Fantastic experience: هذا اهم تقييم في حياتي مع قلة تقييماتي، ليس بدافع وصف المركز فقط، بل من باب الدال على الخير كفاعله. بعد اهمال حالة اسناني لحوالي 15 عاما بسبب كلفة العلاج الباهظة والرعب من مقعد طبيب الاسنان المرتبط بالألم الشديد، انفجر الوضع واضطررت للعلاج. بعد بحث كثيف وجدت مركز الشام الطبي، لفتني التقييم المرتفع وتوقعت أسعار خيالية. بعد الزيارة وجدت أسعار تنافسية وإمكانية التقسيط. اما عن العلاج مع الدكتورة منى، من الجلسة الأولى لمست خفة اليد والفرق الشاسع، بالكاد احسست بإبرة البنج الأولى ولا شيء بعد ذلك (على عكس التجارب السابقة). وبعد سحب عصب 6 اسنان منهم الملتهب والمكسور والمتعفن وتنظيف لثة ملتهبة مدمرة وتركيب 6 تيجان أستطيع ان أقول بكل ثقة وضمير مرتاح انها أفضل عيادة وطبيبة مرت علي في حياتي. ملاحظة أخيرة، ليست الكفاءة او جودة العمل او خفة اليد ما يميز المركز فقط، ولكن الترحيب والاهتمام والابتسامة من الطاقم بالكامل وعلى رأسه د. منى، تحولت زيارة طبيب الاسنان من كابوس مرعب الى مشوار مهضوم، خفيف وممتع. انصح به بشدة.

Fantastic experience: Elite care and service, great prices and an overall pleasant experience. I've been to dentists in three different countries, but Dr. Muna Al-Ghadban is the best yet! I got my appointment for a root canal treatment so quickly and was greeted by a nice, professional lady at the reception counter. Alsham Medical Center is definitely the best in the UAE.

Fantastic experience: I was really tensed for my teeth which were loosing their original colour and it was looking bad to worst as the days were passing by. I visited sham medical centre and they have managed my appointment and my teeth care with great professionalism. I would really thank Dr Shehad and her assistant who handled the entire situation professionally without any painful experience. We normally have phobia of dentists and let our dental situation going worse.. We fear of dentists until we got Al Sham address. Negative experience: The center is not qualified and the doctors there have no experience. I asked for an insurance bill from the reception, and every day they promised me and did not send it, and the last thing they sent it was for the wrong amount. For your information, the patient is asked while he is with them to rate the center 5 stars on Google in front of them and before leaving..
Dear Mr Mohamed We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with regard to issuing an invoice for your insurance when you request it and on the same day. We apologize for that as due to the weather conditions recently, we had some issues with our printer, which resulted in not fulfilling your request on time regarding the error in sending the invoice with a different value. this is was our mistake and we truly sorry for that as the staff was sending other bills too but this issue has been resolve immediately and we sent you the corrected bill. Regarding the evaluation that we ask from our clients after the end of their treatment in our center, it is to evaluate their experience with us and not to give 5 stars as every patient evaluates our center and the service according to his experience which we always work hard to make it in satisfying way for all our patients whom they are so valuable for us as you exactly.
