Fantastic experience: Saeed (hygienist) cleaned my teeth on 2 July 2025. Everything was clearly explained at all stages of the process. I was shown the condition of my teeth on a screen (via camera) before and after the treatment. The treatment was pain free and extremely thorough. Afterwards, my teeth looked and felt significantly better. In addition, all my questions were welcomed and answered comprehensively. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Saeed again. His service and attention to detail was excellent. In addition, the reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege to be treated by Dr. Marwan of Micris dental clinic. My implant was rather difficult as my previous implant had broken and the screw was inside . I could not provide any information about my previous implant . Dr . Marwan did an excellent job with removing my previous screw and bone grafting . Before placing the new implant I had gone to Thailand for a check up and while doing dental cleaning the dentist in Thailand was very impressed seeing the bone grafting work and invited his colleague to see the work . He told me wherever you have done this work is outstanding. Two weeks back I went back to Dr. Marwan and proceeded with my new implant. Alhumdullillah it went very well . In January I should be able to place the crown . Dr Marwan is an extraordinary dentist. After my procedure he took the trouble to check on me personally. The day of my procedure Micris had a pick up and drop off service which was very helpful. The staff of Micris are extremely caring and flexible to accommodate patients needs. I would rate Micris dental clinic as definitely one of the top dental clinics I have been to.

Fantastic experience: I was undergoing orthodonic treatment at Micris for 2 years, and had Dr Omar as my dentist. He is very kind, thorough and did an excellent job. My smile has been completely transformed and I have so much confidence now. Overall, Micris is my go-to dental clinic, and I visit twice a year for routine check-ups. Dr Kasha, Dr Niseeka and Dr Alaa are great dentists and hygienists and always make me feel at ease. The warmth and professionalism of the reception team is always a nice add, and you are always well cared for throughout - with your comfort being everyone's priority. The team do a great job at putting you at ease when at the dentist - which understandably is not everyone's favourite place to visit (especially younger patients), but the team operate to an incredibly methodical and high standard and I would recommended anyone needing any procedure (whether general or cosmetic) to go to Micris!

Negative experience: I am not happy with the latest Hygienist, my experience after the treatment is not so Good as I can see color changes in my teeth and small halls between the teeth, although I asked her to be gentle with me and this was not the first time where always after the cleaning I see a changes not in a positive way

Fantastic experience: First time with Dr.Fatin and surely will be stuck on her ❤️ from the initial consultation until the end of the process of getting veneers was so smooth and the outcome was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! My teeth had some work and problems that I’m left with tiny teeth but she prioritise saving my tooth as much she could to avoid getting an implant and the others was only minimally prep as needed and saved whatever she could from my damaged teeth. She’s incredibly honest with her opinions and gives you all the possible options to make sure that you get what you expect. Dr. Fatin was so professional but super accommodating, compassionate and patient, definitely worth every penny as you cannot get this high level of service, knowledge and quality anywhere. Negative experience: A very disappointing experience. The customer service was friendly and accommodating but the dental procedure was costly and created more issues where I had to go and have the procedure done elsewhere resulting in more cost.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Micris Dental Clinic from the moment I entered the door, they treated me like a VIP. I was served with cold cappuccino by their barista and was seen on time by Dr Myron. I can say Dr Myron has very skillful and light hands, the entire procedure was pain free. I did not even feel the injection. The filling done was superb, it looks very natural because I can't even pinpoint which one he did. I highly recommend Micris and Dr Myron Kushnir. Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough words for how truly caring, efficient, professional and amazing my experience at this clinic has been. Dr Khaled could not have made this experience any better if he tried, along with his dental nurse and Lucy. I visited yesterday with an infected wisdom tooth which was causing an incredible amount of pain. The process to book me in was so simple and smooth, Dr Khaled did a very thorough consultation, X-rays and treatment plan. He made me feel at ease instantly. I visited today for the tooth extraction as I couldn’t bear the pain any more. (It was initially antibiotics for a few days then extraction) - Dr Khaled and his nurse made this experience as comfortable as they could. He was constantly making sure I am okay, not in any pain during the procedure and making sure I was understanding what is happening as I do have a phobia of dentists! (Maybe not anymore!) I genuinely would not trust another dentist after experiencing Dr Khaled’s standard of work the last two days. The kindness and professionalism from Lucy, Dr Khaled and his nurse are truly beyond any clinic I have visited in the UAE. The clinic is very clean and bright. This experience is beyond my expectations considering the not so great circumstances. I can’t thank you all enough for making me feel so comfortable and easing my pain!

