Negative experience: I came with full transparency with Dr Alex Konovalov (chiropractor) requesting a general check-up I had mentioned some discomfort in my right wrist and right toe, and hoped for a professional evaluation. However, I felt quite uncomfortable during the session. I was repeatedly asked for specific details I simply didn’t have the exact date the discomfort started, whether there was a trauma, etc…and felt that the consultation couldn’t happen without me being able to answer exactly… As a patient, I believe it’s not my job to know those things. I’m not a doctor. I came to describe what I feel, not to diagnose myself. Saying “my wrist cracks” or “I have a discomfort in my right toe when I walk” should be enough to begin an evaluation. But I got the impression that without exact answers, the doctor couldn’t proceed. It felt as though the session relied more on my memory than on his expertise. To give an example: if I hear a clicking sound when turning my car’s steering wheel, I’ll go to a mechanic and say, “Hey, I hear a click when I turn left.” The mechanic won’t expect me to diagnose the issue. He’ll open the hood, check under the car, and figure it out because that’s his job. In my understanding, discomfort can develop progressively, especially with age. It’s not always possible to pinpoint when or how it started and that’s precisely why we seek a professional : to help us figure it out. I was surprised to hear that the practitioner did not consider the body to be interconnected… I understand being asked questions, but if I don’t know the exact date something started, isn’t it your job as the doctor to touch, assess, and say, “This ligament feels loose” or “That bone is clicking because of this”? If I was a doctor I wouldn’t need to see one… It’s great to have an Instagrammable clinic and be active on social media, but at some point, the focus should shift back to actually examining the body not just performing for the cameras. I chose to leave without continuing the session.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Sara Magdy is truly the best doctor — she’s kind, caring, honest, and has a strong sense of integrity. She genuinely wants to help and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: I came in for checkup, scaling and polishing and my first time teeth whitening with Dr. Zainab and Anna and I’m very happy with the results and the warm welcome. The whole appointment went by smoothly and I felt very comfortable on the chair. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to describe how life-changing my skin journey has been with Dr. Rebecca Treston. My main concerns were my neck and facial skin, I was struggling with pigmentation, discoloration, and visible red veins. These issues had affected my confidence for a long time, and I was honestly nervous about trying laser treatment. It’s such a big decision to trust someone with your face and neck but with Dr. RT, that trust was 100% rewarded. She is not just an expert, she’s an artist, a scientist, and a deeply caring human being. From the very first consultation, she made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Very luxurious and clean clinic, super friendly and professional staff. I had a treatment with Merve, she was very professional to explain all the procedure and my skin requirements. The treatment was not painful and downtime was 2 hours compared to other clinics where my skin stayed more than 24 hours red.

Fantastic experience: I did my scalp micropigmentation with Hortman, Andrea was my specialist. She did an amazing job, from initial consultation, she took all details, understood my problem and came with the hair line and took time to awnser my many, many questions. She also shared with me customer feedback and showed me her previous work. She had me planned for three sessions, and continually followed up, she has been so patient with me due to many travels, and constantly rescheduling appointments. Fantastic experience: Love my sessions at the Hortman Clinic with Dr.Nataliya. Ultra clear laser facials followed on and supported by polypeptides. Gorgeous treatment rooms with lots of natural light , full explanation of the treatment. Pre treatment numbing , post treatment aftercare protocol with creams and very little down time ( around 4 days for me after the ultra clear ) Skin a little rosy post treatment yet still able to apply make up . The results start to really show within 2-3 weeks - a new glow and a definite reduction in fine lines and skin discoloration. Looking forward to a follow up session to work on a very good foundation treatment . Highly recommended PS I am 63 years young and this is the first time I’ve had laser facials and polypeptides. No previous treatments ( Botox / fillers ) so it’s never too late or too early to start taking care of your skin using more natural treatments.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Hortman Clinic and Andreea Paval enough! After a disappointing experience with a hair transplant that left me with a noticeable FUT scar, I decided to embrace the shaved look. However, the scar at the back of my head was still a concern. That’s when I discovered micropigmentation, and after just three sessions over 2-3 weeks, Andreea worked her absolute magic. The scar is now barely noticeable, blending so naturally that it’s hard to tell it was ever there. Andreea’s work completely exceeded my expectations—I was impressed by the results I saw on her website and Instagram, but seeing it in person is even more incredible. Friends and family have been amazed by the transformation, and I genuinely believe that had I known about micropigmentation earlier, I would never have considered a hair transplant in the first place. On top of Andreea’s exceptional skills, the Hortman Clinic itself is outstanding. Their facilities are top-notch, and every staff member was professional and welcoming from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Hi I’m Senthil did Hair transplant in month of April 2024. I’m so happy to give this feedback that the Dr. Sezgin and team Ms.Sajida, Mr. Liyaqat, Mr.Max did a great job, zero pain, very carefully and safely. Time to time asking my feedback about the pain and continuing the surgery. Now in 4 months I have good results in my hair growth and I’m continuing my prp with the same Dr & team. It’s worth mentioning during my treatment in the month of Ramadan. Team who did the surgery was fasting and same time continues working without break.

Negative experience: Total disappointment. I did hair PRP with Dr. Natalia and after 1 month i am loosing all my hair!! Never in my life my hair shedded so much! Basically going bald after this prp treatment! I called the clinic back to ask for an explanation, they said they will call me back and of course i haven’t heard from them since! I basically paid for all my hair to fall down! I am now left with a very thin ponytail and in a desperate situation! Be very careful which de you visit!

Fantastic experience: I was astonished by the way Hortman clinic handled me from the start till the end. Unbelievable friendly and very knowledgeable agent who received my call, SvetLana, who I thought she might be a cosmetologist or someone who has a great knowledge about her clinic and the work of the machines and treatments to be used. The way she took me through the process till the end in a very knowledgeable way. Dr. Nataliya a very professional who knew exactly what is required to be done for her patient. I was surprised on how she explained and required for me to be done in an honest non-commercial way. Unlike the other clinic which they dump whatever possible treatments on the patient wither needed or not. Negative experience: Not worth your money honestly… The clinic is nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly but if you are looking for an efficient treatment to treat your acne, go elsewhere ! They did a « peeling » for me that didn’t even make my skin peel, and there was ZERO result, not even a slight improvement… big deception :(

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Hortman’s clinic twice now to see Rebecca Treston for different laser facial treatments. Rebecca and her team are super! They take the time to properly assess your concerns and then customize the lasers needed based on that. Negative experience: The worst clinic ever. I did botox with natalya. WORST OF THE WORST!!!! My eyelids dropped my eyebrows are super low!!! Now its been 3 weeks i spent crying!!!
