To be honest to all my friends, not mentioning any names of any doctors, but the doctor's who went through in my last 15 years , I couldn't find like him as his advising nature as colleague or I can use a term as like our family member even it was too much sense of talking, his knowledge reflection I could understand in his way of expelling the real matter what should be conveyed to me as a patient, nothing more nothing less... Simple way of communicating but nothing missed to advise me... Almost he spent for his 35 mins only for explains my real cause... Last but not the least the Receptionist lady name Surya was very pleasant and friendly to handle my appointment and also they preponed my appointment which was 2 hours late only because of my conditions... Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We were told to show ID, and we had a photo on the phone. The Indian receptionist seemed okay with it, but Kawthar refused. Later, the receptionist said the manager declined, but when I asked to speak with the manager, she said, “No need, I’ll enter your name in the system.” Despite the clinic being almost empty and our case being simple (teeth tightening), we waited over 2 hours. When we asked about our turn, they said we were after all appointments. We also overheard an inappropriate comment from staff. We ended up withdrawing our file. I later asked the manager if she had refused us — she said clearly, “No.” The issue came from the receptionist, not the manager. Unprofessional and disappointing service. Won’t return.

Fantastic experience: Hello, On a weekday evening one of the caps from my front tooth came off. And one of my worst nightmares came true. We were looking for dentists and none were available at such a short notice. We came to know of this clinic from one of our friends who also had seen Dr. Sonia and I’m writing this with a big smile which was restored back thanks to Dr. Sonia. She looked into the issue earnestly and gave us a hope of saving the tooth. Very quickly decisions were taken and the treatment began. Without any pain the procedure went on smoothly and within the next couple of days I had a permanent tooth back!! I cannot rave enough of the swiftness, the friendly nature of the Dr. and care given to me throughout the procedure. I was informed of each and every step and never was made to feel uncomfortable.
