Fantastic experience: Having been in Dubai for many years, and frequenting a great dentist, he eventually retired. I decided I didn't need to go to get my usual 6 month scale and polish as I thought I'd manage it myself with regular brushing to keep my oral hygiene in check. After a few years of not going I experienced pain in my teeth and trying to save cash at the time as I thought it would be too expensive to treat, I let it go until the inevitable happened. Then I had to go for the first time in years and discovered Crossroads Dental Clinic due to their location near me. When I visited them they discovered a few issues, mainly because of the lack of regular maintenance that needed urgent attention. Namely, an abscess including 2 wisdom tooth extractions, a crown that was old and needed replaced and a root canal that was required to save a molar together with a new crown that was required thereafter. Doctor Sajida Farhat, together with Doctor Deleza Vaz initiated an intense scale and polish of my teeth/gums to allow the improvements to take place and then root canal with Doctor Shashank Babel. They explained everything to me, clearly and compassionately and they always made me feel at ease and comfortable with the minimum of concerns or pain. After the essential and repair work was executed I explained to Doctor Sajida that I wanted to discuss getting veneers as I was unhappy with the colour of my teeth and she presented me with a number of options and costs for types of veneers that I could have based on tone, finish, and quality. Once we decided on the type I wanted and agreeing the cost, of which I received a realistic discount, the moulds of my teeth were sent to their lab same day and all was completed within 10 days of selection including fitting, modification, scale and polish of the new veneers and final completion. Bear in mind that this was all done right between Christmas Eve and the New Year period of 2024/25 and I was very impressed at the fact that this was accomplished during the festive holiday period without any delays. I believe the timescale could be within a few days quicker but as this was during a holiday period it was impressive. When I saw the finished product I had to give the doctor a big hug as I told her that she has changed my life. This may sound like a bit of an Instagram statement and please be assured I'm not a major social media guy, but it really has. Every time I look in the mirror now it makes me want to smile and it has completely changed my face. I did this for me, not for anyone else and what an improvement it has made to the way I feel. I cannot thank Doctor Sajida, Doctor Deleza, Doctor Shashank and all of the dental nurses and that supported them as the team that made my mouth feel like new. They fixed all of my problems efficiently, effectively and they have given me a new outlook. I will never again miss a scale and polish every few months as I have learned through experience that you cannot manage proper dental hygiene yourself. It is a very important thing and if you ever think about leaving it, don't, as I have learned through experience that if you look after your teeth, your teeth will look after you. Please consider Crossroads Dental Clinic for any dental treatment that you need as from the lovely lady on reception, medical checks, assistance, nurses and doctors, they are very, very good at what they do at convenient locations around Dubai and at very reasonable prices. I cannot thank them enough.

Negative experience: Warning About Dr. Shams: A Terrible Experience I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Shams and their team. They demanded a 25,000 AED deposit upfront, claiming it was required to proceed with their services. However, despite taking my money, they did absolutely nothing in return. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and request my money back, but they are unresponsive and unwilling to return my deposit. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I want to warn anyone considering working with Dr. Shams to think twice before trusting them with your hard-earned money. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a complete scam.

Fantastic experience: I went to several dentists in Dubai and I met Dr Sajida in this clinic who were very thoughtful and careful about my tooth case. The nurses were also very careful cuz usually nurses in dentist kinda careless to put the thing on my mouth and gossiping with the doc while doing my tooth but here in Crossroads the nurses and the docs dont do that and keep focusing on my tooth case so I think its great. Two days after my consultation the clinic was asking how I’m feeling and asked me to come for a follow-up, I think it was such a great after-service. Finger-cross everything will be fine. But the entire team here was amazing. They made sure I felt comfortable and were really generous with all the information I needed before and after the surgery. Dr. Sajida was my main consultant. She provided clear guidance and reassurance. During the surgery, Dr. Meghna showed remarkable patience and expertise, especially given that it was a stubborn tooth. Her assistant was incredibly kind, letting me squeeze her hand throughout the procedure to help ease my anxiety. My recovery has gone real smooth. The team kept in touch with me regularly to check on my progress, which was really reassuring. On my follow up visit, Dr. Shams, who will be doing my implant, took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure I understood the procedure and felt comfortable with it, which was really helpful. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Negative experience: I visited u in 2021, spent 5Kaed got the most expensive crown, and faced too many difficulties. As the crown was not the right fitting. My both tooth beside the crown are dead now because of your bad treatment. Im surprised you dont have my data.

The staff are super nice they are very attentive and responsive in their communication on WhatsApp and very accommodating. Dr. Shams is extremely experienced and efficient in the care he gives. He explained patiently all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Dubai and need fixing any dental problems.
