous retainer had caused some tooth misalignment. Both doctors provided exceptional care and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

Negative experience: The time management is very unprofessional with both the doctors and the reception. Every time I come they make all the patients wait for so long in the waiting room, sometimes up to an hour. It’s very dissatisfying and disrespectful to the patients. The dentist is also unreliable, for example I have braces they said the procedure will take 10 months but it’s been 3 years, and it’s still not done. The doctors are always late to their shifts, I had an appointment at 12pm and they didn’t arrive until 12:30pm.