Negative experience: I went to see dr khaled and explained what i wanted to be done for my sensitive tooth he told me he can do the specific treatment i wanted . after finishing the job he told me he did a different treatment to my tooth without asking my consent . if i knew he was not going to do what i asked for i would not have done the treatment at all .now my tooth hurts again as if nothing has been done .i called few times to speak to someone but i was cut off and nobody tried to call me . Not happy at all

Fantastic experience: My experience from start to finish was amazing. From the initial call with the lovely Maisie, I explained the bad experience I had had that same day and Maisie was so understanding and made sure I was booked in with the right dentist that could tend to my issues and also put me at ease. The practice itself was beautiful and I was offered a drink the second I sat down. Maisie and the other reception staff were also really friendly and lovely! Dr Maywan was my dentist, he was amazing and I was immediately put at ease and he reassured me every step of the way, explaining all the options regarding my treatment. The emergency issue was fixed within minutes and I am now scheduled to plan my remaining course of treatment. Finally, I’ve found a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with. I would recommend to anyone, you get the full package here

Fantastic experience: Nesika worked on cleaning my teeth and was fantastic. My procedure wasn't a standard teeth cleaning due to the sensitivity of my teeth at the time but Nesika was brilliant on adjusting her approach and getting the procedure done in a pain-free manner. Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful surprise to experience the warm welcome from the Scottish lassies at the reception. Reminded me of childhood days living in Scotland. The paper works for insurance reimbursement were being taken care of without stress. The dental check up and treatment I received from Dr Christina was so gentle, she is so skillful to ensure "no discomfort" patiently working with her assistant. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Micris. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by some friendly staff who got me checked in and ready for my appointment. During my appointments with Dr Khasha he took the time to explain the process of everything and guided me through the procedure. This made me feel very at ease and comfortable. After my appointment I was checked back out by Jade on reception. She was very knowledgeable and made me aware of my aftercare steps. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Michael clinic in umm suqeim branch , where my appointment was already set with Dr Oleksandr . I have no words for him, how he treated he was very humble , very very professional my case is very severe for gums disease he gave me detailed for everything’ and all the procedures that need to be taken he explained everything very clearly.. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Michael Formenius and Micris clinic. Initially, I had composite fillings done on my front two teeth by Dr. Khasha. Within the first four hours, my tooth chipped and the composite filling came out, forcing me to return the next day for a redo. A couple of months later, Dr. Michael redid the composite filling and lasered my gums. Unfortunately, within a week, my teeth reverted to their original state. Dr. Michael then recommended I cut off my frenulum, which I didn’t feel comfortable doing because he said that would result in potential changes to my lips and jaw. The issues didn't stop there. 6 months later, my composite filling became discolored and looked terrible. I had to go back and get Dr. Michael to polish it. 3 months later, I intentionally called a week prior to ensure I could get my filling fixed as soon as I was back in Dubai, and yet even after confirming, they rescheduled my appointment three times. During my visit, Dr. Michael made my tooth slanted. When I asked for it to be straightened, he made unnecessary comments, such as "no two bowls of pasta are the same." I obviously didn't expect it to be identical to the last time; I just wanted the composite bonding to not look slanted and unnatural. Dr. Michael complained about having another patient soon even after having rescheduled me 3 times and, once he redid the filling, handed me the mirror and made unprofessional comments like “now if something is wrong, go to a dentist that charges $5,000 per tooth." I told him it was fine but I could feel some roughness at the back of my tooth. He rushed through it, and I decided to let it go. Then, he tried to charge me another 1,300 AED for the filling, saying composite fillings are bound to come out. Prior to this, I had a composite filling that stayed intact for six years without any issues. This was my third time visiting within 3 months to get the same tooth fixed. Dr. Michael got angry and said if I valued his work as a dentist, I would pay him. He began showing me pictures of other patients and boasted about how much he charges them. I was just trying to explain that it's unfair to pay the full price for a composite filling that I've already paid for twice. Overall, my experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend Dr. Michael or Micris clinic to anyone looking for reliable dental work. After this experience, I had to see another dentist to fix the roughness. This dentist said there was actually a chip in the filling, which is why I felt the roughness and indicated that the composite filling was not done properly the last time and needs to be redone.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Shiny for an infected root canal, really pleased with the treatment. Took 3 sessions, but seems as it was needed. She really seems to know her field, and very professional. Highly recommended. My only negative experience was with the reception staff. They just need to have better communication with patients, and need to be more responsive.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shiney did the great job of Root Canal, she is highly intelligent Doctor. She did Root canal for me it was perfect. I highly recommend her for Dental Treatment. Dr Soren from Micris Dental clinic also did great job in planting Crowns.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Dr. Anila and her team for helping my daughter. On a business trip to Dubai my daughter had massive toothache, so we went to the clinic. It was the best decision. Dr Anila took time and effort to help my child that suffers from an infection in several tooth. as she needed surgery, we were very scared. Dr. Anila took away our fear. Never has any dentist in Germany explained what happens or took time for our daughter like dr. Anila did. Our child had a surgery at Dubai London clinic. Even after surgery dr. Anila was available for any question through what’s app all the time. Angel assisted with appointment and invoices and checked on our daughter frequently. The clinic is wonderful and our kid loved playing with the toys at her praxis. We wish we had doctors like this in Germany. Many thanks

I was recommended to see Dr Christina and by far has been the best decision to see her! Fantastic experience: Today I visited Micris Dental Clinic for the first time. I’m really happy and more than satisfied with Dr Myron visit. He explained to me everything clearly and did a plan of my entire treatment. Very kind and professional doctor. I dont feel scared to visit dentists anymore ☺️another big thanks to ladies at reception who are so friendly and kind and did their best to entertain my 2 year old son by giving him pencils and papers to draw.
