Fantastic experience: If you’d told me a few months ago that I’d actually enjoy visits to a periodontist, I would have laughed—through clenched, gum-sensitive teeth. But that was before I met Dr. Shweta Prabhu at Precision Dental Clinic in Dubai. I came in with a complex gum infection and a few teeth on the verge of mutiny. Dr. Shweta calmly assessed the situation, laid out a clear treatment plan, and executed it with the precision of a dental ninja. The implant procedure, which I was dreading, turned out to be far smoother than I imagined—almost suspiciously so! I kept waiting for the horror story… but it never came. She made sure I understood every step (without the usual dental jargon that sounds like it was invented to confuse you), and somehow kept things light even when dealing with the not-so-glamorous parts of infected gums and implants. Thanks to her, not only are my gums now in excellent health, but I also have strong, natural-looking implants that feel like they’ve always been part of me. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I was experiencing tooth discomfort at the time, so I visited Dr. Shweta. She performed a check-up and took an X-ray. To my surprise, my tooth was in worse shape than I thought and needed to be extracted. I was really anxious and nervous, but Dr. Shweta was so gentle and comforting. I first went to the clinic some years ago because of a special promo they had going on for dental cleaning, that’s when I first met Dr. Sharon. She’s the kind of dentist who has gentle, light hands. I recommended her to my brother and his family and we’ve been going to her ever since. Even his kids of varying ages adores her. She handles each of them with such care making sure that every visit, they come out smiling and happy. Precision Dental is conveniently located in Sheikh Zayed Road and accessible by metro.
